開車撞總統府 醫師：疑張有反社會人格

昨天開卡車衝撞總統府的張德正，由於被法院判決家暴，遂對社會有嚴重不滿心理，馬偕醫院精神科主任兼自殺防治中心主任方俊凱今天下午表示，從張嫌的舉動可看出他有反社會人格的傾向，而其在臉書預告「我要做的事，會上台灣新聞頭條」，以及寫給家人遺書提到悲觀念頭，他懷疑張德正背後有精神不穩定、甚至妄想的狀態，加上年節快到，看到別人家團圓而自己家庭破碎，於是會有同歸於盡的念頭。
