美國前總統布希 (67歲)6 日在心臟動脈內成功地安裝了1支支架。布希5日在達拉斯Cooper醫院進行年度健康檢查時，發現心臟動脈有些堵塞，於是建議安放支架，隨即於6日上午做手術。發言人表示，術後情況良好，可能7日就能出院，8日一切恢復正常。

CPU是i5 2450M 有支援turbo boost 不過只要開的時候 都是直接從2.5G跑到2.9G 機子處於高溫狀態(約80度) 即使閒置很久 時脈也不會降下來 待機降頻省電不也是功能之一? 玩遊戲時飆到90度高溫 也依然不會關閉turbo 印象中它應該會自動調整才對吧? 有需要送回原廠檢查嗎 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.34.41.230 ※ 編輯: yayaya5450 來自: 114.34.41.230 (08/07 04:14)

| 怎麼刪除手機裡下載的東西

恩••••我的手機是HTC 的aria，還蠻舊的。
不過我想知道，怎麼刪除手機裡已下載的東西（不是market,play商店，是一般的播放程式）我想刪它是因為下載後完全無法在手機裡找到它（也許是我不知道在哪裡），也很確定我已經下載了，但怕是什麼奇怪的程式，怕會有病毒！
請聰明的大大告訴我可以在那找到它，以及如何刪除它？謝謝〜
還有一個問題想請教，如何把下載的東西移到SD卡呢？手機儲存空間已爆= =

| 回收車撞傷人 「一案兩賠」罕見

62歲婦人楊宋阿銀兩年前遭資源回收車撞重傷，無法自理生活，聲請國賠獲賠千餘萬元；而她的家人也以家裡遭受鉅變提國賠，法官查出先前協議賠償對象僅楊婦，判決台中市環保局應賠償楊婦的家人195萬精神慰撫金，成了罕見的「一案兩賠」案例。
承審法官認為被害人楊婦與家人屬個別的權利義務主體，環保局與楊婦協議和解效力，自不及於她的家人。就像甲駕車不慎撞倒機車騎士乙及後載乘客丙，致乙、丙受傷，甲和解賠償乙的效力，並不及於丙，丙自有請求賠償的權利。
據了解，此案在協議階段，楊的家人原期望精神慰撫金能有5百萬元，但結果只有150萬元，才再聲請國賠。
判決書指出，陳姓清潔隊員前年元月24日上午駕駛資源回收車經過神岡區，未經隨車人員指引即貿然倒車，造成騎機車的楊婦閃避不及，撞上資源回收車。
楊婦倒地後頭部外傷併硬腦膜下出血及顱骨骨折，經手術後仍意識不清，無法下床行走及自理生活，需長期醫療照顧，陳姓隊員二審被依業務過失致重傷害等罪判刑10月。
楊婦提起國家賠償，與台中市環保局在去年底達成協議，由環保局賠償楊婦1056萬餘元，包括保險賠償580萬元，以及環保局給付476萬元。
楊婦的丈夫以及3名子女以楊肢體癱瘓需長期醫療照顧，和樂家庭頓蒙陰霾，再次提起國賠，請求給付精神慰撫金。
環保局辯稱，已與楊婦達成協議，並將賠償款項支付給對方，而對方又提起國賠，要求賠償精神慰撫金，顯然違反誠信原則，顯無理由。
不過，法官查出環保局與楊婦協議結果，賠償1056萬餘元，是針對楊婦個人，其中精神慰撫金一項僅列賠150萬元，並未包含楊的家人精神慰撫金，不算違反誠信原則，判決楊的家人勝訴。

| 60%企業計畫投資提高行動資安

資策會產業情報研究所（MIC）表示，2013年大型企業在資安設備方面的投資金額平均為新台幣123.8萬元，較去年成長20.2%。資策會MIC預估，台灣資訊安全設備市場規模在2015年將成長至新台幣363億元，年複合成長率 (CAGR)為14.6%。
MIC調查發現，目前只有12%的大型企業建置資安廠商提供的行動安全解決方案，有60%以上的大型企業，在考量自行攜帶行動裝置 (BYOD)的資安問題下，會增加對行動資安的投資。
