鹿窟位於新北市汐止區、新北市石碇區、台北市南港區交界的山上，

當初在戒嚴時期發生了台灣最大的一起白色恐怖政治案件「鹿窟事件」就是在這個山區，

而後冤死的受難者受到平反，這裡也立了一個「鹿窟事件紀念碑」。

不過這不是篇政治文或歷史文，這個山區其實很美，小豪以前心情不好時常跑來這看風景。

這天突然興起了看日出的念頭，先用《InstaWeather》這款手機APP（介紹）查到日出時間是 05:16 ，

四點就開始準備，這時天已經微亮，五點就到了山上開始等待。

這裡有個地方可以看到層層山巒的景色，在這等待日出。

附註：點照片時，會在新視窗開啟，再點「原始圖」則可看到大張圖片。

雖然日出時間是16分，但那是指從海平面上出現，現在被山擋住，還得再等等。

發現一大清早就有好多架飛機飛來飛去的。

開始可以感覺出日出會是在那個點，之後就都鎖定在這個角度拍照。

這時可以感覺到陽光從雲斜下方照射上來，那側的雲都是金色的，而陽光從雲中穿透出來。

陽光從雲中穿透出來，能清楚看到直條光線，天空被這光線切成一片一片的，好像是用繪圖軟體製作的特效。

看到太陽從樹叢中出現啦！（圖中那個小圓點）

開始覺得熱了，陽光直射在臉上，也開始無法直視陽光了。

太陽完全離開山稜線的遮掩，趁著出現厚雲時趕緊拍一張。

從日出方向轉個90度左右，可以看到層層山巒，還有陽光逐漸照在山中的樣子。

我就坐在小野狼上看日出，它跟了我16年，就這樣帶著我上山下海，到台灣300多個鄉鎮，一路陪伴著我。

蟬鳴鳥叫

雖然前後待了一個小時在看日出，可我卻一點也沒有感覺到不耐煩，反倒是看時間才發現居然時間過的這麼快。

山上的空氣真的很棒，每口呼吸你都會覺得那是一種享受，一種，活著真好的感覺。

下山之時難掩興奮之情，一路上大聲唱著歌，

腦袋中突然浮現起「台灣真的好美」這念頭，

沒自覺的脫口大聲喊出「我要去環島～～～～」。

雖然講到日出大家一定會想到阿里山日出，但是當你沒有空閒到遠方旅遊時，

是否就在住家附近也能找到美景呢？我想只要花點心思，自然的美麗景色就能帶給你許多樂趣。

然而這趟極為舒適的體驗，代價是什麼？

只是少睡四個小時，相當值得啦！

【綜合報導】中國北京動物園有名遊客昨日發現，園內有一隻梅花鹿血流滿面，仔細一看，發現是鹿角慘被割走，僅剩被劃有白線、不足4公分的角。其他梅花鹿在欄內活動，而被割角的梅花鹿就瑟縮一旁。

台灣出現狂犬病疫情，是否禁止民眾帶寵物進入國家公園？內政部次長蕭家淇24日晚表示，營建署評估結果，國家公園屬開放空間，要禁止技術上不可行，因此不會禁止帶寵物進入，但會配合農委會宣導。

蕭家淇說，農委會所屬的森林遊樂區，是封閉性的，有疆界的，而且有收門票，在民眾帶寵物進入森林遊樂區時，可以在收門票的地方做過濾的動作。但8座國家公園目前並沒收門票，要禁止，就得開罰，技術上做不到。
