就在昨天小弟老爸問我智慧型手機怎麼打電話?

我就問我爸怎麼會有智慧型手機(因我爸已60多歲沒辦過手機)

我爸說是台灣大送的!

小弟覺得不妙，跑回家一趟

事情來由是這樣...

我媽有一門號是從東信時期就辦了，後來被台灣大併購

上禮拜就接到一通電話，內容大致是這樣

(太太您好，因為妳是我們台灣大的優質客戶

我們公司免費送妳一隻最新的智慧型手機，跟一個上網吃到飽的門號

一個月月租費只要200元!!)

我媽想到免費，可上網，一個月200元

因我爸沒有手機，我媽想說不然給我爸用，出門聯絡也比較方便

考慮一下就答應了，後來隔3.4天由快遞寄送來手機跟簽約書(?)

簽約書這部分我問我媽，她說當時已經下午5.6點，我家在鄉下沒路燈看不清楚

只知道快遞要她簽收包裹跟另外一張不知道是什麼東西?

因快遞一直催促，我媽就簽了

我只知道這隻真的爛到爆

後來致電到台灣大詢問

才知道月租200沒錯，但僅前12個月，第13個月恢復原價起為月租401元

有上網也沒錯，但不是吃到飽，僅有1G流量，每個月還要另外繳99元，從第13個月起恢復原價為250元

等於是從13個月起每個月要繳651元，上網還僅有1G!

我跟客服講說，這隻門號跟手機我們不要了，請幫我們退租

客服居然說退租要繳違約金6000!!

我說妳們用這種手段跟詐騙有什麼差別?

客服回答說這是經銷商承辦的，我們公司對內容不清楚

好一個推卸責任阿～這樣跟國防布有什麼差別？

後來我堅持要跟主管談，若不處理我要提告消基會(未滿7日)

主管才答應在3日內給我們答覆

最後提醒~我覺得台灣大這種手段真的很惡劣

老人家對手機跟資費完全不了解，電信商就用一些噱頭來誘騙老人

來達到自己業績，有問題還不認帳

多位動保專家呼籲，寵物管理、走私查緝亟待加強，中央疫情指揮中心應儘速整合民政系統等跨部會功能，訂出防疫標準作業，並在各政府層級確切執行。

台灣動物社會研究會今天召開「防疫還有哪些漏洞」記者會，台灣大學獸醫學系兼任教授葉力森、中山大學生物科學系副教授顏聖紘、台灣猛禽研究會理事張宏銘、梁皆得、台中市野生動物保育學會副教授林思民等與會。

台灣動物社會研究會主任陳玉敏提出多項訴求，包括農委會協調內政部民政及警政系統參與山區、民宅內繁殖場調查，跨單位徹底推動犬貓落實每年7成以上疫苗施打率。

其次，海巡署及關稅總局自2006到2011年至少查獲35萬4011隻走私活體動物，政府應正視走私涉及防疫及外來種入侵問題，將犬以外的各種寵物繁殖也納入管理，合法進口也當提供證件、履歷控管。

再者，農委會委託學者研究資料估計家犬及貓數量各約120萬、28萬隻，注射率只有26%；估流浪犬8萬隻，但遠低於全台每年收容11萬隻。

葉力森估計，全台有200萬隻狗、貓，台灣若落實每年7成、約150萬隻貓犬打疫苗，疫情發生以來就不會缺疫苗。

與會專家強調，6月底傳出狂犬疫情以來，行政院在8月1日成立狂犬病中央流行疫情指揮中心；但是至今都還沒有協調民政系統，由鄰里長主動調查了解各地疫情實況，僅被動等待個案回報。

他們質疑，中央至今仍無防疫標準作業（SOP），才發生滅鼠前未評估生態影響、人犬貓安全，送白米鼓勵民眾擅自捕犬，活活打死野生動物，及台中市一度傳出禁止認養流浪動物等亂象。

與會者疾呼，中央應確實整合各部會功能、重整疫情資訊，確切訂出防疫SOP及讓台灣恢復為非疫區的中、長程計畫，並由中央及地方政府各層級執行。

【綜合報導】陸軍義務役下士洪仲丘枉死案，戒護士陳毅勳昨(5)晚21時30分重開羈押庭，陳毅勳語出驚人，表示願意被羈押。
 
根據「TVBS」報導，陳毅勳冷靜坦然願意講出想法，並向法官表白，如果有助真相，他願意被羈押，也讓律師與馬官嚇了一跳。目前檢方仍咬住可能串證應該羈押。
