健身房退費

上個月底跟朋友去健身房參加課程,買了四個月的課程
之後健身教練被調去另外一間分館B,我們買課程時他是在分館A
所以朋友再買課程時又付了轉館費800元,這樣說兩間都可以使用
但朋友在A館運動習慣了,想說那退掉B館的轉館費好了
所以打去詢問說可不可以退
但健身房的態度就很強硬說
已經有再A館使用了,所以就算沒去B館還是有算使用到

請問這樣可以退費嗎?只要退轉館費就好,因為從頭到尾都沒有使用到B館,但是是跟課程一起付了

如果可以退要怎麼讓健身房退給我們?
