【陳意佳／台北報導】周渝民（仔仔）不負眾望擒金鐘影帝，在頒獎典禮現場受眾人歡呼，看得出來仔仔上台領獎致詞時有很多話想說，但卻受限主辦單位的「45秒麥克風就下降」，硬生生被迫喊卡，還隨麥克風下降而蹲下，最後只能大喊「謝謝」。網友痛批，「寧可不要爛表演，也想聽感言聽到爽」，還有人不滿地說：「連叫賣哥（表演橋段之一）講得都比仔仔多！」網路上對金鐘獎麥克風的罵聲已難計其數。

標題[問題] 輪胎出現小龜裂

今天檢查車子時 發現後輪的輪胎底部旁有出現圖片這種小龜裂 特地拍下來給板上先進看看 http://ppt.cc/YrVq http://ppt.cc/kFbx 看起來好像都是集中在輪胎底部外側為主 輪胎為原廠胎 2年多了 行駛快3萬公里 有前後胎對調過 平常車子大概一周開個2次 以高速公路居多 請問出現這種情況 是因為什麼因素造成的?有必要馬上換新輪胎嗎? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.254.203.135

【蕭夙眉／台中報導】第十屆2013 FUN FLY遙控直昇機3D飛行世界邀請賽今天在東勢豋場，年紀最小的韓國選手Min Chan Kim僅7歲，卻已有4年玩遙控直昇機的歷史，曾在2010年奪下Align Fun Fly高級組第二名。台灣常勝軍柯奐辰（16歲）也出席參賽，他說，操控遙控直昇機就像跳舞般，隨音樂節拍飛行，急升、急降的過程中，搭配360度旋轉，難度非常高。

主辦單位亞拓電器股份有限公司管理部副理杜靜華說，這次比賽選手來自日本、澳洲、加拿大等國家，約37位選手，較勁操控直升機的靈敏度，包含側翻、側飛、旋轉等技巧。

有雷空一頁。 ※ 這集是整型離婚訴訟。 一開始看到德松醬油就笑了，不曉得現在的老闆是不是黛的堂妹XD 在判決開始前先拉到安藤貴和的場景，這說服到底要持續到什麼時候啊？該不會是倒數第 二集之類的吧囧 古美門拿出來的那張模擬表真的讓人很煩躁XDDDD 不過他在裡面說的沒錯：很多事情公開拿出來講被說是"歧見"，但事實上心底明明擁有跟 那些歧見一樣的想法卻還指責他人的人不在少數，就像這次羽生事務所方一樣。 這次黛明顯的對羽生感到失望了，因為羽生欺騙了她。 雖然羽生對黛辯解說他沒有說穗香懷孕，最後在被古美門拆穿後又說其實他跟委託人都 只是想知道熊井怎麼想而已，他也不想這麼做、他原本打算講完後道歉的，如果熊井這樣 還是想離婚的話他就會隨便他。 但欺騙就是欺騙，而我覺得羽生用這手段讓黛私底下把熊井帶來和解，也就是另一種為 了想贏古美門而使用的方法而已。雖然想讓兩個人走向和平解決的想法還是有的，但經過 前面那麼多有的沒的，感覺他自己的重點也逐漸偏離。 而之後他自己也坦承，如果不這麼做他就贏不了古美門。 在熊井還是決定跟穗香離婚後，古美門對穗香說：「值得你奉獻人生的男性還有很多，但 肯定不是這種男人（指熊井）」 對古美門而言離婚成立的那瞬間他跟委託人的契約已經結束，所以他不用再替委託人說話 。雖然前面他都是站在熊井的立場說整型不對、這樣是詐欺，但在最後他對穗香說的這句 話或許才是他的真心話也說不定。 不是律師，而是以古美門這個人的身分。 相對於會把自己的立場帶入委託人，在幫委託人辯護時加入自己的立場和想法的羽生還有 黛而言，在這方面我是比較喜歡古美門的做法的 最後羽生和黛的對話，羽生說古美門如果是無論用什麼方法都要贏的話，他就是無論用什 麼方法都要讓所有人得到幸福。 一開始聽到的時候我只是覺得：嗯？這兩個其實並不衝突啊囧，為什麼古美門贏了就一定 雙方都會不幸呢？ 不過後來想想大概羽生的目的已經完全不是"讓所有人得到幸福"而是"打倒惡德律師古美 門研介"了吧...。 而黛也跟羽生說：對人們而言什麼是幸福，可能不是我們能夠決定的事。 在這裡稍微看到了黛的成長真讓人感動XD 是說原本就覺得羽生這角色很讓人煩躁，到了這集不知為何煩躁度瘋狂上升啊囧 最後的最後又去見了安藤貴和兩次，這橋段其實搞不清楚到底有沒有必要，但古美門去說 服安藤的理由感覺就像在這整集的案件中獲得的想法，上一次也是這樣，難道直到安藤點 頭之前都要這樣嗎...(汗) 不過，小黛在化妝上的努力方向是錯誤的，只有這點是肯定的就是了XD -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 60.244.250.5

【胡治言／綜合報導】國民黨榮譽主席連戰長女連惠心代言菁茵荋生技的保健食品「威力纖Plus」，遭驗出含禁藥Cetilistat成分，因連惠心好友兼菁茵荋總經理曾心怡供出，連惠心是實際出資者，北檢認為兩人涉犯《藥事法》罪嫌重大，除諭令曾200萬元交保、限制出境，也擬將連改列被告，最快下周約談。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，連惠心前天雖改口坦承在菁茵荋「掛名執行長」，仍矢口否認參與營運，直到昨晚曾心怡應訊咬出連惠心是幕後老闆，連惠心才驚覺事態嚴重，不願再回應媒體提問，僅透過律師表示今天將親自出面說明。

