中度颱風蘇力挾帶的強風豪雨，造成全台各地災情頻傳，南投縣埔里鎮向善里觀音路則在上午傳出4戶淹水9人受困的危急景況。埔里消防隊獲報後隨即派員划橡皮艇前往搭救，所幸9人平安獲救。

當地里長賴志成指出，上午7時許因水流東溪溪水暴漲，大水淹過路面，直沖進低漥處的4戶民宅家中，水深高達1層樓高，導致其中郭姓住戶5人、葉姓4人受困，居民紛紛爬上圍牆等待救援。

埔里消防隊接獲報案，動員9名人力划橡皮艇載住戶到安全地點，歷經1小時左右的球員行動，全數脫困。其中一名80多歲老人有失溫情形，經送醫後已無大礙。獲救住戶表示，整夜風雨沒停過，大水很快就淹沒住家，面對滾滾而來洪水實在很可怕。

消費時間：2013年5月 地址：台北市大安區信義路四段315號 電話：02-2705-0909 營業時間：12:00~03:00 每人平均價位：830元 推薦菜色：霜降牛肉、蝦漿、鴨血 大圖無音樂版：http://shiang0504.blogspot.tw/2013/07/blog-post_6896.html 太和殿台北總店在短短的幾公尺內有三個用餐的地方，跟便利商店一樣密集。 其中巷子內的VIP包廂是沒有招牌的，應該是要跟店家事先預約。 夜幕低垂的VIP包廂更低調了。 一進來會先看到服務台，然後就是包廂了，這邊應該沒有廚房，因為我剛好拍到服務生端 著東西從門口進來。(下雨天怎麼辦呢?) 我們的VIP室塞八個人空間剛剛好，椅子的設計滿特別，椅背是斜的，放個包包在後面也 不會覺得不舒適，但很容易踢到"斜出來"的椅子腳。 VIP包廂裡面都有專屬的小冰箱，當然，取用是要付費的。 蔥花(60元)還要額外單點，沒誠意！ 太和殿的沾醬公式為：麻辣湯 三分之二碗蔥花 = 沾醬 太和殿的麻辣鍋是不建議沾沙茶醬的，只提供麻油(提辣)、醋(解辣)和醬油，其實鍋底已 經夠鹹，所以我的沾醬只額外加了一點醋。 菜單上的價格都不便宜，只拍了一張代表一下。 鴛鴦鍋(350元)每人再酌收鍋底費用70元(麻辣鍋則為300元)。 麻辣鍋店家建議值是小辣，辣度可調整為中辣、或大辣。湯偏鹹，不適合喝，所以個人建 議點鴛鴦鍋； 白鍋部份是豬大骨湯，煮完海鮮和蔬菜後更是鮮甜好喝。 一上桌可以先品嚐鴨血與豆腐鍋底，可無限續加，當然卯起來吃！ 鴨血很入味，幾乎吃不出腥味，甚至有比老四川的更好吃耶！ 看這一大塊豆腐就裝滿一個碗了，但卻有煮到入味又不死鹹，好吃好吃。 鍋底滾了之後，就是涮肉片的時候了，你看大家爭先恐後的就知道辣鍋有多開胃了。 霜降牛肉(美國)(600元) 這就是太和殿引以為傲的大理石紋油花，看起來很賞心悅目。 切的稍嫌薄了一些，一盤八片，一片等於一個便當的價格，好貴的肉阿。 在沸騰的鍋底快速涮五下，再夾著一點蔥花，入口即化，人間美味。 雪花豬肉(300元) 沒有豬肉腥味，帶點肥肉，吃起來不會太乾澀，表現不差，在這邊算經濟實惠了。 上等台灣黃牛肉(台灣)(380元) 因為油花較少，所以吃起來富有嚼勁，雖然不難吃，但是跟霜降牛肉相較下也只能黯然失 色了。 大腸頭(300元) 處理得很乾淨，而且切得很寬，越嚼越香，什麼都好，就是貴了一些！ 牛肚(300元) 川丸子(280元) 上次在老四川沒點到，今天剛好有機會吃到，不知道怎麼說...口感和味道都很普通捏。 手工豆皮(80元) 太和殿的豆皮不是用炸的，所以久煮也不爛，沒特別驚艷的感覺。 蝦漿(200元) 裡面藏著很多蝦仁，果然真材實料。 這種彈牙又鮮美的滋味，繼老四川之後太和殿又讓我溫習了一次阿。 老油條(60元) 下鍋不用煮太久，讓裡面還是脆的，但外表已經吸滿辣油，讓很多人都多喝了一杯酸梅汁 XDD 甜玉米(80元) 我第一次吃到這麼甜的玉米！這是隱藏菜單，服務生主動大力推薦可以生吃的甜玉米，果 真不假，大推阿！ 大陸妹(80元)、拉麵(60元) 鮮蝦(300元) 個頭不小的蝦，肉質鮮美彈牙，每隻蝦頭都有豐富的蝦膏，還哪管的了膽固醇，一人只分 一隻不太過癮，立刻又再加點了一份，推薦。 然後追加了一盤讓大家都驚豔的霜降牛肉。 涮不到五分熟吃起來也絲毫沒有腥臭味，而且更軟嫩了，原來牛肉可以這麼美味！ 有始有終，再來一份豆腐和鴨血，最後也可以請服務生加滿打包外帶喔！ 還好藉朋友生日聚餐之名吃這一餐才不覺得心痛，祝黃小姐生日大快樂啦！！ 總結: 1.台北總店大約位於信義路和光復南路交叉口，離捷運站有不小段距離，如果不想開車騎 車，建議坐公車到「信義光復路口」也很方便。 2.稱他為精品是因為食材精緻之外價格也很高貴；雖CP值不高，但口味確實是出眾。 3.台北總店最低消費每桌1000元；VIP包廂低消一人1000元(有待查證) 4.環境氣氛給普通是因為包廂隔音太差，隔壁某女明星的包廂傳出陣陣發酒瘋的聲音讓我 們無法專心聊天吃飯阿！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.45.191.212

