女子蔡京京因前年與男友曾智忠聯手勒殺蔡母棄屍海中，一審蔡女被判無期徒刑，曾男則被判死刑，2人均被收押在花蓮看守所。然而就在母親節前夕，蔡女昨天卻在花蓮看守所內，與曾男辦妥結婚登記，嫁給動手勒斃母親的曾男，真是格外諷刺！

花蓮看守所昨表示，因曾男、蔡女都是在押被告，即使結了婚，在所內也不能獨處，更不可能洞房，不過，2人結婚後，可以互相申請接見，由所方視情況核准，但兩人見面時，旁邊一定有管理員監控，也不可能串供。

蔡京京(32歲)10多年前到紐西蘭求學時，與大她19歲的英文老師曾智忠相戀，兩人2010年從紐西蘭回台灣後，因蔡母反對兩人交往並拒絕出錢襄助，竟共謀由曾男下毒手以鐵絲勒死蔡母，然後兩人一起把屍首丟進花蓮海中。由於蔡京京事後認罪，並獲父親、舅舅原諒，曾智忠卻卸詞狡辯，毫無悔意，花蓮地院今年3月27日依殺人罪判決蔡女無期徒刑，曾男則被判死刑，全案由花蓮高分院審理中，兩人目前都被羈押在花蓮看守所。(丁牧群／花蓮報導)

台灣高鐵決定將防止列車追撞的自動控制系統（ATC）升級，今天董事會也通過與日本JR東海鐵道簽署ATC技術支援備忘錄。

ATC主要是監督並自動控制高鐵列車速度，避免發生超速、冒進、追撞等事故。

高鐵路線明年初延伸到南港，明年7月新增苗栗、彰化及雲林3站也將啟用，為提供高鐵更安全的營運環境，台灣高鐵決定將ATC系統升級。

台灣高鐵發言人賈先德說，JR東海曾處理過延伸路線及新增車站的經驗，希望藉助JR東海的技術，讓高鐵順利完成ATC升級。

法新社報導，烏克蘭內政部長阿瓦科夫說，該國東南部馬里烏波爾市的政府軍與親俄民兵9日激烈衝突，共有21人死亡。阿瓦科夫在他的臉書網頁上說，當日的暴力事件造成20名民兵及1名員警死亡，另有5名員警受傷、4名民兵被捕。

上海浦東、虹橋兩大機場，8日開始對進入航運大樓的旅客及其隨身行李，實施防爆檢測及人身檢查。上海機場特別提醒乘機旅客，提前到達機場，以免延誤旅程。

據了解，安檢人員將會增加要求旅客脫鞋、解皮帶檢查的機率，攜帶行李箱的旅客開箱率也會增加。當局重申，隨身行李內不可以攜帶刀具及液態物品，而化妝品無論是液態的、膏狀的、還是凝膠狀的，總體積超過100毫升的必須托運。托運行李裡面不能夾帶貴重物品、現金、有價證券、易碎物品、鋰電池、管制刀具、腐蝕性、易污染和有毒及放射性物質。打火機在隨身和托運行李內均不可攜帶。（大陸中心／綜合外電報導）
