高雄氣爆、新店氣爆等意外事件頻傳，民進黨明天將在官網推出40秒的CF「台灣，一直都在」，並透過網路、電視託播。民進黨希望透過這支影片，向近期來罹難者及家屬表達哀悼、並向因為救災而喪失性命的救災英雄們致敬。民進黨主席蔡英文則在CF中現「聲」不現「身」，呼籲所有國人攜手走過傷痛，讓台灣繼續向前。

蔡英文在「台灣，一直都在」旁白說著：這一月以來，每一個爆炸聲，都重重的打在我們每個人的心上；無論你生長在哪裡，每個人都感到心痛、不捨。她說，面對傷痛，我們要一起勇敢承擔、互相打氣，一起撫平受傷的土地和同胞，重建共同的家園，「願，台灣平安」。
