【胡治言／綜合報導】高雄蔡姓男子發現當女警的妻子與同單位池姓警員搞曖昧，去年9月3人談判後，池男簽切結書願賠300萬，但事後反悔，蔡男提告要求履約，高雄地院認定池男並非遭脅迫才簽契約，判池男須依約全賠。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，判決指出，去年9月4日池男與妻子到蔡家談判，不過池妻只在樓下等待，未參與。蔡男將談判過程全錄下，包括妻子坦承曾與池男上摩鐵、在車內脫衣磨蹭、愛撫等。 池男聲稱，當天他接到蔡妻電話說被家暴，基於同事情誼前往協調，他見蔡男情緒失控，不斷毆打蔡妻還預藏刀械，他被恫嚇且迫於無奈才簽切結書。但3個月後他就發存證信函撤銷切結書。

法官認為，談判當天除雙方外，還有許多親戚參與協調，而當時池男不僅行動自由，還可撥電話，且他也無法舉證蔡男預藏刀械，因此認定池所簽切結書有效，須依約賠償。

【郭美瑜／台北報導】北市教育局統計，北市公立中小學有94校營養午餐使用富味鄉問題油品，擬向業者求償。台北市長郝龍斌今表示，求償金額還未出爐，但近期食安案件已涉及民生詐欺，市府消保官將協助保障民眾權益。

郝龍斌表示，大統及富味鄉製造問題油品，應定位為民生詐欺業者，虛偽造假，以低廉食材製造，以高價售出。

郝說，棉酚非油溶性，高溫壓榨時也會破壞棉酚、起化學反應，高溫加熱時也會揮發，要在油品內檢驗到棉酚非常困難。他也說，棉酚含量低並非沒有，況且儀器也有檢驗極限，未檢出是正常的，但不代表油品沒問題、消費者食用後不會產生危害，最重要的還是民生詐欺的問題。

近期接連出現食品安全案件，國民黨榮譽主席連戰女兒連惠心代言的健康食品也遭踢爆含西藥，郝龍斌表示，這些案件可讓代言人及消費者了解，代言人對代言商品要負起責任，應確認食品安全無虞才代言。

桃園縣吉佳生技公司負責人劉宏清父子，佯稱自行調配混充的奶粉是自紐西蘭原裝進口，銷售兩岸；甚至塗銷過期奶粉的製造及保存日期後重新噴印延長期限。新北地院昨天依詐欺等罪判劉三年六月徒刑；劉的兩名兒子通緝中。

法官批評劉宏清（六十七歲）父子為一已之私，欺騙消費者，賣混充及過期奶粉，罔顧企業良知，惡性重大。

判決指出，劉宏清是桃園縣吉佳生技、以勒行及新北市五股區豐堤納等三家公司負責人，他兒子劉先智、劉昀智負責協助處理公司奶粉製造及銷售業務。

劉與兩名兒子考量原裝進口的奶粉成本較高，二○○九一月到二○一○年十月，自紐西蘭進口奶粉原物料後，再以自行調製的配方，加工混充麥芽糖精、葡萄糖等添加物。

劉宏清父子為促銷奶粉，透過業務員向藥局佯稱自行調配的奶粉是紐西蘭原裝進口的「卡洛吉蒂」奶粉，是知名「卡洛塔妮」羊奶粉的副廠牌，來自相同乳源，在台灣及大陸銷售，讓消費者誤信是紐西蘭原裝進口的奶粉而購買。

劉宏清父子見存貨未銷完，將過期或已過期奶粉罐底的製造日期及保存期限塗銷重新噴印，延長期限三年，再把這些過期奶粉賣到大陸浙江、四川等地。

檢調前年三月接獲檢舉，搜索劉宏清的公司查扣兩千多罐奶粉；檢驗並未發現有危害人體成分。

劉宏清的兩名兒子潛逃未到案；劉宏清辯稱，該公司「卡洛吉蒂」奶粉和添加物都是原裝進口，他未要求業務員向藥局佯稱是知名奶粉「卡洛塔妮」的副牌，更未賣過期奶粉。該公司銷售到大陸的奶粉未標示「紐西蘭原裝進口」，標示「原裝進口」代表自台灣「原裝進口」到大陸，並沒有錯。

199x系列給我的感覺一向就是淡淡的，但又似乎你我的生活中都有過相同的經歷 "我現在20歲 我正經歷著初戀" 自上一集娜靜在醫院被哥哥抱著睡之後，這一集直接被哥哥壓到床上， 如果是其他部戲，這裡應該是充滿粉紅，但垃圾哥哥沒多久就破壞這畫面XD 2013的娜靜在客廳玩Anipang時，三千浦的簡訊應該是故佈疑陣吧 (至少現在三千浦跟順天還比較像一對哩XDD) 潤真跟五個男生的其中一個應該是一對吧，第一集好像就說她已經結婚了 而且還比娜靜早結婚的樣子。 七峰聽留言那段，讓我默默的泛淚了 從車上的談話中得知，七峰的媽媽在事業上的成就大過於家庭， 但是一聽到問候語" 我是俊的媽媽...到最珍貴的兒子 俊啊 媽媽對不起你 也非常愛你" 七峰應該也知道媽媽其實是很愛他，只是也不知道怎麼表達。 下一集看起來是要開始鋪娜靜和七峰的線了，雖然不知道開始之後會不會讓人倒戈七峰 但是預告裡哥哥的backhug，真的很想讓人拉橫布條 " 我支持垃圾哥哥" 這系列戲的告白真是來得直接又快速 "我 喜歡哥哥" <-哥哥的表情，完全讓人迫不及待想看下一集。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.37.198.162

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】蘋果新iPad mini即將開賣，但有分析公司指出，首批推出的數量可能少於400萬部，甚至只有300萬部，出貨數量只有上一代iPad mini於年初推出時的3分之1，預料恐怕會有很多蘋果迷買不到新iPad mini。

道歉最忌諱的是 預設人家有可能不接受你的道歉而不去做 沒有人規定任何人必須要接受你的道歉 道歉是因為自己做不對 做的不好 而去道歉 這過程是為了自己 而不是為了別人的觀感 到過歉後 自己問心無愧了 做起事來就不會畏畏縮縮的 至於人家不接受你的道歉 那有差嗎
