    金庸小說自從俠客行裡面出現了白自在這號人物之後，就開始醞釀馬屁精的角色了。只是，俠客行裡的情節，是白自在強迫徒弟稱頌他，雪山派的弟子，畢竟不是馬屁精，甚至有幾個還算挺有骨氣的，不肯說出違心之論，但是下場就不太好了。

    然而，接下來的笑傲江湖，日月神教在楊蓮亭的作威作福之下，開始進入了馬屁精的地步。什麼「教主文成武德，仁義英明，中興聖教，澤被蒼生」還有什麼「教主指示英明，歷百年而常新，垂萬世而不替，如日月之光，布於天下」當然，最有名的，就是那一句「千秋萬載，一統江湖」了。

    接下來，天龍八部的星宿派，更是不要臉了。不但口中稱頌，甚至還大書旗號。什麼「星宿老仙、神通廣大、法力無邊、威震天下」還編起歌來唱「星宿老仙，德配天地，威震寰宇，古今無比」。

    這裡的馬屁精，又比日月神教的更加無恥了。日月神教的教徒，不過是口頭唸誦，這個星宿派，還增加了一大堆的花招。簡直是無所不用其極。這些星宿派的，如果不是因為丁春秋被打敗了，多半還會幫他建塑像。

    到了鹿鼎記，馬屁精再度出現在神龍教以及宮廷裡頭。甚至神龍教的馬屁台詞還被拿來當作咒語使用。「洪教主神通廣大，我教戰無不勝，攻無不克，無堅不摧，無敵不破，敵人望風披糜，逃之夭夭。」當然，最有名的還是那一句「教主神通廣大，仙福永享，壽與天齊」了。

    連續三部小說，金庸都描寫了馬屁精的醜態。足見金庸對這一種人物的厭惡之深，痛恨之切了。據說這是因為金庸當年擔任明報社論的主筆，見到大陸文革時期那些共產黨員大拍馬屁的作風，有感而發，故而將這種人物自然而然地寫在小說之中。

    不過，兩岸的情形其實也差不多。那邊是「偉大的導師，偉大的領袖，偉大的統帥，偉大的舵手」這邊則是「民族的救星、世界的偉人。」甚至還編成歌兒來唱呢！這首歌，老一輩的可都會唱呢！難怪當年金庸的小說會被禁，這種文章豈不是得罪了那些被影射的人物了？

    馬屁精在這世上，簡直是無孔不入的。就像在自然界中，每一種生物都有自己的求生本領。馬屁精也有他的形成因素。歸納起來，不外乎是為了保護自己以及求取名利。

    戰國策裡頭的鄒忌，對這件事就挺有研究的。他跟齊王提到，自己曾經問過妻妾，是自己美，還是城北的徐公美，他的妻妾紛紛都說是鄒忌美。鄒忌又問朋友同樣的問題，他的朋友同樣也說鄒忌美。可是等到自己真的見到那個美男子徐公的時候，才發現老婆跟朋友說的都是謊話。

    他得到一個結論，因為老婆跟小妾都怕他，所以不得不說他比較美，他的朋友因為有求於他，所以也不得不說他比較美。一個是怕他，一個是有求於他。馬屁精形成的最重要因素，就這麼給他找出來了。

    印證一下金庸小說的馬屁精，的確也是如此，日月神教的教眾為何要唸誦那些台詞？因為怕慘遭不測，怕自己的性命不保嘛！同時，這也是楊蓮亭用來箝制手下的手段。星宿派的徒弟為何要大拍馬屁？同樣也是怕師父的「師威難測」，要是不拍馬匹，說不定就見不到明天的太陽了。

    神龍教的教徒，同樣也是要顯得自己效忠教主，一個個厚顏無恥的唸誦那些「仙福永享，壽與天齊」的口號。同樣也是為了保命要緊。還有那種為了升官發財的，也一樣會大拍馬屁。像是鹿鼎記的兵部尚書「明珠」，還有鹿鼎公韋小寶，索額圖都是此道高手。

    康熙在跟群臣討論要不要撤藩，這個明珠就來個聖上英明，屬下才智遠遠不及，把事情推得一乾二淨，給皇上一頂高帽子戴戴，自己就可以升官發財。聽到韋小寶的「鳥生魚湯」，康熙一樣會「龍顏大悅」。加官進爵更是不在話下。這就是馬屁精的形成因素。

