病照被當警示用　墨婦狀告煙草公司

據墨西哥《至上報》報導，墨西哥奇瓦瓦州一名72歲老婦對美國一家煙草公司提出告訴，因該煙草公司未經本人允許，擅自將老婦在醫院就醫的照片用在旗下生產的寶馬(Pall Mall)煙盒上。 　　

日前，老人在女兒的陪同下來到了蘇阿雷斯地區人權委員會，她向該組織人員表示，美國一家煙草公司在她不知情的情況下，擅自使用她在醫院病床上治療的圖像，她認為自己的私人權利受到了該煙草公司的嚴重侵犯。 　　

老婦的女兒萊蒂西亞稱，人們打開香煙盒時，可能不會注意到包裝圖片裡的人是誰，但是當我看到煙盒上的照片時，我一眼就認出來那是我的媽媽。這名72歲高齡的老人稱，自己曾在2009年因病住院，這張照片應該是在那個時候拍攝的，至於是誰拍攝了這張照片，以及為什麼會將其用在香煙盒上，她都一概不知。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
