【綜合報導】浙江杭州西湖景區內虎跑泉，以泉水甘洌醇厚聞名，近日該處一條溪流，漂浮大量奶白色不明物體，且味道刺鼻，斷斷續續近一公里長。當地政府調查後發現，該處的污水管疑有所滲漏，污水滲漏到電力井內，導致溪流被污染。網友則怒轟，請當地環保局長來這洗腳。

據悉，因虎跑泉水甜，長年以來不少杭州人都會到虎跑取水，至於該溪流的污染，是否會影響到虎跑泉水，市政部門表示目前暫不清楚。

【大紀元2013年09月08日訊】（大紀元記者韓林費城編譯報導）據賓夕法尼亞大學的報稅表顯示，今年63歲的女校長艾美‧戈曼（Amy Gutmann）在2011至2012學年的年薪超過200萬美元，比2010-2011學年增加了43%，當時她的年薪位居全美私立大學校長前第12名。在長青籐大學校長中，她的年薪位居第3，僅次於哥倫比亞和耶魯大學校長。

校董事會主席大衛‧科恩（David L.Cohen）在一份書面聲明中說:「戈曼校長的薪酬是由於她的工作成績，基於近幾年她卓越的成就。」他還說：「校董事會認為戈曼是全美最好的大學校長，我們相信她的薪酬應該反映她的業績。」戈曼於2004年被任命為賓大校長，去年校董事會已將她的校長任職續至2019年，並表示有決心使戈曼校長的薪酬躋身全美私立大學校長前十名。

賓大在5年前開始了籌款35億美元的「創造歷史運動」（Making History Campaign）。當時正值美國經濟陷入低迷，然而在戈曼校長的領導下，賓大提前16個月完成了目標，現已籌得43億美元。這些資金共來自32.7萬名資助者，其中2011年佩雷爾曼夫婦（Raymond G. Perelman and the late Ruth Perelman）資助的2.25億美元打破了賓大的籌款歷史紀錄，賓大醫學院因此命名為佩雷爾曼醫學院。

在戈曼的校長任內，賓大聘請到了100多位知名教授來校任教。期間，賓大資助本科生的經費也增長了一倍，達到每年1.81億美元。戈曼發起了一項「無借貸政策」（no-loan policy），為需要的學生提供獎學金而非貸款。包括學費，住宿費和其它費用在內，去年賓大每名學生的花費約5萬6千美元，擁有2萬1千名本科生和研究生的賓大一年總預算逾60億美元。

標題[請問] 22K 及實質薪資越來越低的問題

魯蛇小弟我也是領基本工資 目前各種數據也支持 經物價平準後台灣的平均實質工資越來越低的問題 但是有幾個現象魯蛇小弟我想不到合理解釋 請版上先進指教 1.資本家道德說 以前的實質工資較高，但是資本家以前也會剝削員工 例如: 湯英伸事件 http://goo.gl/Aul2rZ http://www.doyong.idv.tw/goodnews.htm http://www.wretch.cc/blog/star0703/7404756 沒有道理說以前的資本家比現在仁慈善良 以剝削他人為樂是人類的天性 人類剝削他人幾千年了，不可能近20年來才開竅 也不可能是說近20年來的剝削手段才有長足的進步 那為什麼一樣無良的資本家 在以前願意給比較高薪，現在就盡情打壓薪資? 2.中國工資上漲現象 大家都說中國比台灣更貪汙腐敗更沒人權 魯蛇小弟也承認中國比台灣更貪汙腐敗更沒人權 但是無法解是一個現象 若中國比台灣更貪汙腐敗更沒人權， 則中國官員應該要勾結中國資本家壓低薪資， 但是中國經物價平準後的平均實質工資不斷上漲 若是因為網路人力銀行的興起造成資方打手 中國也有網路人力銀行，工資卻不減反增 3.萬惡國民黨說 一般說法是國民黨勾結資本家剝削勞工 但是最近炒得沸沸揚揚的舊報紙薪資 也就是根據民國80年~86年報紙上的求職廣告薪資遠勝現在 但......那也是萬惡國民黨執政時期 另外假設 (1)選舉是真的 (2)國民黨勾結資本家剝削勞工 (3)選民能分辨誰會勾結資本家當資方打手 (4)選民會選擇對自己利益最大的對象投票 資本家論人數票數都遠低於勞工 則應該是支持勞工的政客當選 為什麼永遠當選的都是勾結資本家剝削勞工的政客? 這幾個現象魯蛇小弟我想不到合理解釋 還請版上先進指教 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.243.104.193

我跟男友不常吵架，但一吵架都吵蠻兇的，而且都是為了小事吵起來。 這次是我的錯，當天覺得很煩燥，鬧脾氣又盧他。(有前因後果，但重點是這點。) 吵完後的二天，我們只有互叫對方早安，還有偶爾傳個line，沒講電話。 昨晚我打給他，明明是很想他，講到後面卻又有點小吵。 後來我再打去道歉，我希望他不要一直那麼冷淡， 他說他沒怎樣，只是需要時間調適一下心情，需要安靜個幾天，不想講電話。 我覺得他是愛我的，但他說他不知道他還愛不愛我，需要思考。 我們原本預定下星期六才會見面，因為這件事，我好想搭車下去找他。 他知道我的個性，他先告訴我：我搭車下去他會更煩，他不會開心，要我好好在家休息。 男生的朋友說：通常男生說想要安靜個幾天，大多都是在想理由分手。 請問版上的男生朋友也會這樣子嗎？！應該說…會每次大吵架都這樣子嗎？！ 還是當感覺到女朋友很盧時，就會這樣子？！ 不能每星期見面的距離，講電話&相處的時間都不夠用了，再安靜個二星期，好怕淡了。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.45.63.166
