【綜合報導】每年夏季，美國佛羅里達的居民，便會遭受成千上萬隻蚊子的侵擾，繼往年美國空軍運輸機，協助地方政府噴灑驅蚊劑後，今年派出僅重0.9公斤的新型無人機，協助滅蚊，此舉將開創全美使用無人機滅蚊的先河。

由於佛羅里達有太多小島，叢林和沼澤地帶密佈。蚊蟲多在暴風雨或漲潮之後留下的死水中孳生，很多地區人員無法到達，如果滅蚊行動稍有延遲，蚊子幼蟲就會變成可能散佈致命病菌的咬人飛蚊，不過無人機不會完全取代地面部隊。　　

負責銷售這款無人機的禿鷹飛行公司首席執行官庫爾伯森（Fred Culbertson）強調，這種無人機長0.76公尺，重量祗有0.9公斤，可以在約60公尺低空飛行90分鐘，並裝備有紅外線攝影，可以顯示並監控蚊蟲 產卵的水窪或池塘。

【王烱華／台北報導】行政院軍事冤案申訴委員會即將在月底掛牌運作，台聯立委許智傑上午率多位受難者家屬到行政院抗議，要求政院更改軍冤會設置要點，但接見陳情的行政院外交暨國防委員會副處長張洪鈞強調，軍冤會掛牌前將無法更改設置要點，許智傑與家屬均強調，不排除在軍冤會掛牌當天，到會場前抗議。

許智傑強調，軍冤會只成立一年，收案期間更只有半年，一個月開會一次，這根本不是申訴委員會，而是吃案委員會。他指出，軍中冤案多如牛毛，行政院所成立軍冤會不應僅做做樣子，「搞個只有行政建議卻無偵查權力的申訴委員會」，如果真的要幫助受難者家屬，馬政府應該組成特偵組來偵查幾個眾所矚目的軍中冤案，才能真正撫平數十萬關心軍中冤案的民眾心頭怒火。

許智傑上午與軍中受難者蔡學良的母親蔡媽媽、陳俊銘的父親陳爸爸等10多位家屬，進入行政院進行陳情，要求重新擬定設置與作業要點，以符合社會期待，但出面接受陳情的張洪鈞表示，目前在軍冤會掛牌前已無法修改設置與作業要點，但會將陳情的建議向上反映。

抗議埃及軍方的血腥鎮壓行動，馬來西亞在野黨舉行了「10萬人祈禱埃及恢復和平大集會」，不過，這場集會實際約1萬人參與。

這項由伊斯蘭黨青年團、伊黨中央政治局及非政府組織發起的抗議活動，在吉隆坡默布草場舉行。

活動先是為埃及人民祈禱，接著多位領袖輪流發表演講，他們表示，美國、英國、法國和俄羅斯等國家領袖已公開譴責埃及軍方的血腥鎮壓行動，但大馬作為伊斯蘭大會組織（OIC）的成員國，政府卻遲遲未就此事表態，讓穆斯林蒙羞。

另外，主辦單位也在現場為埃及人民募款，而約30名來自埃及開羅阿查爾大學（Al-Azhar）、目前在大馬多所大學授課的教授也參與集會，聲援埃及前總統穆希。

大馬警方封鎖前往獨立廣場的路段，另有數批警員也在吉隆坡市中心一帶駐守，以確保活動和平進行。

這項昨天進行一整天的活動，在出席集會的穆斯林於晚間進行第3度祈禱儀式後結束。
