日本電動車品牌 TERRA MOTORS，發表可搭配 iPhone 使用的智慧型電動機車 A4000i。TERRA MOTORS A4000i 預計在今年 12 月在日本上市，支援 iPhone 3GS、4、4s 以及 5，折合新台幣約為 13 萬。

TERRA MOTORS A4000i 首創於儀表板位置配備一組專為 Apple iPhone 設計的基座，將 iPhone 裝上後再啟動特定 App，就會顯示時速、電動車剩餘電力…等電動車資訊，儼然直接把 iPhone 螢幕當成儀表板使用，當然要用做 GPS 導航用途也不成問題，未來預計也會持續開發其他 App 導入更多功能。電動車部份，A4000i 最高速度可達 65 公里/小時、最遠可騎的距離也是 65 公里，而與一般吃汽油的機車相比，幾乎可省下 1/10 的價錢；電池部份，A4000i 可搭配壽命為 5 萬公里的鋰電池電瓶使用，掀開座墊就可以把電瓶取出來單獨充電，充飽一次約花 4.5 小時。

台南市創全國之先制定「台南市自殺通報與關懷自治條例」，但自實施以來僅有61人因通報接受過表揚，顯見自殺防治仍有改善空間。尤其台南市每10萬人口就有17.1人自殺，在5都中排名次高，且自殺為市民死亡率的排名也一路攀升，幾乎快列入10大死因。市議員邱莉莉甚表憂心， 15日要求衛生局應確實瞭解自殺率提高的原因與防範之道，並妥為宣導自殺防治的先行法規。

市議員邱莉莉指出，根據衛生署統計，台南市自殺人口數從99年合併時的321人、降低為100年的334人、101年的322人，衛生局的用心雖值肯定，但，自殺人口現量數的減少不代表南市防治自殺獲得改善。以去年為例，台南市每10萬人口就有17.1人自殺，在5都中排名次高，且自殺為市民死亡率的排名也一路攀升，從99年第13名、到100年第12名，到101年第11名。

邱莉莉說，市府於99年即公布全國首創的「台南市自殺通報與關懷自治條例」，根據這自治條例的內文，南市必須成立心理健康推動委員會，包括自殺高危險者、自殺意念者、自殺企圖者、自殺遺屬，鼓勵市民基於人道關懷立場主動通報，包括醫院、市府所屬機關、學校、社福機構、護理機構、診所藥局、公司行號等都被納入自殺通報網絡，醫院部分甚至還註明會把通報績效納入醫院年度考核標準，立意雖好但成果仍有待觀察。

邱莉莉表示，據市府衛生局統計，101年台南市有自殺行為但未遂的就有2,407人，102年1至6月迄今自殺未遂的也有1,269人，這還是帳面人數，若看檯面下的黑數可能更多。顯示自殺防治仍待加強。尤其上週又通過「台南市自殺人道通報獎勵辦法」，衛生局更應該妥為宣導。

我再玩LOL時我練到了30的技術卻不如30等 我得朋友 就因為我忙著殺人 沒看到小地圖 而惹她生氣 我希望有人可以交我練JG和TOP和SUP(布里茨) 而讓我能真正達到30等~

在我的印象當中，依稀記得小時候是有玩過所謂踏板電動車的，不過因為當時年紀小，別說要認品牌，就連長什麼樣子現在都已經想不起來了，再說那輛車還是親戚家小孩的，玩一玩還得還給人家；而在台灣幾個知名的進口品牌，在自家的原廠精品當中，都有推出這樣的商品，不過這次要介紹CHEVROLRT Corvette Stingray踏板電動車，要在台灣看到應該就不是那麼容易了。