    然而，馬屁精的人格又是如何？這種人可是會翻臉不認人的。日月神教的教徒，一見到東方不敗終於敗了，同樣的諛詞就轉向說給任我行聽。

    星宿派的教徒，一見到丁春秋戰況不利，立刻見風轉舵，大罵丁春秋的壞話，然後又大讚對方是個大俠。神龍教的教徒，見到洪安通中毒無力，立刻把馬屁拍向韋小寶，還想來個韋教主仙福永享，壽與天齊。這種翻臉不認人，落井下石的特性，正是馬屁精的人格特質。

    因為他們是「吃西瓜偎大邊」，誰得權得勢，就認誰作老大。

    馬屁精的本質，簡單來說，就是「抹煞良心，厚顏無恥」了。天龍八部裡，包不同跟星宿派的教徒有一段對話就曾經提到。

    包不同提到馬屁功、法螺功的用處，就是為了防身保命。第三項提到厚顏功，更是進一步說到馬屁精的基本本質。而星宿派門人的說法，更是描寫出這種人如何將自己的行為合理化。

    在鹿鼎記裡頭，韋小寶曾經對馬屁精下過結論。「拍馬屁的，就沒本事，不肯拍馬屁，一定有本事。」這句話，又更深一層提出馬屁精的基本形成因素。

【綜合報導】以色列軍方於當地時間周四表示，經過安全評估後，暫時關閉南部度假勝地伊拉特（Eilat）的機場，所有起降航班取消。
 
以軍方發言人向法新社表示，直到公佈近一步通知前，機場都將維持關閉。以色列媒體報導，8個國內航班預計在周四晚間降落或離開機場，應該都會取消。

A paper by the journal Nature Geoscience found that the temperature in the middle of West Antarctica has increased by 2.4℃ since 1958 – roughly twice as much as scientists previously thought. This makes central West Antarctica one of the fastest – warming regions on earth. The discovery worries scientists as the huge ice sheet there may be in danger of collapsing，possibly with drastic effects on sea level.

Warming in Antarctica is a relative concept. West Antarctica is still an extremely cold place . The average temperature in the center of the ice sheet is 45℃ below freezing. However，the temperature does sometimes rise above freezing in the summer. The new research shows that it might be happening more often，potentially melting the surface and weakening the ice sheet. The ice sheet is already in danger at the edges due to warmer ocean water. The long-term collapse of the edges due to warmer.

The long-term collapse of the West Antarctic ice sheet is one of the effects of global warming. Scientists say a breakup of the ice sheet，over several hundred years，could raise global sea levels by more than 3.3 meters.

針對前民進黨主席蔡英文再度呼籲政府應召開國是會議，馬英九總統則擬邀蔡英文到總統府會談，親民黨立委李桐豪今（9）日批評，「現在開國是會議已經無法解決無能政府的問題」，他呼籲馬英九總統應該「自己檢討、根本改造、人才招募上要開更廣的門路」，「不要把國是會議當成政治操作」。

李桐豪說，親民黨過去的立場認為，開國是會議是要解決國家當前問題，不過必須有具體的議題，「否則就是政治操作、摸頭」，這樣的立場至今沒有改變。

李桐豪質疑，「馬英九的問題已經不是開國是會議就能解決」，他強調，召開國是會議必須有議題，不能空談，但是現在從洪仲丘事件、廣大興號漁船遭菲律賓槍擊案、服貿協議等議題，呈現出政府的管理、執行能力都出現狀況，「這是馬政府的失靈，國是會議無法解決無能政府的問題！」

李桐豪說，馬英九不要以為開國是會議或是朝野領袖會談，就能排除政府無能問題，馬政府必須自己檢討、根本改造，在人才招募上要開更廣的門路，「不要把國是會議當成政治操作」。

頭髮燙失敗了 該找原本的設計師補燙嗎

下面落落長...感謝大家願意看完

事情是這麼發生的

昨天聽媽媽的話到了一間個人的髮型工作室
我認為 燙捲再怎麼樣頂多太捲
只要是大捲在髮尾我還是可接受的
況且我沒打算要大修瀏海 應該不會失敗到哪吧

設計師人也很有意願溝通
跟他討論的時候也有翻過雜誌
我告訴他我想要
"臉旁邊也有捲度 包住臉(比出像花的手勢在臉邊)"
這其實還滿好懂得吧..

