【連欣儀／綜合外電報導】美國前財政部長薩默思（Larry Summers）放棄角逐下屆美國聯準會（Federal Reserve，Fed）主席，在市場投下震撼彈，他雖有美國總統歐巴馬（Barack Obama）這個有力的朋友，但反對薩默思出任Fed主席的敵人似乎比朋友還多。
 
薩默思不僅面臨共和黨反對，甚至連同黨同志對薩默思出任Fed主席一事雜音也很大，批評他與華爾街過從甚密，曾經擔任多家華爾街大銀行顧問等背景，最終「引來眾怒」，迫使薩默思不得不放棄角逐。

美國華盛頓海軍工廠發生重大槍擊案，死亡人數增加到13人，是31年來華府單一事件傷亡最慘重一次，遭到擊斃的兇嫌之一是34歲、來自德州的軍事承包商亞歷克西。

美國華盛頓特區市長葛瑞（Vincent Gray）在記者會上強調，華盛頓海軍工廠（Washington Navy Yard）槍擊案迄今尚無法證實犯案動機，「現階段我們沒有理由懷疑是恐怖主義，當然也沒有排除」。

美國警方表示，亞歷克西（Aaron Alexis）有可能利用前美國海軍士官強斯（Rollie Chance）識別證進入海軍工廠建築物內，聯邦調查員今天已經到過強斯家中了解。

今天上午發生在美國華府東南方的華盛頓海軍工廠( Washington Navy Yard)駭人聽聞槍擊案，為安全考量，國會山莊參議院下午也宣布暫時封鎖大樓，而且由於美國職棒大聯盟國民隊球場鄰近事發現場，國民隊與亞特蘭大勇士隊週二舉行的雙重賽，也宣布延期。

美國首都華盛頓今天發生13人死亡的槍擊案，是1982年發生一架客機墜入波多馬克河，造成78人死亡單一事件以來，死傷最慘重的一次。

【石明啟／桃園報導】葉姓男子昨天傍晚駕駛廂型車，行經桃園新屋鄉東福路二段時，疑因閃避穿越馬路小貓，車輛失控衝進路旁稻田裡，駕駛右手肘輕微擦傷，並無大礙。

駕駛飽受驚嚇，他向警消表示，路旁突然竄出兩隻小貓，快速穿越馬路，他因擔心撞上小貓，慌張失控，車輛衝到田裡，事後自我安慰：「不幸中的大幸」，警消隨後協助將廂型車拖上馬路。

標題[問題] window server 2012

今天小弟在實驗 window server 2012灌好之後，接下來 陸續安裝了 DHCP Server， DNS Server，AD DS和 WDS 主要是測試讓client端用PXE的方式開機連到這台SERVER灌OS DHCP SERVER我確定有起來，不管IPV4或IPV6都一樣，client 都可以取得IP，WDS也都設定好了，映像檔也放上去了，只差 Driver還沒包進去，當client端開機時，是有取得IPV4而且按F12 也能進入安裝OS畫面，不過當我把SERVER的IPV4停用之後，client 就無法取得IPV6了，並且出現"PXE-E51:No DHCP or proxyDHCP offers were received." 應該不是DHCP的問題吧，client端的網卡應該也是可以pxe的呀 還是server只支援PXE over ipv4，有請大大幫忙!!!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.138.32.204

今天的蘋果日報焦點評論：【大法官應挽救憲政危局（呂丁旺）】一文中，有以下此段話，看了後有點不懂為什麼「司法解釋權」得由大法官依職權為之，而「司法解釋權」又與「司法審判權」有什麼差別？可否請懂的大大解釋一下，謝謝！

本來，司法審判權具有被動性格，採不告不理，但司法解釋權則得由大法官依職權為之，以前大法官吳庚教授為首的學者們，即大力主張大法官可不待聲請而依職權為釋憲，且落實於實 務操作中，如釋字第530號解釋有關司法行政監督與終審法院的歸併即其著例，其他的「訴外解釋」亦屢見不鮮。

因此，除司法院擬將大法官會議改為 「憲法法院」可能採不告不理外，依現行憲制，大法官面對此一憲政危機，得不待聲請，逕依職權對於中選會撤銷院長的通知，下令急速定其暫時狀態，以挽救憲政危局，確保權力分立的憲政秩序。當然，立法院開議後亦應儘速就該案提出釋憲聲請，此正是解決本次爭議無可替代的正當程序。
