美國股市1日止跌回升，主因投資人猜測美國政府「關門」對經濟的影響有限。同時由於「歐記健保」1日開始上路，帶動醫藥類股大漲。中午道瓊指數上漲65.93點 (+0.44)，S&P500指數上漲12.63點(+0.75%)，那斯達克指數則上漲37.14點(0.98%)。

投資專家表示，過去曾有過此種經驗，因此並不足為奇；市場賣壓減輕，且鼓勵許多買家逢低買進。市場真正擔心的是10月17日的舉債上限爭議。

新婚剛滿三個月 吵架是非常正常的 我說真的 記得我跟老婆剛結婚的時候 也是吵得天翻地覆 有段時間我連離婚協議書都簽好蓋好章 放在桌上等他簽名 一個人跑去公司睡。 吵的原因其實都是一些芝麻綠豆大的小事 當下可能會覺得是天大的不得了 但是後來想想其實真的不值一晒 所以 如果您還沒結婚 或許我會勸你要不要把他當結婚對象 但一旦結婚了，我會勸您好好想想 不過我的建議並不是「怎麼樣讓老公不生氣」或是「你任不任性」 而是建議您「怎麼樣避免這種事再次發生」 其實夫妻之間當然應該分享心事 我也覺得這是要被鼓勵的 否則你會發現不到五年 你跟老公就無話可說了 但是「分享心事」不等於把對方當垃圾桶 說真的，在這個低薪景氣又差的年代 誰上班不是一肚子鳥氣呢? 哪個人不想找垃圾桶倒心事呀? 但是你倒完了，你爽了，垃圾桶怎麼辦? 更別說垃圾桶裡搞不好早就已經一堆垃圾了 如果還是男女朋友 也許一個星期見個一兩次面 倒上一次垃圾 對方也許還能忍受 消化得了 既然是夫妻 得每天見面 你一個星期倒上四五次垃圾 我很懷疑誰能受得了? 所以我給你的建議 其實也是我自己的習慣 1．把工作上的情緒消化完了之後 再帶回家 當然絕對不是不能跟老公/老婆說 但絕對不是情緒化的說 也不是一勁講個沒完的說 而是很平靜的說 簡短扼要的說 (如果一件不愉快的事你要扯超過15分鐘就太長了) 2、記得一天挑一件最不愉快的事講就好 不要拉拉雜雜沒組織的扯一堆 一口氣全倒了 因為其實說穿了其實你也只是想「講」出來 有人「聽」 這樣就夠了 那其實把一件事好好講勝過你東扯西扯一百件 (垃圾要分類 知道吧?) 3、問問對方的意見與什麼解決方式 但是不期待答案 是的，就算你只是想找個聽眾，也讓對方有點參與感 但說真的不用太期待對方會有什麼很正面的回應 (比如說抱抱你、幫你罵對方) 因為真的有時候並不是每個人都能站在你的立場看事情 而你的立場也不一定是正確的 如果對方只是像你老公說的「講完了? 那我可以開始講xxxx了嗎?」 也不用太難過 至少他聽你把不愉快的事講完了，不是嗎? 4、別把夫妻吵架的事 太放在心上 有時那只是壓力的疏解 尤其是新婚的夫妻 就算婚前再怎麼個性相近、親密甚至同居一段時間 婚後一定會有點磨合期 畢竟是來自兩個不同的家庭 有著不同的生活習慣與價值觀 大事就算了 如果是像這種芝麻綠豆大的小事 一旦吵完 隔天，最多隔兩天就不要再提了 : 我沒有想離婚 : 因為他不生氣的時候真的對我很好 : 只是,我不知道夫妻之間之分享開心事....這樣好像不熟的朋友?! 5、開心事當然要多說多分享、但是跟對方無關的事 比如說公司又有某個人怎樣怎樣…上面又出什麼包 一堆對方不認識的人與沒聽過的名字、事實上是沒有意義的 所以也請「挑重點講」「挑關鍵的講」 但是如果是您看到兩個人可以出去玩的點、或是聽同事說有哪家不錯的餐廳 你可以跟他多說說 看看什麼時候兩個人一起去 夫妻相處沒有這麼容易 當然也沒這麼難 加油吧^^ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 24.155.241.83

