116學士(理工雙修)+116碩士 toeic850+ 公司 台灣應材（南科） 速聯(台中神岡) 部門 客服（約聘） 製造中心 產品 供客戶使喚 自行車零件 職稱 客服工程師 製程開發工程師 $$ (N＋2.5)*14 (N-1)*14 其他$$ 績效+分紅 無 (現/股) 工時 09-18(打卡) 08-18 加班 要，有$ 視訂單，不可報 住行 機車/租屋 機車/租屋 出差 應該不用 好像不用 主要是想請問前兩間公司及職缺，對於未來的發展哪個比較有幫助? sram說他們調薪很快 不知道真的假的 amat雖然有加班費 不過好像耍小聰明 他把月薪拆成（底薪＋15000交通費） 月薪看起來還ok 但是加班費用底薪來加成 不是月薪 感覺少很多 這樣同樣賣肝是不是去gg還賺比較多？（以第一年來說） 另外因為兩者產品性質有所差異，工作環境與氛圍也不大相同 所以想請教一下版上的各位先進 感謝大家 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.252.22.111 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1408346760.A.349.html
