隨意窩的狀態設定

最近我把自己在無名的網誌般家到了隨意窩,

但是網誌的狀態是顯示關閉,我想要把狀態改成打開,

可是我找不到可以改狀態的地方

請各位好心的大大幫個忙,指點一下步驟,要怎麼做我才可以把狀態改成打開呢?
