【劉智維／高雄報導】因莫拉克風災休園迄今的藤枝森林遊樂區，本月被林務局工作人員發現已瀕臨絕種的台灣黑熊現蹤。林務局屏東林管處人員表示，本月10日兩名工作人員進行園區步道維護時，赫然發現一頭台灣黑熊在30公尺外現身，驚喜之餘，拿起手機拍下熊蹤，該頭台灣黑熊發現兩人後隨即爬樹離去。

林務局表示，位於桃源山區的藤枝森林遊樂區是著名觀光景點，動植物生態資源豐富，開園期間遊客眾多，對野生動物活動造成較大干擾。88風災後因聯外道路藤枝林道等毀損，基於安全考量休園至今已逾4年。屏東林管處處長黃妙修表示，園區休園期間意外成為野生動物樂園，未來將持續觀察台灣黑熊在該園區內活動地點及情形，做為園區經營參考。

【陳俐妏／台北報導】台股昨天由蘋果供應鏈大立光表態，收盤站回7900點關卡，今天將挑戰收復5日線7925點。大慶證券指出，陸股強攻帶動，台股昨天
跌深反彈，但今天指數需站上上周五開盤點7955點位置方可確認形成多方轉折，否則在短趨勢偏空下，預估大盤偏向弱勢震盪整理不變。
 
大慶證券指出，目前國際股市來看，歐美股市震盪整理趨勢不變，而陸股有機會完成近3個月以來底部走強，台股下檔可望將具支撐。昨天盤面主流在跌深的電子股出現反彈走勢，其中表現最為整齊在於蘋果攻應鏈，以指標來看，鴻海、台郡、F-臻鼎、大立光等相對強勢，尤其大立光已於昨天再創歷史新高，近日若能續強，則相關智慧型手機概念股將有機會形成短線主流。
 
大慶證券指出，於原物料相關個股，由於陸股相關原物料如水泥、鋼鐵等同步大漲，帶動中鋼、中鴻、允強、台泥、亞泥等走高，若此類低基期原物料股能在此時開始走漲，則對於傳產股來說將更具輪動契機。由於大盤量能不出，因此上檔空間有限，建議可留意跌深反彈且法人低檔轉買超股作為觀察重點，操作上勿過度追高。
