最近女同事時常漲奶，我該如何幫她？

最近這幾天，我那位剛生完小孩的女同事復工了

因為她的位置就在我旁邊，所以老是跟我抱怨她的小孩都不喝奶，害她漲奶漲的很不舒服

因為她之前幫了我很多的忙，所以我很希望這次可以幫上她的忙

小弟在這裡懇求各位大大幫我想想有沒有方法可以讓她不要再受漲奶所苦，謝謝
