【大紀元2013年07月09日訊】（大紀元記者邱晨溫哥華報導）UBC工程系大學生親手打造的「雷鳥2013」機器人船近日在在波士頓舉行的2013年國際機器人帆船賽（2013 International Robotic Sailing Regatta）中奪得桂冠。
這艘長2米、名叫「雷鳥2013」的機器人帆船，可以按照指定的地點，自行航行抵達目的地。 比賽中得分遠遠超出，令對手們望塵莫及。

至於如何完成這些任務的，船長漢森（Kristoffer Hansen）表示，他們設計製造小組共有30多人，大家群策群力，設計電腦程序與控制軟件，機器人在指令的控制下判斷航行路線與自動操作帆船，完全在無人控制的情況下，順利到達目的地。

「雷鳥2013」帆船嗨喲一個特點，就是不使用發動機，純粹靠風力前行，帆船的調節與船速都靠機器人自己判斷與操縱。
漢森認為，這次再次摘冠，得歸功於參加的隊員們，大家都來自UBC工程系，需要用課餘時間全力以赴，將掌握的不同知識與技能合作起來，最終實現大家共同的目標。
他們特別開設了一網站ubcsailbot.org，公布了比賽現場的照片。並共同商討如何應對各種挑戰，最終在比賽中勝出。
他們的成員共有30人，參加比賽的有7人，大家貴在長期堅持，因此，比賽期間，UBC的船隻是最終完成指定任務的三隻船隻之一。
漢森還說，製造與測試船隻過程中，他們還需要聯繫校方與工業界，從中獲得資助資金。整個船隻耗資9000元，再加上各種行政管理與勞資，總共需要1.3萬元。

這種船隻的好處在於，無需人工駕駛，就可以完成各種任務。船長介紹說，未來可以利用此技術，完成海上巡邏、海洋環保研究等，甚至探測海底石油與汽油等。
計劃建造大帆船 橫跨大西洋
SailBot小組的輔導員馬丁（Don Martin）介紹說，他們正在計劃再造一艘大小為兩倍的機器人駕駛帆船，兩年後跨越大西洋，完成史無前例的航行：無人駕駛的機器人帆船，順利橫跨大西洋。
由於航行路程遙遠，他們將採用衛星信號的聯繫方式，讓船隻可以與工作人員保持聯繫，確保電腦程序、船隻狀況等正常。途中還有一個機器人與設施耗電的問題，Down說，他們正在考慮使用太陽能、風能等替代能源。
馬丁表示，最困難的是資金到位，他們需要3萬元來完成此橫跨大西洋計畫。

【綜合報導】不沾鍋若使用酸性醬料將溶出可能致癌物？最新一期的「食品藥物分析期刊」（Journal of Food and Drug Analysis ）顯示，使用不沾鍋、防油紙時，若搭配中式料理常用的醬料，或許會溶出可能致癌物「全氟辛酸」，部分防油紙的溶出量，甚至逼近歐盟標準上限。
根據《自由時報》報導，該研究指出，單純高溫熱油料理時，不沾鍋並未溶出任何全氟辛酸，但高溫熱油加上調味料（鹽、醬油、醋、番茄醬），也就是傳統中式烹調條件下，不沾鍋全都溶出了全氟辛酸；且不沾鍋最高析出達1.2ng/dm2，防油紙最高甚至溶出達9.2ng/dm2，顯示不沾鍋中的全氟辛酸，在高溫、熱油下，加上酸性調味醬料，就有機會溶出。

由北京創天清航所研發的網頁遊戲《大秦外傳》，預定將在 7 月 19 日進行首次封測，讓玩家體驗這款改編自熱門小說「尋秦記」的作品。

《大秦外傳》採用 Gamebryo 遊戲引擎打造，許多華麗的技能、視覺衝擊的特效、可破壞場景的設定將大大加強遊戲代入感，讓玩家的戰鬥體驗更為驚心動魄，故事上改編自尋秦記，以「還原最真實大秦歷史」為理念，構建一個恢宏神秘的盛世皇朝。
 
