山寨充電器電死人　蘋果教你如何辨膺品

【綜合報導】中國近日發生多起使用正充電的iPhone產品觸電事件，蘋果公司於中國官方網站教學辨認真假充電器。

蘋果公司指出，多宗觸電事件，懷疑是使用山寨版充電器導致，網站要求用戶使用原廠插頭和USB線充電，並列出iPhone，包括iPhone 4、iPhone 4S、iPhone 5，以及iPad2等平板電腦的原裝充電器，圖片下方註明注意事項及認證標誌。

網頁重申所有蘋果產品，均經過嚴格的安全測試，產品的設計亦符合世界各地的安全標準，包括手機和電腦的充電器。

請問各位前輩 技嘉主機板：GA-G41M-Combo (rev. 1.3)是否有支援OS WIN2K? 在官網上有晶片組的驅動可下載 但其他驅動(EX:音效、網路、內顯)就沒看到了...... 不知是否其他裝置的WIN2K驅動可相容WINXP嗎?? BTW 執行程式的作業環境OS必須為WIN2K 或是前輩們可提供小弟，目前市面上還有支援WIN2K的主機板型號 感謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.39.60.103

鴻海在6月底的股東會中由股東阿土伯（李金土）提案加發0.5元現金股利，企圖挑戰電子投票政策，但加發股利案是卻遭到經濟部駁回，董事長郭台銘25日指出，心裡很想此案通過，但政府法令不准，他坦言，目前還在想挽救辦法，也許會努力想辦法反映在股價上。

鴻海2012年合併營收3.9兆元，年成長13.11%，稅後淨利947.62億元，年增16.14%，雙雙創歷史新高，每股稅後淨利8.03元，鴻海6月底召開股東會討論股利案，原先討論的股利案是將配發股利2.5元，其中現金股利1.5元，股票股利1元，且在電子投票中獲得45.34%的同意。

不過，出席股東阿土伯提出要求，希望加發現金股利，由於與現有規定不符，所以最後由阿土伯提案建議，在法令允許及已為電子投票股東同意的前提下，增加發放現金股利0.5元。

但這項提議卻遭經濟部駁回，鴻海在7月17日公告表示，依經濟部經商字第10202076670號函回覆，因公司法規定股東會盈餘分派案礙難依臨時動議所提方式修正現金股利，因此，鴻海盈餘分派案維持原議案分派股東股票股利1元、現金股利1.5元。

郭台銘坦言，很想要加發股利案可以通過，但政府法令不准，目前還在想挽救辦法；他強調，小股東存錢不容易，很希望小股東能夠有公平的環境，可以得到第一手的資訊，所以，9月底或10月，阿土伯將會召開小股東說明會，他將會參加進一步說明集團相關訊息。 (接下一頁)

