在法國北部梅斯市附近舉行的洛林國際熱氣球節活動，4日創下兩項新世界記錄：408只熱氣球同時在空中飛翔，以及391只隻熱氣球連在一起同時升空。這次活動於4日結束，10天來共有983只熱氣球、1207名飛行員及近2千名工作人員參與。

這項活動總共吸引35萬人前往參觀，但主辦單位卻因為候不佳及部分參與者行為惡劣而相當鬱卒。活動創辦人皮拉崔表示，「25年來，今年升空的氣球數最少，因為天氣非常不穩定，風太大，還碰到暴風雨。」他說，原本規劃有19次大規模的熱氣球升空活動，但實際的次數還不到一半。

美國搖滾樂隊「血性獵犬幫」（Bloodhound Gang）一名男性團員七月卅一日在烏克蘭音樂節上，當眾將俄羅斯國旗塞入褲頭內，再從臀部抽出來，並向觀眾說「不要告訴（俄國總統）普亭」。

該樂團原訂八月初在俄國南部的音樂節演出，但因為這起「褻瀆俄國國旗」的事件遭除名。俄國聯邦文化部部長梅金斯基說，該樂團的表演已取消。俄國聯邦偵查委員會發言人說，若收到檢方起訴書，將就此展開調查。（綜合外電）

【綜合報導】中國湖南衡陽市一家居商場佔地約3個足球場，商場外表看起來沒什麼特別之處，但頂樓於2009年卻興建了25棟的別墅。

每棟兩層高的別墅外牆均塗上黃色，大部份都未有裝修，情景極為壯觀，而且這25棟別墅從未向相關部門正式申請任何手續，當局曾多次要求拆卸。

1日投資別墅的負責人表示，當局已默認不用拆除，但不能銷售。負責人又指，原本答應拆別墅，但遭商場租客反對，擔心工程破壞樓頂的防漏層，先在這些別墅將用來當作員工宿舍。

我會從京都出發, 想一天去由良 (柯南) 及境港 (鬼太郎)兩個地方, 請問:

1: 是否先去由良再去境港, 還是去境港再去由良順路?

2: 7點從京都出發到由良已下午1點, 由良及境港各用2 小時參觀會不會太少時間?

3: (柯南) 及(鬼太郎) 展館收費一樣, 哪個比較大? 哪個比較多東西看? (因為如時間不足便要放棄其中一個館, 只在街上影銅像)

4: 去良再去境港的JR 是否都是得2,3 卡的列車? 有沒有JR PASS ? 如沒有, 如何購票?

【綜合報導】昨是吳君如４８歲生日，前晚辦了一場大牌雲集的聚會，甄子丹、梁朝偉、鍾鎮濤夫婦、杜德偉伉儷、曾志偉、陳姸希等人都來祝壽，現場星光熠熠。
 
其中最令人注目的是分別在《一代宗師》和《葉問》中皆演出「葉問」一角的梁朝偉和甄子丹，兩人合照看起來不但完全沒有煙硝味，還十分和樂，看來吳君如的面子真的很大。

台大醫學院醫學系內科特聘講座教授陳定信，因父親罹患肝癌，說服政府推動B型肝炎預防注射計畫，讓國人免於肝病恐懼。

出身新北市鶯歌的陳定信，早在22歲還只是醫學生時，擔任教師的父親罹患肝癌，從發病到過世只有短短4個月，從此家破人亡，頓失依靠。

陳定信發願找出導致肝癌的原因，歷經40年，不計名利，看病、教學之外更夜以繼日埋首研究，先解開B型肝炎致癌之謎，陸續發現B型肝炎是造成肝癌的主因，而台灣每6個人就有1個人是B型肝炎帶原者，高居全球前茅。

而且在台灣，B型肝炎主要是由帶原的母親傳染給新生兒，石破天驚的研究成果，使得醫學教科書從此改寫。

作家藍麗娟歷時14個月全心投入採訪陳定信，寫出新書「堅定信念：肝病世界權威陳定信的人生志業」。訪談之中藍麗娟認為，陳定信因為有堅定的信念，鍥而不捨的研究如何預防B型肝炎，陳定信還與恩師宋瑞樓花了7年時間，說服並參與政府推動B型肝炎預防注射的計畫。

