剛剛從對岸的論壇查到我的N5被卡住的原因了，提醒一下之後要走日本轉送的朋友。

收件人的名字請「全部用英文」否則就是會在羽田被卡住，因為海關需要english fullname，除了少數個案，一堆人都中招。

中招的解法…基本上就是提供英文全名給黑貓，請他們轉達給日本海關。方法很多啦，有人直接進線香港客服，也有人寫e-mail的
