【綜合報導】一名美國白髮阿媽認真打鼓，加上花俏轉鼓棒的動作，讓這段影片的點閱率超過240萬次。
 
這部名叫「阿媽鼓手」（Grandma Drummer）的影片主人翁叫薇姿達（Mary Hvizda），她今年其實也才63歲，薇姿達從15歲開始就先後在十幾個樂團擔任鼓手，展現熱愛音樂的熱情。即使現在已經封鼓棒了，她經過樂器行時還是會一時技癢的坐在鼓前面，重溫那段鼓手歲月。
 
薇姿達知道很多人觀賞她打鼓時，覺得很開心，喔！對了，但直到記者訪問她後，薇姿達才知道「youtube」是什麼。

紙糊王船 蔡東山四代傳承

有百年歷史、傳承第四代的蔡東山正為東港大潭保安宮製作紙糊的王船，船帆、船艙、錨錠等設備依照傳統一應俱全。（記者葉永騫攝）

手工細細地修裁，雖然是紙糊的王船主帆，但是要能伸縮自如，一艘王船全由手工打造，得花近半個月的時間才能完成，四代傳承、有百年歷史的屏東縣東港鎮糊紙店老板蔡東山說，雖然有好手藝，但工作不輕鬆，傳統的民俗技藝，可不能濫芋充數。

東港迎王祭典全國知名，焚燒的王船是原木打造，而一艘原木王船得花費數百萬元及大批的義務工匠製作，展現的是東港漁港特色，但不是每間廟宇有能力辦得到，地方文史專家陳進成說，早期王船都是以竹編紙糊純手工打造出來，後來因為生活水平提升，王船才改為木製再提升到現在的原木打造，現今大部分的廟宇仍維持紙糊或製作小型木船作為燒王船祭典之用。

蔡東山指出，糊紙技藝從表面上看不出差異，這些細節也很少人知道，但是試想祭祀的王船的帆不能升降、櫓樚不能拉錠，不是很漏氣嗎？只是堅持傳統得付出更多的代價和努力，年輕人不願學，也讓未來的傳承更加不易。

（軍聞社記者郭家良臺北廿三日電）針對故陸軍下士洪仲丘死亡時低血鈉現象，國防部今天邀請臺灣腎臟醫學會秘書長吳志仁與三軍總醫院中暑防治中心主任朱柏齡出席記者會，以臨床醫學專業角度，向社會各界說明相關成因。

　吳志仁表示，低血鈉不外乎體內水太多或是鹽太少，而水太多的成因可能為體內進水量過多，或者是身體排水發生異常；鹽的因素則是攝取不夠或流失太多，其中的正負關係很複雜，若是熱中暑，排汗出現問題，水排不出去，相對來說也會造成低血鈉，需視病史與理學檢查來判定。

　三總中暑防治中心主任朱柏齡則指出，每個人排汗的汗液，鈉的成分都不盡相同，有些人排汗時鈉流失多，過程中有補充水份，就會發現低血鈉；也有可能排汗時失水與失鈉速度一樣，所以鈉含量就不會有改變，根據文獻記載或過往病例，這些狀況都可能發生。

　朱柏齡強調，在國際文獻統計結果中，曾發現在一千二百名熱中暑病人中，納含量皆不盡相同，這些病人的鈉離子有升高（百分之卅二）、降低（百分之十七）或正常（百分之五十一）現象。

（軍聞社記者董權輝臺北廿二日電）夏令期間，許多青年學子都有出國計畫，內政部役政署提醒民國八十三年次（含）以前出生且尚未履行兵役義務的役男，出國前務必辦理出境申請，並經過核准後始可順利出境。

　役政署指出，依據「兵役法施行法」第四十八條及「役男出境處理辦法」第四條規定，役齡男子尚未履行兵役義務者，出境應經核准。近年來常有已達役齡身分者，因出國前未辦理役男出境核准手續，以致於在出國當天遭機場境管人員攔阻，出國計畫就此泡湯。

　因此，役政署再次提醒要短期出國（不得逾四個月)的役男，需於出境前一個月內持護照、身分證及印章向各縣市鄉（鎮、市、區)公所兵役課提出申請（如由家屬或委託他人代為申請，受託人亦需備妥身分證、印章；未滿廿歲的役男，因尚未成年，所以需另外再準備監護人身分證及印章），於辦公時間內(週一至週五上午八時至下午六時)申請核准手續。

　此外，為方便申請作業，現就讀於國內學校十九歲以上在學緩徵的役男，可向內政部入出國及移民署各縣市服務站臨櫃申請，或以網路（http:www.immigration.gov.tw）申請出境；惟今年應屆畢業(含延畢)役男，因移民署網站申請期限僅至緩徵期限日止，畢業後仍請至各縣市鄉(鎮、市、區)公所兵役課辦理核准。
