嬰兒趴睡窒息死 無照保母起訴

【郭芷余／高雄報導】高雄大社一名廖姓無照保母，前年照顧一名3個月大新生兒時嬰兒猝死，檢方原認定嬰兒是自然死亡，將廖女不起訴。嬰兒母親再議發回後，檢察官重新偵查認為，廖女自承嬰兒趴睡後才發現臉色發白窒息，依業務過失致死罪起訴保母。

起訴指出，廖女自前年11月照顧吳姓母親的新生兒子，曾對吳女說：「小孩趴睡頭型會比較漂亮。」但吳女表示萬萬不可，因嬰兒不會翻身，可能會窒息。但12月早上廖女仍疏未注意，將嬰兒趴睡後，逕自離開準備衣物要幫她盥洗，不到半小時嬰兒就嘴唇發紫、手腳軟趴，送醫急救不治。
 

檢方根據醫生證詞及廖女自承，認定嬰兒趴睡窒息才導致猝死症，將保母起訴。

王牌巨猩迷倒太妍 主動獻唱

（中央社記者鄭景雯台北10日電）亞洲首隻數位擬真巨猩Mr. Go魅力驚人，讓韓國「少女時代」團長太妍主動為它在電影「王牌巨猩」獻唱主題曲。

「王牌巨猩」描述一隻叫Mr. Go的巨猩，因馬戲團破產而讓球探簽到職棒大聯盟，首次登板就創造驚人紀錄，沒人能抵擋他的單手揮擊。他引爆的熱潮，吸引國際媒體與球團的目光，在各國展開搶「猩」大戰之際，Mr. Go卻面臨打擊瓶頸。

少女時代團長太妍看了「王牌巨猩」的預告後，愛上巨猩Mr. Go，不僅被劇情裡所傳達的情感深深感動，也折服電影裡呈現的動畫效果，主動和電影公司表達想獻唱主題曲的意願。

為了「王牌巨猩」主題曲「Bye」，太妍費盡苦心，除了演唱韓文版本外，還挑戰演唱中文版本，讓太妍苦練中文3個月，更聘請華語聲樂家指導演唱中文歌的發聲位置，只為達到最完美的演唱效果。

除了太妍傾倒於巨猩Mr. Go魅力外，還有許多大明星也喜歡把Mr. Go穿在身上、捧在手心裡。演員舒淇在微博上就曾放上她身穿Mr. Go的T恤、頭戴Mr. Go棒球帽、手捧Mr. Go玩偶的照片，可愛模樣迷倒眾網友。

剛剛去估狗 發現喝太多水會造成膀胱無力 腎功能衰竭? 膀胱無力我還可以理解 因為喝多尿多 所以膀胱累了 的意思吧?@@" 可是腎功能衰竭我不是很懂 我一直以為水喝越多 越可以幫助腎臟減低負擔不是? 不然像現在學生如我餐餐外食 飲料 感覺腎臟很辛苦 要幫助腎臟除了飲食調節 不喝飲料 難道喝水不能幫助嗎? 感謝解答 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 58.114.144.13

我懂你的痛!!!!沒人回答 沒人看的懂 看完富春山居圖之後花了一個假日在細細的回去review它的片段 還是找不出很多橋段的root cause… 不過我想這壯烈的經歷已經更讓我靠近導演的神之領域 這段要表達的應該是 劉德華覺得紅髮雞很像林志玲 於是把她載走 還順便偷拍了照片 在某個山頂看夜景純聊天後 裝了監聽器在她身上就丟人家去旅館了 這邊大概花了3秒切了個畫面告訴你那酒店是哪間 (置入性行銷無敵) 然後順便花0.1秒切到劉德華飆車走的身影XD 志玲姐姐大概覺得雞的那身裝扮太厚重太難穿所以一路脫一路丟到廁所 她知道劉德華在偷聽 故意在那邊嬌喘給他聽 挑逗一下 再把監聽器沖掉 劉德華送完人家應該是回到自家的密室中 練身體兼消消火 偷拍到的照片拿來跟之前掛掉的特務比較發現是同一人 才知道自已被騙這樣 嗯 只能說導演對於sexy 挑逗這方面的描述實在拙劣到不行阿 (是說我也找不到不拙劣的地方啦。。。) ※ 引述《nagisaK (Ivan)》之銘言： 富春裡面有一段 劉德華開跑車載一個紅髮妹 然後開進MOTEL 之後畫面帶進去 是一件一件衣服脫在地上運鏡進去 然後最後還有嗯嗯啊啊的聲音 像在打炮 結果下一幕是劉德華在高科技機器上做伏地挺身 然後林志玲把一個東西丟到馬桶裡 這邊到底在幹嘛?? 是有沒有打炮啊?? 劉德華是要朝中國版尼可拉斯凱吉邁進嗎 未來警察爛片 藍血人爛片 富春山居圖爛片 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.35.112.158

【短片】太瘋狂！男子紋身成「豹人」

【綜合報導】美國德州奧斯丁一男子賴瑞達(Larry Da)，從頭到腳，就連耳朵和「小弟弟」也都紋上豹紋，估算數量超過1千個。

賴瑞花了好幾年才完成這身豹紋刺青，走在路上都會有人主動找他拍照，是他覺得最開心的時候，但當他第一次把刺青展現給爸媽看的時候，2人都哭了，他也承認自己看起來就像個卡通人物，不過這並沒有阻擋他追求豹紋的愛好，他表示還會繼續刺下去。

