陸續看過慶都大第,白金漢宮,公園華廈

1. 公園華廈的車位只能用租的...但管理費相對便宜

租車位的錢+上管理費..比其他大樓的純管理費比起來不會高太多

因為沒車位,總價也是相對較低

陽台進出,感覺不錯~

只是蓋在斜坡上..這有風險嗎?

在附近找停車位路邊停車時...有看到兩排透天蓋在斜坡面對面..感覺要親下去了 = =

2. 白金漢宮,樓梯間很暗,看的那間天花板有點矮...不確定是不是裝潢關係的特例

感覺不好...沒細問就閃了

3. 慶都大第,外觀維持不錯,車庫是雙向的車道

只可惜看的那間坪數偏小...價錢也比較高

雖然老家離這不遠...但還是很不熟

不知道有沒有大大可以介紹這一區不錯的大樓

讓我去比較比較
