【大紀元2013年07月19日訊】(大紀元記者鍾元臺灣臺北報導)台灣健康促進基金會執行長、輝雄診所院長劉輝雄博士表示，「因為我很喜歡念書，書本對我來說是一個可以無窮盡的世界，現在我有能力，當然希望可以幫助更多想念書的孩子。」他有感於金融卡Smart Pay關懷弱勢的精神，發願要幫百個孩子們圓夢，鼓勵孩子們認真向學。

「挑硬不挑軟」的成功秘訣

現年62歲的劉輝雄從小立志當醫師及拿到醫學博士學位，北醫醫學系畢業後在馬偕醫院工作，他想到台大受訓三個月，聽說台大王德宏教授人很好，就去拜訪並告知目的，沒想到這麼簡單就接納了他，成為劉輝雄的消化器病學啟蒙恩師。

劉輝雄看到醫師公會會刊上登有申請赴日留學獎學金的機會，在有四十位申請醫師以抽籤決定3個名額下，他幸運取得了赴東瀛進修3個月的機會。1978年他拿著王德宏的介紹信，赴東京、京都研習消化道內視鏡，在這裡看到了日本醫師學習、研究的努力態度。

1986年劉輝雄進入京都府立醫大預防醫學研究所攻讀博士學位，陸續有機會與各領域的世界級大師學習，1994年他取得博士學位，這八年來他在臺北、大阪、京都走了無數趟，半工半讀花了多少心血，並將多項新內視鏡知識、新技術引進臺灣。

劉輝雄曾任第三屆世界健康檢查醫學會會長、2010年消化系內視鏡學會學術年會會長等職務，他 認為做事要成功，必定要苦幹專挑難的做，才容易出人頭地。凡事要吃硬不吃軟，是成功的捷徑。

改正生活習慣、增進維持健康

劉輝雄曾提到，相信不少人都親身或聽聞過：某日因身體稍有不適去看醫師，一量血壓才知道有「高血壓」、「糖尿病」、「癌症」，一旦發病、醫藥只能控制，頂多讓它不再惡化，要根治是不可能的(除非是早期癌症)。它雖不一定立即帶來危險，但註定終身為這些慢性病變所困。

他提醒，對生活習慣病的有效預防：應由「早期發現、早期治療」的「找病」式預防，提早至「改正生活習慣、增進維持健康」的「避病」式預防。1965年Dr. Breslow提出七個健康習慣，一直被推崇引用於預防生活習慣病：不抽菸、不喝酒或適度喝酒、定期做相當程度的運動、保持適當體重、七～八個小時的睡眠、每天吃早餐及不吃不必要的點心。

投身公益助弱勢兒童圓夢

劉輝雄在偶然機會下，經朋友介紹參加了金融卡Smart Pay愛心圓夢計畫。經過深入了解後，發現社會上有許多亟待援助的弱勢孩子，像是小傑，父親早逝、母親改嫁，只能與年邁的奶奶一起拾荒相依為命，因為現實的因素，這些孩子只求溫飽，對於夢想卻只能擱置在心中而不敢奢求，更遑論追求與實現它。

有感於Smart Pay關懷弱勢、鼓勵孩子向上的精神，劉輝雄心中發下願望，要幫百個孩子們圓夢，鼓勵孩子們認真向學。他選擇捐贈書籍給各慈善機構，「這些孩子並不是不想念書，而是生活環境所逼，如果能幫助這些一心向學的孩子完成夢想，這何嘗不是一件很棒的事？」

臺灣的銀行公會與財金公司從100年（2011）開始，集結持卡人的力量，讓民眾使用金融卡(ATM提款卡)消費，除了能有效控管收支，養成「有多少、用多少」的正確用卡消費觀念，還可幫助弱勢孩子踏向實現夢想的道路。主辦方表示，持卡人需與發卡銀行確認Smart Pay功能是否開啟，詳細活動辦法請見網址：http://www.core-integrated.com.tw/smartpay/01.html。

在上網、瀏覽圖片時，為了加速下次網頁的瀏覽，以及讓使用者不必重新輸入帳號、密碼等，都會留下許多的記錄與縮圖，而這些東西，久而久之也會佔用系統許多的磁碟空間。而目前市面上不乏許多磁碟清理軟體，Privazer 也是其中一套海芋試用過後覺得相當不錯的軟體，可以有效地找出系統不需要的垃圾，並且一次掃除掉。

Step1.
首先，先下載此一軟體，下載完成後並解壓縮成功後，點兩下程式就可以執行啦！而執行時會先問你一堆問題，以建立設定。

Step 2.
在問你是什麼用戶時，請選擇「基本用戶」就好，除非你對自己的能力十足的把握。

Step 3.
由於這軟體會問你9個問題來建立設定檔，這裡是他的其中一個問題，再請依自己的情況設定九個問題的答案。

Step 4.
在設定完成後，就要儲存你的設定啦，看您要把設定存在那裡吧！

Step 5.
接著，就可以請這軟體幫我們分析那些檔案需要被清除囉！

Step 6.
在經過一段時間的掃描後，相信有這軟體就會幫你掃描出可以清除的檔案數，而在清除前還可以在右下角建立還原點，以防止這軟體誤刪。

Step 7.
清除檔案有兩種模式，分別為快速清除和標準清除，快速清除時間較快，但被清掉的檔案可能被還原，標準清理的話檔案被還原的機率就很低囉！

Step 8.
在清理完檔案後，就會跟你說已經清出多少的硬碟空間囉！相信大家都清掉不少垃圾了吧！



總結：這軟體的中文化還蠻不完全的，但是清除系統垃圾的能力看來還不錯，也是一套值得試用看看的軟體囉！
