關於 Pro11 還原問題

因為某些原因 Pro11要易手，所以照使用手冊上的做了還原動作，
結果無論是救援模式，或是USB的還原方式都失敗，
救援模式要我插入光碟...orz
USB模式卻一直在授權模式失敗

請問如果要還原到最原始的狀態，這樣的方式正確嗎。
另外，有一個選項是清除和清理資料，這用途是啥。

有人有使用Pro11還原成功的嗎。