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】今日美國華府發生一名女駕駛疑似企圖衝撞白宮外圍的檢哨站，引發警方注意，隨後警方和女子展開飛車追逐。稍早警方證實，開車女子已經死亡。

警方在記者會上表示，在追逐女駕駛的過程當中，在兩處地點開槍。警方表示，警方先對女駕駛鳴槍示警，但女駕駛仍繼續逃逸，因此對女駕駛開槍，女駕駛遭到槍擊，隨後證實已經死亡。另外，警方指出，女駕駛車上還有一名年約1歲的女童，目前這名女童狀況良好，已送往醫院治療看護。根據美國CNN報導，這名女童應是女子的孩子。

而在這起案件中，一名23歲員警在追逐女子時受傷，還有另一名員警也受傷，目前2人已在醫院接受治療，生命狀況穩定。 警方也表示，該起案件無關恐怖攻擊。CNN報導指出，女子疑似有精神方面問題，而在事件過程中，似乎沒有跡象顯示女子曾開槍。

【大紀元2013年10月04日訊】當地時間3日晚，第18屆釜山國際電影節（BIFF）於釜山電影殿堂隆重開幕。擔任司儀的香港演員郭富城和韓國女星姜素妍，以及導演林權澤、李浚益、金基德，演員安聖基、李彩英、河智苑、韓孝珠、金孝珍、金素妍、金有貞等眾星亮相紅毯。

郭富城攜手姜素妍擔任司儀

本屆電影節開幕式由香港演員郭富城攜手韓國女星姜素妍擔當司儀。郭富城憑藉去年影展的開幕作《寒戰》獲得韓國影迷的喜愛，繼去年湯唯加盟主持開幕式後，成為釜山電影節史上第二位開幕式非韓國籍主持人。

郭富城曾憑藉《父子》獲影帝頭銜，47歲的韓國女星姜素妍則憑藉林權澤執導的《借種》在26年前獲封威尼斯影后，此對搭檔可謂來頭不小。

不丹電影《瓦拉：祈福》揭幕

開幕式當晚，由不丹喇嘛、著名導演宗薩蔣揚欽哲仁波切執導的《瓦拉：祈福》（Vara: A Blessing）成為開幕片。該片改編自印度著名短篇小說《血與淚》，以南印度傳統舞蹈作為媒介講述一個愛情故事，突顯女主人公直面逆境的堅韌意志。

本屆釜山國際電影節共展映70多個國家的301部影片，其中全球首映影片95部，國際首映影片42部。所有影片將在3至12日期間在釜山7個影院的35塊銀幕進行放映。

華語片方面，孫紅雷和郭富城主演的《全民目擊》將亮相「Open Cinema單元」進行國際首映，賈樟柯新片《天注定》也將參展 「亞洲電影之窗」單元。

【姚惠珍／台北報導】美國參眾兩院昨日未能對臨時預算案達成共識，造成美國政府關門，是否進一步衝擊全球經濟復甦腳步放緩，備受關注。對此，台塑集團副總裁王瑞華今代表捐贈肺炎鏈球菌疫苗給衛生福利部時表示，美國是亞洲主要進口國，美國經濟動盪會進一步衝擊亞洲需求，但屬於短期影響，「今年整體營運比年初預期得好，也希望第4季營運能夠持平，總體來看，今年應該會不錯。」　
　
對於台灣馬王政爭、立院空轉，王瑞華表示：「政府主要成立目的就是要服務人民，如何社會經濟進步是最重要的話題，所以希望（馬、王）可以把這些爭議擱一邊，看要如何加強經濟，提升台灣競爭力是更重要的事。」對於服貿協議等法案仍因政爭而躺在立法院，王瑞華也強調：「很希望這些案件快點進行，不要再空轉。」