我聽設計師講解

因為他跟後來的客人說 這是雙層的鮑伯

於是他在我頭上剪了一層 像水母頭一樣 但長度大約在下巴 後面長度到後腦勺

既然是鮑伯 應該捲度要包著臉吧?
他在上層是使用冷燙 可是出來的捲度.........
是中型的波浪 像泡麵那種
這..... 無法用手撥啊

而且他是說 那不會有"捲"度 只會有自然的弧度 但..

卻是類似這樣子 再短一點罩在我頭上 髮尾也往外衝
我不適合這樣 且只有薄薄一層 這根本不合理

看她剪其他客人的頭髮是正常的 雖然不燙 且是短髮
我覺得他幫我弄出的型不該是這樣的啊

我坐了四個小時(包含濕著頭髮等他幫其他客人弄完)
實在也累了 付完錢我只想回家 飆回家之後馬上頭髮沾水拿大鬃毛圓梳重吹
把上下層莫名其妙的捲度吹成梨花燙的樣子

晚上被我媽唸剪成雙層這件事念到不行我一氣之下又重新洗頭 想把他再吹好
原想說先吹半乾看看沒梳子的話會不會很糟
結果真的很糟.............. 不看下層 上層是毛躁的御飯糰

隨後還是出動圓梳弄出包住的感覺

但後腦杓的頭髮我真的沒這麼大的能耐 整個就是不順

我打算到明天再洗一次頭 吹半乾後再打電話給設計師
告訴她這樣的捲度我非常難整理 又亂翹又不正確 想請他再幫我補燙"鮑伯"的型
(我真的不想往後的日子要痛苦的整理頭髮)

我現在害怕的是補燙會不會還是失敗....這樣真的很慘

可是我知道去另外的髮廊雖說是補燙而且只有局部 收費也沒辦法便宜

會不會設計師根本不懂要怎麼樣上捲才會有"C型" "J型" "鮑伯"的捲度...
畢竟一開始他是把捲子上到頂的..

還有髮根三公分下來後都算有捲度的 這樣是 不想要捲的地方要燙直嗎?
還是有辦法單靠捲子去重新塑形?

難道要拿其他設計師上的捲子的照片給他看嗎.....
這 ... 好像太汙辱他的專業了..

這件事讓我很煩惱 爬過很多燙壞的文章 但我的層次已經剪下去了....
剪都剪了 至少弧度要好看吧.................
不知道有沒有大哥大姐能替我解惑
專業的見解來安慰一下我也好!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

【短片】日男狠心8狗關1籠　3年累積1噸排泄物

【綜合報導】日本枥木縣出現一名50多歲的虐狗男子，他涉嫌把8隻狗狗關進一只長寬高各約1.3公尺的狹小籠子裡，3年來積了約1噸的排泄物也不清理，今日當地警方正式受理虐狗投訴案，全案將移送法辦。

據了解，大約3年前開始不斷有民眾表示，在狗舍附近傳出陣陣惡臭味，也讓許多鄰居受不了，因此向警方投訴。警方調查後發現，這名50多歲男子將8隻狗關在一個狹小的籠子內，而且不清理排泄物，甚至另外有3隻狗已經死亡，其他的狗兒則吃狗屍求生，目前全案及男子將移送法辦。

陸本週公開市場提前鎖定淨投放，資金面緊張趨緩

大陸人行6日延續了上週以來的逆回購操作，惟量價齊跌。昨日展開的120億元(人民幣,下同)7天期逆回購，較上週二縮量近三成，同時得標利率為4%，亦較上期大幅走低40個基點。大陸本週公開市場央票到期100億元，同時有170億元7天期逆回購到期，形成自然淨回收70億元；昨日進行120億元逆回購，使本週公開市場已提前鎖定淨投放，延續了之前兩個月來的淨投放格局。

中證網引述市場主流分析認為，逆回購縮量顯示人行認為當下流動性整體並不過於短缺，不會過多投放流動性。而得標利率的下降，則更多的凸顯出人行引導貨幣市場利率下行，降低利率風險的意圖。

海通證券債券分析師姜超認為，本週人行降低利率發行逆回購，較上週大幅下降40個基點，降幅遠超過市場預期，令利率風險進一步下降。同時，由於持續的逆回購操作，預計本週大陸資金面緊張將有所緩解。