網誌圖文版：http://lljs914.pixnet.net/blog/post/163000721 2013年7月26日 下午 3點 31分，她被閔俊國綁架了。 從那之後的2個小時30分之後，我們11年來的故事要畫上句點。 看到最後一幕修夏崩潰的樣子，我覺得我也跟著崩潰了，因為鍾碩把那種心痛又害怕到極 致的心情完全宣洩出來了。 看著修夏對著公共電話又叫又吼又打，有一種心都碎了的感覺，雖然依然相信著HE，卻忍 不住分分秒秒都想著被綁架的彗星，和崩潰的修夏。 這一集主要是在處理支線的故事，也讓人因為黃達鍾和車辯的故事感動到一直流眼淚。 嚴格來說，黃達鍾事件取消公訴，似乎不能說是法律上的勝利，以法律來講他還是有罪的 ，要坐牢的。 因為公訴取消了，才使得一切平息。 但是每次看到彗星在法庭上獲得勝利，內心就會充滿著無限的感動。 「不是國民要來適合法律，而是法律要適合國民」法官說得一句話也非常的動人。 黃達鍾的事件想要傳達的，除了要承認自身的錯誤之外，更重要的一點是去相信法律。 對於黃達鍾來講，法律已經是無法相信的東西，因為他失去了一切，再也找不回來了。 但這次，他仍然獲得了機會，雖說法律上有罪，但他確實以無罪的身分從法庭上走出來了 。 只要我們願意相信法律，法律仍然能夠站在我們這邊，雖然無法百分之百的確信，但是卻 產生了能夠相信的希望。 如果人失去了那份信任，真得會非常的痛苦吧! 黃達鍾說得那翻原諒徐大碩的話和彗星媽媽的話重疊了，讓人認不住又一陣心酸。 人生如此珍貴，拿來怨恨別人豈不是很痛苦嗎？ 從閔俊國寄給車辯的事件中可以知道，閔俊國的生活也是非常悲慘的，失去了妻子，又因 為自己被抓進監獄，失去了母親和兒子。 也難怪他對彗星有那麼大的怨恨了.....。 閔俊國就是走入了怨恨的人生，因為無法原諒，使自己變得更加的悲慘和痛苦，他已經來 不及了，也沒有回頭路了。 無論他是因為多麼悲慘的生活才開始一切，開始就是開始了，他給他人造成的傷害，永遠 也無法挽回了。 很喜歡看度妍和黃達鍾這對父女的互動，有那麼一點彆扭，但是卻好溫馨又好可愛。 度妍真得是一個非常優秀的孩子，幾天之內自己的世界突然產生了巨變，但是她卻堅持了 下來， 不但用自己的方式還給爸爸一個正義，還每天到醫院陪在爸爸的身邊，真得是太令人喜愛 了。 而每一次黃達鍾的眼淚也令人感到心痛，失去了女兒二十六年，最後在生命的盡頭聽到那 一聲「爸爸」 該是多麼的開心，同時又多麼的心酸啊! 從一開始就令人好奇的車辯轉職的原因這一集終於說明了。 「申律師救了兩個人」一開始聽到還有點納悶，後來才明白，對阿，車辯也是被拯救的那 一個， 他不會因為自己犯得錯誤害了別人的一生，不會因為這樣而活在自責當中。 申辯雖然替黃達鍾辯護失敗，使得黃達鍾坐了二十六年的牢，但是他也拯救了另一個人。 這就是現實，人不可能永遠都得到勝利，會挫折、會失敗，但是只要堅持，仍然會有成功 出現。 正因為這部戲是這麼的符合現實，讓我們同時看到現實的無奈和希望，所以才那麼的動人 。 修夏的夢真得讓人非常的害怕，雖然彗星穿得很漂亮，而且在夢裡說得話也好有彗星的風 格， 整個夢就是非常的可愛，但是後來的突變真得是嚇死人了。 第一次看得時候真的嚴重的被驚嚇到，本來以為只是單純的一個美夢，沒想到卻是個預言 夢.....。 修夏從夢醒來後鬆了一口氣，但是卻因為過於專注在項鍊上，而忽略了手機不見的危險性 。 但是那本來就不是任何人能夠想得到的....... 當修夏還在因為彗星知道他爸爸的事情而擔心不已的時候，彗星已經被閔俊國綁架了， 其實無論是修夏還是車辯都太小看彗星了，他們都擔心彗星能不能承受真相的傷害， 但實際上，當人們有了心愛的人，並且想要用盡全力去保護對方的時候，往往都是這樣的 吧! 就算對方其實有成受傷害的能力，可是只要會造成那麼一點點的傷害，都是擔心又害怕的 。 其實以堅信HE的觀點為出發，感覺修夏說那句「我們11年來的故事要畫上句點」是指夏星 和閔俊國三人之間的仇恨， 兩個小時三十分鐘之後，或許閔俊國被抓了，或許死了，那麼這11年來的故事當然結束了 ， 因為沒了閔俊國，所以夏星要展開新的故事、新的人生了!! 另外，如果修夏真得死了，那連倒敘法都無法吧XD 雖然看到一些消息滿令人害怕的，但HE是肯定的! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.170.119.174

蘋果索巨額權利金 三星拒絕

〔編譯盧永山／綜合報導〕被《管理智財權》雜誌評為全球五十大智財權知名人物的智財權專家穆勒（Florian Mueller），週四接受英文韓國時報訪問指出，三星電子不打算結束與蘋果正在進行的專利權官司，因三星需要可以讓該公司增加市占率的協議。

在穆勒發表上述談話的幾天前，來自三星管理層的消息來源透露，與蘋果的和解談判已陷入停頓，但雙方仍努力進行協商。消息來源指出，蘋果仍要求三星為每支智慧手機和平板電腦支付三十美元和四十美元權利金，但三星認為不合理。

根據SamMobile報導，蘋果當初要求宏達電為每支智慧手機支付的權利金不到五美元。若依照蘋果的要求，三星光是旗艦智慧手機Galaxy S4，就需支付蘋果六億美元的權利金。

