藩國是什麼意思? 藩國在哪裡?

藩國,古稱分封及臣服之國。

從劉邦開始有了“藩國”這一稱呼，漢高祖劉邦設定在中央周圍，京畿地區，即首都周圍這個地區，實行郡縣制，就是秦朝的制度；在邊遠一點的地方呢，則實行周朝的封建制，依然再封一些王國出去。這就是一個王朝兩種制度，也可以看作是“一朝兩制”。

分封在京師周圍的這些國家，就稱做藩國。為什麽叫做“藩”呢？藩就是籬笆、藩籬，意思就是說你們像籬笆一樣在周圍保衛中央，所以這些王侯都被稱為“藩王”。他們回到自己的王國去，叫做“歸藩”。這些分封出去的王國各自為政，有一定的自主權和自己的財源。

　　可愛又強悍的火柴人又來了！《Anger of Stick 3》是火柴人系列的第三代，這次火柴人的女友被外星人抓走後，火柴人跟好友組成救援團，要從外星人手中救回女友。火柴人出道時就是以超強的格鬥身手讓人大開眼界，這次在遊戲中，玩家將會發現火柴人的身手一點都沒生疏，依舊是以超強的身手與連續技，打的對方不支倒地。不過隨著遊戲進行，敵人也會越來越強，反應越來越快，你必須盡快的找出最稱手的連續技，才能順利救出女友。

　　 越到後面你會發現敵人越強，不過火柴人也是可以升級的，每次過關後都會獲得金幣，在商店中你可以用金幣來升級或是購買道具，讓自己攻擊力與血量都更高。另外在敵對的時候也要注意與敵方的距離，以免自己沒打到對方，卻反而被敵人飛踢傷害。

方便閱讀網誌 http://www.wretch.cc/blog/smingd/27881226 『 禪中一坐之"靜"，靜寂一棲之"泊"，振筆一揮之"行"，安居一宿之"館" 』 ----- 靜泊行館 說到台南安平的夕遊出張所 大家應該都不陌生 尤其是裡頭的366種顏色的生日彩鹽 讓它更俱特別之處 不過說到夕遊靜泊行館 相對的~ 聽聞過它的人就少了許多 許多老房子古文化必須委外經營 才能得以生存 皇尚集團在2010年取得夕遊出張所的經營權 為延續大台南鹽業文化 開始打造 目前總共有六處景點： 夕遊井仔腳(原北門井仔腳瓦盤鹽) 夕遊鹽樂活村(原七股鹽場) 音波觀光工廠(原臺南安順鹽場) 夕遊出張所(原臺灣總督府專賣局臺南支局安平分室) 夕遊靜泊行館(原臺鹽日式宿舍) 夕遊水逸埠頭(原安平海關/運河博物館) 這次胎胎與毛花的台南之旅真的很低調 盡是挑些冷門的地點 靜泊行館在2012年開張 中間又封閉了一段時間 直至年底12月時才又再度重新開放 看看台南的觀光景點 它算是很新的老古蹟 其實靜泊行館就在東興洋行的旁邊 但必須經過一片日式庭園造景 也許如此才被大家忽略 進門的右手邊 停放一台感覺是日據時代電影才會出現的人力車 也許它年歲已高 上頭掛著"請勿登坐" 有點煞風景就是 不知是不是因為平常日來訪的關係 位在住宅周圍的這裡顯得很寧靜 除了我們兩位外 也只有四人一組來COSPLAY外拍的遊客 台鹽日式宿舍建於日本大正六年(西元1917年) 而大正八年(西元1919年) 臺灣製鹽株式會社在安平成立 這裡成了甲種官社使用 相傳大正時期 這裡也是裕仁皇太子的御泊所 外部庭院還保留著現有的大榕樹 宿舍裡頭是開放參觀的 但記得先到服務台登記並壓證件 入口處說明了 在服務台登記時 會發給一個手提麻袋 假日人多時 可將自己的鞋子脫下後 放在袋子裡 才不會有鞋子被踩爛或遺失的窘境 但因為這天從頭到尾只有6位訪客 這個麻袋就沒有出場的機會了 整理照片時才發現 毛花沒有空拍這個角度的照片 只好犧牲一下胎胎 我想她應該不會介意才是XDDD 台南市政府為了重現日式宿舍的舊貌 依照原有的結構進行整修與抽換 原本使用的杉木樑柱及門窗木料 均改換成檜木 來延長使用年限 赫然發現這裡是個很好的外拍地點(只要平常日人不多的話) 難怪另一組訪客就是利用這裡的日式風格 專程帶著衣服 來這裡外拍 外頭的天氣 飄著毛毛小雨 但依舊不減我們的熱情 裡頭不大 也沒任何擺設裝飾 這裡有的 就是這種樸實寧靜的感覺 甚至 在這裡講話都會不自覺的降低音量而輕聲細語 真的很喜歡這裡的氛圍 一個不小心 快門也多按了幾下 一開始說到委外經營 和夕遊出張所的規模比起來 這裡是很迷你的 除了販售彩鹽之外 只有飲品的部份 因為還有其他地方想走走 就沒在這裡多停留(事後網路上一查才知道飲品挺嚇人的!) 這裡還增設了休憩木棧板及飛石步道 主要是想重塑舊宿舍的整體景觀 四周牆面還是咕咾石牆呢! 夕遊產品 一樣有生日彩鹽 但不同的是 這裡的彩鹽是玻璃瓶裝 這裡其實不大 就一棟空蕩蕩的主建築 如果沒坐下來喝飲料的話 大約半小時就會逛完 建議平常日來訪 畢竟這裡需要寧靜的無人的感覺 才能感受特殊的氛圍 ＠ 開放時間：週一 ~ 週日 10：00 ~ 18：00 無門票無低消 攝於 2013 / 6 / 21 記於 2013 / 7 / 22 PS 內容若有錯誤 還請指正 謝謝:) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.252.125.226 ※ 編輯: sming 來自: 111.252.125.226 (07/23 02:40) ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ※ 轉錄者: sming (111.252.125.226), 時間: 07/23/2013 02:41:24 ※ 編輯: sming 來自: 111.252.125.226 (07/23 02:41) ※ 編輯: sming 來自: 111.252.125.226 (07/23 02:42)