忘記從什麼時候開始 ，洗臉產品都一定要選幕絲的， 私心覺得幕絲洗得比較乾淨，也不用搓泡泡搓到手要抽筋， 我的皮膚很乾 ，每天洗完臉都要擦乳液或乳霜 就算在30度以上的天氣，就是現在! 也要擦乳液才不會乾巴巴的 原本一直都用BIORE的抗痘保濕洗顏慕絲 這罐: http://ppt.cc/hP6q 我不怎麼長痘，所以也不知道他有沒有抗痘效果 洗完容易沖掉，不會太乾澀，保濕也算中等 心得就是:不難用，還OK 用了3罐之後，想換新的洗臉幕絲，而且要夠平價! 看到網友有多芬幕絲的心得 就買了DOVE多芬 煥采緊緻洗顏按摩慕絲 http://ppt.cc/OJsw 真的跟板友說的一樣，泡泡超綿密 而且不是那種按一下出來一點的壓頭 而是像雅漾礦泉噴霧那種， 如果按著不放好像幕絲會永無止盡噴出來XDD 每次洗臉都輕輕壓一下泡泡就很多了 泡泡很紮實很細，不是水水的那種 洗完覺得比蜜妮保濕，泡泡也蠻好沖掉 對洗臉產品沒什麼太大要求XDD 不要洗完馬上很乾燥很緊繃 不要味道很濃很刺鼻或讓我過敏 不要泡泡是水水的!!(像Acnes藥用抗痘潔面慕斯，好稀…) 偶爾泡泡跑進鼻孔不要有刺痛感(旁氏清透淨白系列 淨澈卸妝泡泡，對我的皮膚有點刺激) 更早之前也有用過divinia蒂芬妮亞 - 彈力泡泡洗顏慕斯 也是泡泡不夠綿密 說到最後 發現我只是喜歡綿密紮實的泡泡XDDD 每次都先玩一下泡泡才抹上臉開始洗 真心推薦DOVE的幕絲 我買的時候沒有特價打折是原價199(應該沒記錯?) 平價好用! 我暫時不會想換掉它 哈哈 謝謝大家收看! ^_^ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.34.208.140