MB：ASUS P5K SE/EPU CPU：INTEL E7200 電源：COOBEEO 450W 80+ HD：西捷 1T 顯卡：nVidia 9600GT RAM：KINGSTON 2G*2 除了電源和硬碟上次有換新的之外，其他都是買了五年的老配備了 上次更換的時候是我自己推斷有問題的硬體直接購買進行更換 一開始是無法進入windows → 所以換了硬碟重灌(短期正常) 不久發現會開機沒畫面 → 換了電源供應器(再度正常一個月左右) 換硬體是我自行推斷但我還是有送修(結果對方好像根本就是聽我的更換沒做全機檢測) 但問題來了，某次發現壞徵兆會畫面靜止不動只好重開，就摸摸我的電源供應器發現很燙 就開始給他吹電風扇，雖然不會燙了但過不久開機再度沒螢幕了!!! 沒螢幕也不會逼，風扇會運轉，紅燈不會亮，它會自己重開機一次還是一模一樣情形 我就手動關掉了。 我已經雙腿一軟啦，我有看爬文把主機板連結硬碟、光碟機、顯示卡的線和RAM拆掉 開機還是沒螢幕而且不會逼逼叫，這代表我CPU或者主機板壞掉的意思嗎 我已經不敢自己推論了因為每次好像都沒換到重點 是因為上次電源供應器(我認為)壞掉，一起帶走主機板(或CPU)嗎 抱歉文章有點長，另外想問我住淡水這邊，有沒有好的維修可以推薦呢(有違反版規再修) 謝謝。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.37.231.200 ※ 編輯: eist 來自: 114.37.231.200 (07/12 12:51)

我在前天手機就無法開機
一開始以為沒電了
但後來換了電池也充了電但都打不開
一開始還會有開機的震動
但後來就都沒反應!
我現在人又在美國!

請問是要寄回台灣維修還是在當地修理呢?
那一個方法比較划算也比較快速?

: 如果有人12：00在1停好車，那麼單子上下一格12：31才能收第2格的停車費 : 不果巡邏的開單員，實際上可能因為開單速度或路況而延後每一圈的巡邏時間 : 所以可能變成35分鐘才巡一圈，或者其他狀況甚至1小時才巡一圈 : 這時候有沒有被抽掉停車單就差多了 : 沒被抽掉單子，開單員就算因故延遲到13：05才來開單 : 只要在單子上12:31、13：01這兩格蓋上章（且輸入機器） : 就可以正常的收到應繳的停車費 : 可是如果有人把繳費單抽走了，開單員13:05過來時 : 就得重新再開一張新的單子，從13：05在開始計費 : （車主等於賺到12：31～13：05的時間差） : 說穿了這也是標準開單程序而產生的情況 : 只要繳費單子不在了，開單員就得視同車主移動過車子了，得重新開單 : 即便很明顯的看得出來根本沒移動，但為了避免爭議還是得這樣作 : 所以回到有板友說的前30分鐘免費 : 那遇到這種故意抽單子的話，那就整天免費了（如果對方有閒，每快半小時抽一次） : 因為照標準程序開單員只能重新再開新的停車起始時間的停車單 : 除了這種抽單子，還有另一招更閒的 : 同樣是上述的停車情況，但是比直接抽單子還更閒 : 就是快到半小時就從停車格1移到2，然後下次快半小時又移回1 : 在那邊玩前進後退的遊戲（當然啦，這種多半是格子很容易停的路段） : 這樣就有更正當的移動事實，然後就一直享用前半小時免費 我可能解釋不夠清楚, 這招絕對沒用, 除非你要每半小時移動不一樣的車位 也就是一天要移動16個車位才能免費 我之前就抽單過, 台北市身障4小時免費, 光抽單不移車的確看似第二張也有四小時免費 但隔天傳回系統後還是會對照停車格號碼把兩張累積起來, 而且還不會跟你通知 兩周後就會收到第二張應該要繳的帳單, 而且還要多繳50元工本費 所以你不移車光抽單是沒意義的 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 203.70.98.40

（中央社記者韓婷婷台北12日電）蘇力颱風來襲，櫃檯買賣中心宣布，上櫃股票等價交易系統、興櫃股票交易、鉅額交易系統交易至下午1時30分；盤後定價交易、零股交易均停止。

蘇力颱風來襲，台北市政府宣布下午2時起停止上班。櫃檯買賣中心宣布，上櫃股票等價交易系統、興櫃股票交易、鉅額交易系統交易至下午1時30分，盤後定價交易、零股交易均停止。今應屆給付結算正常辦理。

證交所:盤後交易及第一上市業績發表會暫停

【陳建彰／台北報導】台灣證交所今天表示，由於蘇力颱風來襲，台北市政府宣布今天下午公教機關停止上班，集中交易市場普通交易正常交易至收盤；零股、盤後定價、拍賣及標購均停止交易，另鉅額交易至13:30；當日應屆交割事宜正常辦理。
 
另外，原訂於今天下午2點30分舉辦F-亞德（1590）及F-龍燈（4141）第一上市公司業績發表會取消辦理，延後舉辦日期將另行通知。
