蕭敬騰出庭　要潑糞者誠實

蕭敬騰（老蕭）去年10月28日險遭潑糞，士林地檢署今天上午將傳老蕭及當天在場的工作人員出庭，還原當天老蕭險遭潑糞經過，這是老蕭首度為潑糞案到地檢署說明，10多名粉絲則是一早8時30分，就到地檢署前等著心愛的偶像。

蕭敬騰約9時50分許抵達地檢署，他面對媒體強調，很開心來出庭，並說：「我是個願意原諒的人，但對方要誠實。」老蕭強調沒針對任何人，但「希望法院能讓我們知道答案（指潑糞案）是什麼」，今天檢察官共傳喚包括老蕭在內，當天在場的4人，要還原當時過程。

警方去年12月6日將涉嫌對蕭敬騰潑糞的4人幫張哲誌、曾翊誠、蕭毓仁及陳冠廷送辦，至於蕭敬騰被懷疑是幕後主使的日籍女粉絲Yuki（蔭山友紀），因罪證不足排除她涉案，但她和助理在網路辱罵老蕭的經紀人林有慧部份，被警方依公然侮辱罪嫌函送。（法庭中心／台北報導）
