QE恐提早結束　低率政策依舊需要

【綜合報導】美國聯邦準備理事會(Federal Reserve，Fed，聯準會)主席柏南克(Ben Bernanke)，今天在國家經濟研討會上發表演說，表示美國仍需聯準會的低率政策，不過他沒有針對美國經濟展望發表任何看法。
 
柏南克表示由於美國失業率持續偏高，通膨也未達聯準會的目標，所以低率政策依舊必要，並表示刺激經濟發展，增加稅收和刪減政府開支也不可少。

同時還公布聯準會最新政策會議紀錄顯示，他們可能在今年底之前，結束量化寬鬆（QE）經濟刺激計畫，多名成員認為，聯準會應該在美國勞工巿場持續改善後，才減少購買債券。他們相信私人就業機會增加，將有助改善美國勞工巿場，如果美國經濟轉強，聯準會可能在下半年減少購買債券，以及在明年年中，結束每月850億美元的買債計劃。

我現在用的是這罐 大概要分兩次上 才能達到標準用量 (忘記哪間的官網說一圓硬幣就夠了，板友有的用到50圓這麼大) 因為一開始上油油的，要等乾10min左右在上第二層 在室內還好 去是外走一走搭車等等 臉就會覺得油不少 請問像這種情況的話 我是不是要找更為乾澀的防曬品呢? 大家說的"咬"是很乾的意思嗎 有比這罐更乾的產品麻煩推薦謝謝 -- -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.162.88.135
