【綜合報導】四川成都雙流國際機場因受雷雨影響，截至上午11時30分，已有21個進港航班不能準時抵達，並分別備降綿陽、南充等周邊機場；另有2航班被取消及20個出港航班被延誤，約4,000名出行旅客被迫滯留機場，機場更一度於早上10時至11時24分間停航關閉。
因雷雨天氣持續，預計要到晚上8時30分才會結束，隨後將會有更多航班被延誤或取消，滯留旅客人數亦會增加。

轉自「黑心網」 http://www.heisin.org/thread-125-1-1.html 許多讀者擔心夏天鼻頭粉刺多，有礙觀瞻，透過《蘋果八爪魚》詢問，能否用鼻貼布改善 。皮膚科醫師表示，不建議用鼻貼布，因為可能導致表皮毛孔損害，甚至造成皮膚炎。 書田診所皮膚科主任醫師鄭惠文說，鼻頭粉刺俗稱「草莓鼻」，生成原因主要是皮膚角質 代謝出現異常狀況，造成毛孔阻塞。 每周最多用一次 鄭惠文建議用含水楊酸、A酸與果酸等成分，能幫助角質代謝的保養品和藥品，並不建議 用鼻貼布，因鼻貼布是用外力摩擦和濕貼動作，黏起鼻頭粉刺，對皮膚傷害大，反覆使用 恐造成皮膚炎，毛孔也會變大，女性化妝時恐無法均勻上粉。 彰基醫院皮膚科主治醫師邱足滿表示，許多二十幾歲的年輕人，習慣用速成方式去除鼻頭 粉刺，如使用鼻貼布，但可能造成皮膚表皮受損，如果要使用，建議每周最多使用一次， 每次大約貼十到十五分鐘。 邱足滿提醒，許多人也常誤以為用洗面乳洗臉，就能消除鼻頭粉刺，如果用洗面乳洗臉的 次數過於頻繁，會造成皮膚乾燥，皮膚反而分泌更多油脂，進而讓毛孔堵塞，每天用洗面 乳洗臉大約兩次就夠，其餘可用清水沖洗。 -- 成人網從這裡開始，真好｜JenHao.com -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.80.103.26

千里馬的悲劇 一個農場主買了一匹千里馬，回到家中發現實在沒有什麼大事需要千里馬去完成，便把馬 養在那裡。 時間長了，家裡人開始埋怨農場主，說他好草好料養了一匹沒用的馬。農場主也覺得大家 說得有道理， 便決定給千里馬安排工作。可農場裡除了耕田、拉車、拉磨外，根本沒有其它工作可以用 到馬，於是農場主決定用千里馬去耕田。 千里馬馳騁慣了，一到田里便開始奔跑，把扶犁的農人拉著摔了好幾個跟頭，再沒有人願 意用千里馬耕田了。 農場主又用千里馬去拉車，可千里馬跑得太快，很快就把車輪子拉掉了。看來千里馬也不 適合拉車。 農場主沒有辦法，就把千里馬送到了磨坊，讓它和一頭驢子一起拉磨。 開始千里馬總是走得太快，驢子根本就跟不上，農場主就讓夥計們用鞭子抽打千里馬。 只要千里馬走得稍快了一點，夥計的鞭子就落到了千里馬身上。慢慢地，千里馬適應了拉 磨，和那頭驢子配合得非常默契了。 農場主看到千里馬終於派上了用場，很高興。可不久他又覺得千里馬既然幹著和驢子相同 的活兒，就要享受與驢子同樣的待遇。於是千里馬好草耗料的特殊待遇沒有了，每天吃著 和驢子同樣的草料。 千里馬越來越老實、溫順了，拉磨時也不再高昂著頭了。 有一天，農場主上山巡視，不慎被獵人佈置的打狼的夾子夾住了一條腿，隨從的人好不容 易把他弄回家裡。 當地的醫生說農場主傷勢很重，需要立即送到城裡救治。 農場主當即想起了那匹千里馬，他讓家人從磨坊裡拉出那匹千里馬，由醫生護送自己去城 裡救治。 千里馬終於又有了馳騁的機會，一上路便開始奔跑，雖然身上載著兩個人，但它的速度還 是很快的。 可沒跑出多遠，千里馬就因為體力不支而放慢了速度，最後索性在原地轉起圈來了。 等醫生回去找了別的馬把農場主送到城裡，因為延誤了治療，農場主的那條腿只能被截掉 了。 從城裡治療回來的農場主做的第一件事情就是宰掉了那匹千里馬，把它下了湯鍋。 千里馬的悲劇也是農場主的悲劇。因為沒有合適的崗位，農場主親手把一匹千里馬調教得 像驢子一樣成了拉磨的役畜， 可當需要的時候才想起它是一匹千里馬，殊不知因環及待遇等方面的影響，它已經失去了 千里馬的特質，成了一匹只會拉磨的馬。 PS~心有戚戚焉~怎麼總覺得面前有把椅子在等我~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 210.62.183.17

2013年6月份，全國居民消費價格總水平同比上漲2.7%。其中，城市上漲2.6%，農村上漲2.8%；食品價格上漲4.9%，非食品價格上漲1.6%；消費品價格上漲2.6%，服務價格上漲2.7%。上半年，全國居民消費價格總水平比去年同期上漲2.4%。
6月份，全國居民消費價格總水平環比持平（漲跌幅度為0，下同）。其中，城市持平，農村上漲0.1%；食品和非食品價格均持平；消費品價格下降0.1%，服務價格上漲0.2%。
一、各類商品及服務價格同比變動情況
6月份，食品價格同比上漲4.9%，影響居民消費價格總水平同比上漲約1.59個百分點。其中，肉禽及其製品價格上漲4.8%，影響居民消費價格總水平上漲約0.34個百分點（豬肉價格上漲1.1%，影響居民消費價格總水平上漲約0.03個百分點）；鮮菜價格上漲9.7%，影響居民消費價格總水平上漲約0.26個百分點；鮮果價格上漲11.4%，影響居民消費價格總水平上漲約0.22個百分點；糧食價格上漲5.1%，影響居民消費價格總水平上漲約0.15個百分點；水產品價格上漲3.1%，影響居民消費價格總水平上漲約0.08個百分點。
菸酒及用品價格同比上漲0.3%。其中，煙草價格上漲0.4%，酒類價格持平。
衣著價格同比上漲2.3%。其中，服裝價格上漲2.5%，鞋類價格上漲1.3%。
家庭設備用品及維修服務價格同比上漲1.5%。其中，家庭服務及加工維修服務價格上漲9.4%，耐用消費品價格上漲0.1%。
醫療保健和個人用品價格同比上漲1.4%。其中，中藥材及中成藥價格上漲3.1%，醫療保健服務價格上漲1.8%，醫療器具及用品價格上漲0.6%，西藥價格上漲0.1%。

第一周跑完休息之後, 第二周重點在法國從西北轉東南, 穿過中央平原往南上到中央高地((Massif Central), 最後以"馮杜山"(Mont Ventoux)的山頂終點站告一段落...

本周大多以平地賽站為主, 如果覺得無聊, 看看風景吧(一樣可能睡著... ), 第11站是個人計時賽, 應該有趣一些, 第14站開始上到中央高地, 第15站的高山站, 再看GC們有沒辦法對Chris Froome有所威脅...
