南非比勒陀利亞，聯合大廈草坪上9公尺高的曼德拉雕像。這尊雕像是2013年12月16日，也就是曼德拉葬禮後的第二天豎起來的。因為雕像上不允許署名，其創作者竟然在曼德拉的耳朵裡偷偷雕了一隻小兔子來代替。事情曝光後，藝術家Ruhan Janse van Rensburg和Andre Prinsloo已經向南非藝術和文化部道歉。
