中國時報【（蕭博文）】

菲律賓司法部特別檢察官小組偵辦廣大興28號案，日前透過台菲司法互助管道向船長洪育智等3名船員發出傳票，要求3人於9日抵菲出庭作證。法務部政務次長陳明堂昨表示，將依家屬意願全力協助赴菲作證。

陳明堂證實，上月30日已循台菲司法互助管道獲悉菲國檢察官傳訊廣船船員一事，傳票也已送達我駐馬尼拉台北經濟文化辦事處；且因菲國檢察官依規定須在3個月內結案，法務部基於司法互助精神與懲凶的目的，對此事樂觀其成。