【李定宇╱新北報導】賣場購物袋可當專用垃圾袋！為避免民眾將塑膠提袋帶回家後，最後也當成垃圾裝進專用垃圾袋丟棄，造成一袋裝一袋的環境污染，新北市環保局昨宣布與全聯超市合作，創全國首例推出「購物、垃圾雙袋合一」的15公升裝購物袋，全市110家全聯超市販售購物袋可直接當垃圾袋使用，12月底將正式上路，民眾聞訊表示：「不賴耶！環保又省荷包！」

IC封測雙雄日月光(2311)、矽品(2325)下周法說前夕，小摩、花旗等外資證券相繼發布最新研究報告送暖，調高封測雙雄評比與目標價，尤其對一哥日月光目標價的調升幅度最為強烈。

在重量級半導體德儀(Ti)、博通(Broadcom）、台積電(2330)等大廠相繼發布財報及對第四季營運的預估期許後，雖每家前景展望不一，出現幾家歡樂幾家愁局面，但是，後段封裝測試代工製程景氣展望，卻博得不少外資的青睞，花旗證券同步看好封測雙雄；惟摩根大通證券在看多一哥日月光同時，卻修正看淡矽品後市。

花旗出具的最新報告指出，在轉換銅打線製程的驅動下，日月光、矽品後市資產周轉率，可望因銅成本的下降改善而向上攀升，同時也帶動毛利率的走揚，而指紋辨識系統應用的發酵，也將提供封測雙雄額外的成長動能，因此，維持日月光、矽品買進評等。日月光目標價由31元上調至34元；矽品目標價42元。

花旗證券表示，儘管市場認為指紋辨識系統對封測雙雄的貢獻相對保守，但是在蘋果iPhone 5S的強勢帶動下，團隊仍樂觀日月光明年營運將隨新事業Sip(系統級封裝)貢獻度持續攀高，估計日月光明年營收、獲利將分別成長14%、33%。因此，給予「買進」評等，目標價由31元上調至34元。

另，矽品本季與明年首季將受季節性因素影響，營收將分別季減5% 、3%，不過，在銅製程比重升高下，毛利率可維持在21%水準，優於今年首季的14.6%，季節性修正幅度相對溫和。預期2014年矽品營收將較今年成長12%，因此，給予「買進」評等，目標價42元。

不過，摩根大通證券對封測雙雄看法轉趨分歧，認為第四季營運不同調，日月光挾Sip系統級封裝，以及搭配台積電搶進蘋果20奈米製程的龐大訂單優勢，第四季營收淡季不淡將季增3%，相對矽品第四季營收預測季減4%，優劣立判。因此，摩根大通看好日月光後市，給予「優於大盤」投資評等，目標價從29元調升至34元；矽品則維持「中立」投資評等。

日月光9月集團合併營收203.9億元，創歷史單月新高；第三季集團合併營收567.4億元，也創歷史單季新高，季增11.8%，優於法說預期。矽品9月合併營收64.5億元，月減0.9%，第三季合併營收190.9億元，季增8.5% 。

財政部長宣示，預售屋不納入奢侈稅，將針對三千萬元以上的預售屋加強查緝、遏止炒房。

部長！你真的太天真了！第一，財政部只針對三千萬元以上大戶課稅，筆者好友是典型投資客，他們只炒二千萬以下預售屋，理由是脫手容易，買家多是小家庭自住客，不懂行情；第二，如果國稅局真能掌握這些隱私資訊，過去兩三年預售屋早該為國庫進帳滿滿的所得稅了，也不會淪落到今天這種「炒紅單」滿天飛的地步；第三，何況這些投資客都是以人頭名義購買，名下只有一棟自用住宅，請問部長你是要怎麼查？

馬政府的「居住正義」一向只有口惠而不實，也難怪蘋果民調只有33.92%受訪民眾認為這措施可抑制炒房。馬總統一向自詡為中山先生的信徒，然而國父民生主義所主張的「漲價歸公、地利共享」，對照龍頭建商老闆喊出「台灣每坪二五○萬元的房價不算太貴」，在現今台灣看來，簡直是一場悲劇！

筆者在此誠懇呼籲，馬政府如果真的有心改革，至少先把預售屋納入奢侈稅課稅範圍，再延長奢侈稅為三至五年。這是一個公與義的國家，人民只盼明君垂憐！

我在上週五去通訊行賣了SONY XPERIA L空機
上週日發現主相機有3點黑點(就是有瑕疵)
於是拿到通訊行去,因為是在購買的7天之內可以換貨
通訊行的人說要送回去原廠,經過原廠鑑定,確定是
非人為的才能換貨,需要7~12個工作天

我想問的是,原廠寄回來的會不會不是新機
而是把手機的鏡頭修一修而已.....

還有如果換回來的手機一樣有瑕疵,就只能送修了嗎?因為已經過了7天...
還是說換回來的手機,從換到的當下算起還有7天有瑕疵可以換貨?

【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】日本福島外海於當地時間今天凌晨2時11分發生6.8強震，日本氣象廳隨即對東北部沿海地區發布黃色海嘯警告（海嘯高度低於1公尺）。日本《每日新聞》報導，當地時間凌晨3時7分（台灣時間2時7分）在宮城縣石卷市觀測到30公分高的海嘯，岩手縣大船渡市出現20公分海嘯。
