越南公安部調查安全機關首長黃公斯（Hoang Kong Tu）表示，近日發生在平陽省和河靜等地的暴動，造成兩名中國人死亡、200餘人受傷。

越南外交部今天傍晚舉行國際記者會，包括外交部部長助理鄧明貴、公安部調查安全機關首長黃公斯等官員參與，向外界說明日前在平陽省、同奈省、河靜省等地發生暴動情形。

黃公斯表示，初步調查有兩名中國人死亡，近200人受傷。這是越南官方首次承認有外國人在暴動中死傷。事發後，傷者已送到醫院治療。(中央社)