[一般] 夏日冰品節讓我錯愕

擺明就是要花錢才能過關
出這什麼爛活動
雖然我任務還沒完全過關
不過算算時間應該是趕得及

夏日任務出來時
我連蘿莉魚都沒有
換蘿莉粉的材料魚中 (全貝幣那組我等級低不能買)
我只有暗夜伯爵(之前消費獎勵送的)
另外的紅燈魚及銀盔甲我都要從魚苗養起
我還因為想順便一起解燈魚與盔甲魚的任務
而當時已接了別的任務不好取消
為了等買魚我還慢了三,四天
然後用六級泡泡魚加速
還好四、五天就可以皇冠了

之後有一關開寶箱2次的任務
我還因為手殘還沒接任務就誤點開了寶箱
結果又要再等一天

而我現在是卡在撿垃圾50個那項
因為我魚友少，棄缸的更少
所以每天能撿到的垃圾不多
不過也快收集齊了

只是想說
連我這個等級低+魚友少的
都可以在期限內完成任務了
誰說一定得花元寶

鼬獾患狂犬病新增5例 防檢局：勿接觸野生動物

【沈能元／台北報導】國家衛生指揮中心針對狂犬病疫情，農委會防檢局局長張淑賢說，昨接獲17件疑似狂犬病通報案件，其中鼬獾有14件、犬貓有3件，經檢驗發現，共有5件鼬獾確認，犬貓則無感染狂犬病，5例鼬獾分別在南投縣國姓鄉、仁愛鄉，台中市新社鄉，台南市南化鄉，高雄市田寮鄉。截至7月27日已檢測食肉目野生動物46例，有11例鼬獾確診感染狂犬病。

張淑賢說，現已釋出6000劑動物疫苗至此5鄉為犬貓施打疫苗，至今共釋出58000劑動物疫苗至疫區供犬貓施打，因狂犬病疫情現仍侷限於鼬獾，期望犬貓施打疫苗，讓疫情圍堵在山區，並建議民眾不要棄養寵物、不要接觸野生動物、讓寵物犬貓施打狂犬病疫苗，以防感染狂犬病。

防檢局今表示，昨接獲17件疑似狂犬病通報案件，已有5件鼬獾確認為狂犬病，犬貓則無感染。沈能元攝

兩人快樂的回到家, 男生說要先去上大號. 女生賢惠的備好菜, 準備叫男生一起作料理. 突然女生劇烈的嗆咳... 被緊閉廁所門內飄散出來的強烈臭味攻擊!!! 『咳咳咳咳咳咳咳咳咳咳咳咳咳咳咳』 『怎麼會這麼臭!!!你是不是沒沖水!!!』 『全部上完才沖水壓～』 『只要有東西在馬桶內就要沖水, 又沒抽氣又揮發當然會臭起來, 沒公德心!!!』 『哈哈哈～沒有人先沖的拉～你太誇張了』 『每個人都會先沖好嗎, 自己聞到都很噁了』 『哈哈哈～沒有人先沖的拉～你太誇張了』 『要不然我po板問, 一定先沖的比較多, 改掉這個壞習慣!!!』 所以我在這裡了._. 請問各位大大, 真的最後才沖嗎= = -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 76.168.7.113

PotPlayer如何截圖自動儲存呢?

我之前都用快播看片，可以設定任意鍵截圖
但之後快播不知為何有些功能失效，於是也沒在用了

然後改用PotPlayer看影片
但是好像每次截圖都會跳出儲存設定的視窗
能不能像快播一樣設定一個按鍵截圖後
圖片自動儲存然後影片照常播放不會再跳出儲存設定視窗?

或是有什麼程式可以截取當前畫面並自動儲存?
或是其他可截圖也很好用的播放器呢?

我最近買了S美♠人窈♠窕網
膠原♠蛋白♠亮鼻貼 真的超好用的啦
他是粉末狀的 倒一點在手心 加一點水
用手攪一攪 然後敷在鼻子上 再貼上吸油面紙
吸油面紙買哪種最便宜的就好喔!

等他乾了之後 會變硬硬的
在由下往上 撕下來
就會發現粉刺都跑到吸油面紙上了
我整個超興奮的啦～～～

我本來要把這個好東西介紹給我朋友
想不到他早就在用了 而且還說他們的抗痘系列也超好用的
所以我是覺得你剛好都可以用用看 很不錯啦!!

至於你媽媽的除皺紋 Q10緊♠緻♠煥顏霜 也是一個很棒的選擇

【綜合報導】陸軍第六軍團542旅義務役下士洪仲丘枉死案後，讓不少家庭感同身受，今天有名顧媽媽特地到洪仲丘家中安慰洪母，她說兒子也是在軍中枉死，等了23年也無真相，顧媽媽和洪母聊著聊著心疼地相擁。

洪母無奈真相未明，她對著顧媽媽難過地說：「要真相真的是很困難的事」。
