【大紀元2013年09月09日訊】（大紀元法國記者站報導）第30屆歐洲遺產日將於9月14日至15日舉行。今年的特別之處是紀念文化遺產保護100週年。根據《1913年12月31日》的法律，法國為保護其豐富珍貴的歷史遺產而付諸了一個世紀的努力。在巴黎，精彩的免費參觀點有：

1區的巴黎皇家宮殿（Palais-Royal）

巴黎皇家宮殿建於1682年，曾是國王路易十四兒時住過的地方。自1959年以來，這裡成為法國文化部的辦公地，今天，還有法國憲法委員會、最高行政法院和法蘭西喜劇院均駐紮在該殿內。

6區的盧森堡宮

盧森堡宮始建於1615年，如今是法國參議院的所在地。參觀者可在遺產日開放期間，自由參觀參議院大廳。

7區的Hôtel de Salm

這個別墅又名Palais de la Légion d』Honneur，是由德國沙門氏王子於1781年興建的。1804年，被拿破侖一世買下，今天是榮譽軍團勳章博物館（Musée de la Légion d'honneur）的所在地。

12區的彈藥製造廠

位於12區文森森林（le bois de Vincennes），彈藥製造廠（La Cartoucherie）曾被用作軍事射擊場和製造彈藥所用。

13區的弗雷西奈敞廳

【吳家翔／台北報導】馬英九總統親上火線，質疑立法院長王金平涉關說案，「如果這不是關說，什麼才是關說？」民進黨主席蘇貞昌晚上記者會反擊批，馬總統以非法資料打擊政敵，「如果這不是政治鬥爭，什麼才是政治鬥爭？」、「如果這不是干涉司法，什麼才是干涉司法？」「如果這不是違法手段，什麼才是違法手段？」、「如果這不是憲政危機，什麼才是憲政危機？」
 
記者會中，蘇貞昌發表不到三分鐘的聲明說，台灣正面對一個違反憲政份際的國家危機，遺憾的是，這危機竟是最必須遵守憲政秩序的總統一手造成的。馬總統透過不法監聽手段，竊取國會議長的通聯內容，扭曲司法人員的證詞，甚至直接參與司法偵查個案，自己做判決，這樣操弄司法的做法，顯然已逾越憲法賦予總統應有的職權。
 
蘇說，當檢察總長黃世銘拿著非法監聽資料，向馬報告時，這種洩漏偵查資料的行為，就是違法；馬沒有迴避，反而直接參與個案，由特偵組非法公佈監聽譯文，更是違反《通訊保障及監察法》的犯罪行為，這才是「台灣司法最黑暗的一天」。
 
蘇貞昌抨擊，馬總統為了打擊政敵，竟以總統之尊，採非法違憲手段，這是「台灣人權最黑暗的一天」。他說，總統逾越憲法職權，兩度舉行記者會，一方面打擊政敵，還把自己的犯罪行為正當化，這是「台灣民主政治最黑暗的一天」。

台北市長郝龍斌今與身心障礙孩童共同將機器海豚放入水中，完成下水儀式，郝說，日本愛知縣的機器魚達人林正道兒時熱愛大海與潛水，因罹病，致力製造與人接觸的機器魚，療癒病童與長者重拾海洋樂趣，最特別的是，機器魚材質多為資源回收物，深具環保意義。主辦單位圓方創意公司今還展示水上輪椅，由3名腦性麻痺孩童輪流單獨試乘，他們都樂得不想上岸。