《大秦外傳》採用 Gamebryo 遊戲引擎打造
而玩家在遊戲中將以小說主人公「項少龍」的身份，深入探索兩千年前不為人知的歷史謎團，像是「秦始皇的生父究竟是誰」、「秦陵地宮如何建造」等等，並且體驗御前比劍、邂逅美人等經典小說環節，此外還有幻影出戰、章回解謎等多重玩法，讓玩家不用單靠打怪升級，享受享精彩刺激的遊戲體驗。

官方也提到，《大秦外傳》其實在 2011 年的時候就參與了韓國 G-Star 大展，但是在經過了多次的測試之後，發現到遊戲離預期中的表現還有一段差異，所以毫不猶豫的選擇重製，才會拖到 2013 年才呈現給各位玩家。

前幾天高雄王姓婦人及其子女一家三口，因為家中有壁虎而害怕不已，因而報警請求警方協助，最後由苓雅分局兩位警員順利將壁虎「逮捕歸案」。就此次事件而言，實有浪費社會資源之嫌。
在這次的鬧劇當中，王姓婦先打給消防局，但消防局回答沒有抓壁虎的服務，予以婉拒。依據《警察法》第二條規定，警察任務為依法維持公共秩序，保護社會安全，防止一切危害，促進人民福利。筆者認為警方應該也要有相同的勇氣，拒絕諸如抓壁虎、幫議員撿鑰匙等等不合理的報案。
況且民間其實也有不少除蟲公司可以幫助民眾除蟲滅蟑抓壁虎，警察機關如過於便民，不也是與民爭利? 更嚴重的是因此排擠到其他治安、交通勤務。
現今警察勞動條件惡劣，人力不足、過勞死、超時加班等關鍵字在報章媒體上時有耳聞，這樣的環境已經很難期待原有的警察任務可以圓滿達成，更別說還增加其他的便民服務了。「工欲善其事，必先利其器」，其實維護基層員警勞動權益，也是增加社會福祉。肇因警力長期嚴重不足，報載桃園龜山分局甚至以養狗代替人力。又警察所領的薪俸都是國民的民脂民膏，大眾身為公僕的雇主，期待的應當是我們繳納的稅金、有限的警力運用在諸如抓酒駕的刀口上，而非抓壁虎上。

華人音樂圈盛事，「2013新北市貢寮國際海洋音樂祭」即將在7月10日至14日登場，預計將湧入上萬人潮，為貢寮帶來新商機。新北市政府交通局安排多輛客運與火車來疏運上萬人潮。
活動期間，台鐵將每日加開2至5班臺北至福隆間的專車，而行經福隆站的對號列車，每日也加停福隆站3至7班次。上午10時至下午4時11分，將加開台北至福隆14列次，晚間9時50分至11時54分，加開福隆往台北24列次班車。在這期間，往來兩地的車廂將增加49班次，民眾可刷悠遊卡、多卡通進站，免去排隊刷票之時間，及早衝向沙灘，擁抱大海。
如民眾想自行開車前往，交通局建議，可將車輛停放在臺2線的3處停車場及臺2丙線兩側，並轉乘接駁公車前往。交通管制措施部分，管制時間為10日至14日，每天10時至24時，管制點設於臺2線沿線上，共計4處。活動期間每日8時至22時，臺2線沿線雙向路邊禁止臨時停車。
到了海邊，穿上泳裝戲水自然不可或缺。消防局將在海祭期間，動員200名以上救難與消防人員，並準備4輛支援用救護車。最後，觀光局提醒，如民眾飲酒後千萬別開車，找指定駕駛或搭乘計程車返家才安心。另外，現場將有緝毒犬與大批警力隨時待命，勿以身試法。