也因為這項計畫，從1984年起出生的新生兒大多不會帶有B型肝炎抗原，不用擔心肝硬化與肝細胞癌對生命的威脅。至今，台灣29歲以下的800萬名年輕世代都是受惠者。

不僅防治B型肝炎，陳定信更領導團隊研發C型肝炎檢驗試劑，讓台灣人能避免因輸血而感染C型肝炎。他創造出能根治慢性C型肝炎的合併療法，成為全球3億C型肝炎患者的福音，台灣也有許多病患受惠，而他領導的團隊研發出針對B加C型肝炎治療法，也成為全球醫界的標準療法。

藍麗娟表示，陳定信是默默耕耘的台灣之光，40年來持續以肝病的研究與防治成果奔走各國宣導防治，扭轉美、日、澳、中等與WHO（世界衛生組織）的B型肝炎防治策略，仿效台灣經驗。他積極推動肝癌防治的身影，也是學術外交的楷模。

剛好，我剛回到家，分享給你昨天晚上不睡覺跑的行程吧！ 我也住內壢，昨晚兩點半出發， 用愉悅的心情直衝復興鄉， 沿路時速60，很輕鬆的騎法。 一進北橫，就發現滿天的星星閃耀， 這兩天剛好下弦月，你會看到大大的銀色月牙掛在天上， 這邊你要拍月牙拍星軌拍縮時都可以， 然後我繼續往北橫進去，沿路有許多路段沒路燈， 半夜一個人騎自己膽子要大點，我倒是覺得夜風很享受， 不過提醒你帶件薄外套會好點。 最後，本來想在天空步道曝星軌， 結果發現半夜的小烏來一個人都沒有，暗得可怕， 加上我完全沒進去過天空步道(別笑!)， 所以決定回頭，往巴陵再進去。 不過在還沒到三光時，發現天快亮了，索性找個方向對的避車彎， 腳架架了開始拍日出，一樣，靜態或縮時隨意，這幾天天氣好，山區的天空超乾淨！ 回程時我又彎進去小烏來，那時早上六點，原來天空步道八點才開， 我因為前半夜只補眠了一小時，身體有點累了，所以決定先攻下去小烏來瀑布底， 早晨六點的小烏來瀑布是我一人的，完全不用擔心拍到遊客的頭！XD 在這你可以拍景，或是曝溪流，快門快慢自己玩。 另外聽說風動石掉進河哩，但我在現場認不出河裡哪塊是風動石，所以沒拍到。 再回程，經過角板山，此時七點多，這時攤販才剛準備擺攤，沒甚麼好逛， 加上不是梅花季，所以這邊可以忽略，你可以等冬季再來行館拍白梅。 然後，繼續往大溪回去，到了蝙蝠洞的路口，你如果還有體力， 可以去拍拍蝙蝠洞跟基國派，小弟身體虛，這時只想找個地方吃早餐。 沒想到回程轉念一想，便走仁和路往龍岡方向去， 早餐吃國旗屋米干，這邊你可以拍食記，拍拍那間很有特色的國旗屋。 最後回家，距離我出門大約七小時，我整晚都在山裡瘋，拍照也拍得很爽啊！ 給您參考一下，復興鄉是我很愛去的地方，距離中壢只要半小時車程， 就能讓你置身在山林裡，超棒的！ ※ 引述《ozaki520 (me)》之銘言： : 剛好北上來找朋友 但朋友白天有事情 : 待在家有點小無聊 也不知道附近有什麼東西 : 剛好自己性去拍照也有帶相機 : 本人在內壢這 : 騎車不遠的地方都能接受 : 有地方好拍照的嘛? : 室內室外 古蹟 花木 展演都可以 : 再請大家推薦囉 -- C'est moi, c'est la vie. 愛吃、愛玩、愛拍照，生活就是如此簡單。 https://www.facebook.com/MingBlogging -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.231.170.109
