鴻海(2317)日前股東會上，董事長郭台銘透露7月1日將有其他重大投資案宣布，今天盤前就公告斥資108億元投資韓國SK集團旗下資訊系統供應商SK C&C，持股比例約達4.9%，市場人士解讀，鴻海此舉是為後續擴大電信布局、國際化等做準備，未來將與SK集團旗下鮮京電信(SK Telecom)進行電信事業的合作，今天鴻海股價在買盤加溫之下，盤中攻上百元關卡。

鴻海指出，本次交易穩固建立雙贏戰略合作夥伴關係，集雙方之大成促彼此營運達最大綜效，並將致力於共同發展嶄新事業機會。