夏帆主演的恐怖深夜劇，以舊病棟為據點所發生的各種靈異恐怖事件 而夏帆所飾演的琉奈具有看得到靈體的能力 中學時期因為見到了其實已經死掉的同學全身是血的樣子 卻因為沒有人相信而受到了排擠，琉奈也認為他所看到的是因為自己生病而產生的幻覺 -- 其實目前來看大方向還頗老梗的（誤 醫院本身就是充滿生老病死的地方，一直都是恐怖片所喜愛的地點 第一集看下來可能是因為時間太短感覺一下都過去了，所有氛圍都還沒營造好 要說恐怖的話，《天魔先生》還比較讓人感覺到恐怖 這部主要也是使用那種突然放大出現讓人產生的驚嚇 不過因為那個滿臉血的造型實在是獵奇到讓我想笑，而且還蠻假的 再加上他張大口的樣子不知道為什麼讓我一直想到鳥居美雪所以我完全不覺得恐怖阿XDD 夏帆飾演的角色也給人一種很陰暗的感覺，連病人都不太想接近他 總是駝背又頭低低 看下一集預告夏帆就會正面（？）跟鬼對決到了，目前還不太懂這部劇的走向 是單純的發生在醫院中的恐怖事件呢還是會有其他待處理的事項，就要看下去才知道了 只是舊病棟明明廢棄了卻不考慮把東西全移出來總是要三不五時過去拿器材這是正常的嗎 不過看來舊病棟之所以不拆除應該也另有隱情 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.24.127.192

新北市私立竹林高中張庭瑋在今年大學指考第三類組中，以530.4分拿到最高分成為榜首，身為校友，同時也是竹林中學家長會長的邱烽堯市議員，獲悉後，以中和子弟有如此表現相當高興，22日上午特地到校頒發獎學金勉勵張庭瑋，並期許她上大學後保持努力，繼續為中和爭光。

新北市議員邱烽堯，也是竹林高中家長會長，對學生的各項表現相當關注。邱烽堯表示，每次知道本地學生有優異表現時，他都非常開心，而竹林高中為地方、為國家培育出相當多的人才，只要能力所及，他絕對義不容辭的用行動支持。

這次，張庭瑋同學在學測中雖只得69級分，但她仍努力不懈朝目標邁進，終於在指考第三類組中取得佳績，這種不放棄，堅持到底的精神值得鼓勵。

邱烽堯22日上午前往竹林高中與張庭瑋見面，除當面予以勉勵外，也頒發獎學金5000元給張同學，邱烽堯也希望能拋磚引玉，鼓勵更多優秀學子，將來學有所成，為地方貢獻更多力量，回饋鄉里。

中國一監獄有五千外籍犯　包括俄總統校友

【綜合報導】中國廣東省東莞市石碣鎮新洲島監獄，關押着來自53個國家逾5000名犯人，大部份都是因販毒而入獄，甚至有國籍不明的人士。當中身份最「顯赫」的，應是俄羅斯總統普丁的校友。

獄警透露，這批外籍犯人各有不同的民族特性。歐美、新加坡人愛維權，但素質高，講道理；東南亞人聽話，不費事，很乖；非洲人愛吵吵嚷嚷，聲勢很大，但跟他來硬的，他也就退縮了；中東地區的犯人自尊心強，跟他們越嚴格就越麻煩。

來自俄羅斯的米高爾，畢業於俄羅斯聖彼得堡公立大學，是普丁的校友，這名33歲高大帥氣的男子，一入獄就成了名人。他因為5年前在江門市一家酒吧與人發生口角，導致1人死亡，遭判刑10年。在獄中，他常跟人討論伊拉克問題、朝鮮半島問題，有時爭得面紅耳赤，「但大家不會打架。」剛入獄時他一句中文也不會說，但現在已能說能寫。當被問到出獄後的打算時，他用《論語》中的一句話回答：「父母在，不遠遊。」