餐廳名稱：菠蘿旺、十方緣日式碳烤麻糬、溫家逢甲地瓜球 消費時間：2013/06 地址：台中逢甲夜市 文華路、福星路 有圖無音樂好讀網誌版： http://www.wretch.cc/blog/emilish/12687330 燈燈燈，這次要介紹的是波羅旺的冰火菠蘿，30元。 因為是現做，所以要稍等一會兒。 菠蘿一出爐，店員立馬把奶油夾入裡層。 菠蘿很香，吃起來也很不錯，但美中不足就是奶油是放在室溫底下，所以一點都 不冰，沒有冰與火融合交雜的感覺。 接著很愛吃麻糬的我，看到十方緣日式碳烤麻糬，整個忍不住嘴饞的念頭。 十方緣提供的麻糬口味多元，有日式香辣、醍醐味、海苔、起司、花生、紅豆、 煉乳、巧克力、楓糖、芝麻糊，均一價皆25元。 我們分別點了花生與楓糖口味。 麻糬本身吃起來很不錯，考得火候剛好，不會讓麻糬過硬或過軟，而且麻糬表層 還有淡淡的咖啡色焦感，吃起來真的很好吃哦！ 接著！來這邊不能不吃的就是溫家逢甲地瓜球呀！！！！自從去年來台中玩之後 ，就朝思暮想到現在！！！看我用這麼多驚嘆號，就知道我有多激動了！！！台 北我都沒吃到這麼好吃的說（至少我吃過的都是一般般啦，誰有推薦的也請告知 一下> http://www.wretch.cc/blog/emilish/12684430 台北南機場夜市： http://www.wretch.cc/blog/emilish/12639444 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.240.242.126

就在今天 台灣佳麗寶代理公司的人員又再次打電話給我 （或許是因為我之前 非常堅決的表達"我不贊同換貨的處理方式"） 總之 這通電話裡 對方不斷的跟我強調 "因為日本的藥事法和台灣化妝品管制條例裡 這項配方是合格的 而且 台灣目前為止也沒有 相關案例 商品基本上是可以繼續使用 只是他們為了怕消費者擔憂 所以採取換貨的方式......." 老實說 這樣的說法 我無法認同 也不想接受 "因為台灣無案例 所以商品不需要擔心 所以只能提供換貨" 這樣的說法 只會讓我覺得 我們台灣的消費者難道是你們的 "實驗對象"嗎？？？！！ 結束這通沒有任何意義的電話後 我又再次進了日本官網看目前的狀況 我只能說....台灣的消費者 非常的無奈 ....... 因為在日本的官網裡 比起上個禮拜 增加了更多 關於這次事件的處理方式 裡面也詳細的記載了 "就算目前使用上 沒有發生任何的問題 也請停止使用該項商品" http://www.kanebo-cosmetics.co.jp/information/faq.html （第2個問題) 更諷刺的是 該網頁一點開 馬上就是告知消費者 關於退費的金額以及 手續處理時間 和需要的資料 相較之下 對於台灣代理公司 只能換貨 (據說使用期限還是只有到9月份) 不能退貨的處理方式 我真的覺得台灣的消費者很可憐........ 難道台灣的代理公司都覺得台灣的消費者看不懂日文嗎....... ※ 引述《sate (我的青春我的汗水)》之銘言： : 我來分享一下星期日退貨的經驗 : 因為我紅瓶乳液大概只剩下不到10ML : 但也不敢再用 : 剛好要去台北車站就帶著到新光三越站前店 : 只問了 這樣還可以退嗎? 【政治中心／台北報導】行政院長江宜樺今起展開二天「原住民族文創聚落計畫」體驗之旅，上午首站行程抵達都蘭部落，下午預計出席單車逍遙遊暨自行車道整體路網宣傳活動並親自騎乘，還將參與熱氣球嘉年華，體驗「升空」滋味。對於是否兩度請辭一事，幕僚透露，江揆稍後會做說明。
《蘋果》報導，上任不到5個月的江宜樺上月兩度向馬英九表達辭意，第一次是因《會計法》覆議案，第二次則是堅持12年國教要排富。但兩次請辭，馬都慰留。在府、院、黨人事可望在馬英九總統本月20日連任黨主席後展開微調之際，江揆請辭這項訊息為政壇投下變化球。

預算可以上旗艦 但還是希望越低越好 需求是 1.電量表現優 2.災情少 3.android 4.1 以上 4.主要用途是:line、google map、拍照、熱點分享 拍照品質希望跟XV一樣 目前考慮: 1.LG Optimus G Pro 2.Samsung Galaxy S4 3.Sony Xperia V Note2很適合但是比較舊款了 價格也硬 hTC 蝴蝶S很讚 但是品牌情節所以不考慮 當然如果他成立中職第五隊 以上通通不算 我直接入手NEW ONE 或BS 除了以上三支 哪知比較符合我得需求? 或者有更適合的? 畢竟我的用途還蠻輕度的 不太需要旗艦 但是能同時符合電量需求跟照相的似乎很難不買旗艦 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.137.117.229
