國防部著眼志願役人力成長需求，放寬多項招募限制，包括甄選身高、擴大女性名額等，並將積極改善軍中環境，期待達成「募兵制」計畫目標。

為了增加招募人力來源，今（102）年起，國防部已採取增加報考梯次、時間，及簡化考試流程、放寬甄選條件，還有擴大女性名額等多元招募措施，來吸引社會各界青年朋友報考。

對於放寬徵選條件中的身高限制，資源規劃司副司長白捷隆少將表示，已參考國外先進國家標準，男性部分，從原本的158～195公分，改至152～200公分；女性則從155～195公分，改至150～200公分。

在「洪案」過後，國防部的形象遭受打擊，多少影響國軍的人才招募，白捷隆表示，已經重新審視軍內生活設施，並調整訓練模式，另增加外（散）次數，並致力推動各項招募與留營配套措施，增進青年從軍與官兵留營。

另在薪水及獎金部分，啟動「志願士兵起薪調整」，並增設「戰鬥部隊加給」、「留營慰助金」及調增「地域加給」等配套措施，期待吸引更多志願役人力。

hTC首批銀色版One mini今開賣

【陳俐妏╱台北報導】宏達電（2498）新機消息不斷，新One系列家族的中階生力軍首批One mini銀色版昨天已在宏達電相關通路鋪貨開賣，今天將陸續鋪貨電信及其他通路商，期望為中階款銷售再添動能。
 
雖然6月高階智慧機動能有趨緩，但根據台灣相關通路廠商統計，宏達電高階款Butterfly s配合系列行銷，7月開賣後已衝上7月熱銷排行前5名的成績；中階款部分，宏達電對金屬機殼的One mini寄予厚望，持續透過行銷活動，在台灣、香港力推，也有望在中國市場開賣，期望打響中階旗艦機的封號。通路商透露，首批貨數量有限，並以銀色款為主，黑色款仍要再等等。
 
宏達電One mini定價1.59萬元，相較已先開賣的三星GALAXY S4 mini定價1.49萬元來得貴，不過後續仍要觀察實際鋪貨速度，以及消費者接受度。

【綜合報導】名為「可恥法國警察」的影片最近在網路流傳，當中顯示一名警察持棍棒毆打一名非裔女子，還直接朝她的臉噴催淚瓦斯，凶狠行徑引發公憤，檢察官稱已展開調查。
 
法新社報導，這段影片的發生地點是在都爾市（Tours）郊區，影片未顯示員警與女子起爭執的原因。據當地「新共和報」報導，警員在上午7時攔下一輛可疑的汽車，因此引發衝突。
 
都爾市的檢察官，已下令警方調查這支影片。

【解夢】做了一個很奇怪的夢...

內容大略如下==
自己的心情似乎不太好,在繁華
喧鬧的市區裡,拿著手槍,衝鋒槍對著店家的透明櫥窗胡亂開槍,渲洩情緒.......逃離了現場,不知騎了多久,途中遇到警察,停下車後,自己很坦然的跟警察說事情是我幹的,且打開機車的置物櫃裡頭有一把耀眼的銀色手槍..........
後來不知怎地人回到家裡,家人也在,.說到不久後就會被抓進去關,說會被判1年以上3年以下的有期徙刑.......
後來就自己醒了,呆了約5~10秒,天啊~才發現我還是原來的我啊!!非常真實逼真的一個夢境,原來一切都是南柯一夢....

管它做了什麼夢,通常1~2天就被我遺忘了
夢境是否會跟現實生活有關連?是否暗示著什麼?

窮老翁夢想搭飛機　106歲終實現

【綜合報導】尼泊爾106歲老人拉伊（Bote Rai）從小到大生活在貧窮中，一直無法實現搭飛機翱翔天際的夢想，此事經媒體披露後，許多人表示願贊助他完成夢想。在當地時間周二，拉伊終於坐上一班客機，體驗了一趟國內飛行。他下機後，老淚縱橫地接受媒體訪問：「我的心願終於實現了。」
 
新華社報導，一個政府的醫療團隊上周日造訪拉伊居住的小村落，在探訪期間，拉伊向醫療人員表示，希望死前能體驗坐飛機的感覺。此事獲得媒體大幅報導，拉伊的心願突然變成了「全國人民的心願」，許多公司與民眾表示願意出錢讓他搭飛機，最後是由私人航空公司Yeti Airline贏得幫拉伊完成夢想的機會。
 
本周二，拉伊從東部城市比拉德訥格爾，搭機前往尼泊爾首都加德滿都。他以106歲高齡，完成了長久以來的夢想，下機後不禁喜極而泣。

如果敢衝，妳早就衝了 會發文求救，想必是女孩兒的矜持難以拋下 所以我幫妳想個比較不難為情的方法，妳就參考看看 XD 首先，妳需要一位女性戰友 這位戰友最好活潑一點，外貌盡可能不要勝過妳太多 然後就是這麼巧，她看到妳的新鞋之後，也想到那家店逛逛 在一個悠閒的午後，兩位平凡的女孩兒相約去逛鞋店應該是很普遍的事 進到店內不久，店員迎上前來招呼客人，也是很合理的舉動 接著，分成兩種情況： 狀況一、前來招呼的店員不是男主角 店員：『需要什麼嗎？』此時妳就向戰友打個暗號 戰友便可禮貌性回應：『喔～我們自己看就可以了，謝謝！』 當然萬一這位店員是她的菜，妳也可以反過來幫她啦 XD 狀況二、男主角登場 ！！！ 男主角：『需要什麼嗎？』此時妳就向戰友打個暗號 戰友便可禮貌性回應：『喔～我想找跟她一樣款式的鞋。』 如果時間距離上次不是很久的話，男主角看到鞋和妳本人應該會有印象 若此時他說：『喔！妳前幾天來過，我記得妳！』 那就恭喜夫人！賀喜夫人！接下來就很好辦了 （萬一他不記得，妳就要自己提一下，開啟話題） 隨便聊一下剛剛去哪逛，然後『順便』陪朋友來 接著，有意無意誇讚一下他服務很親切、笑容很陽光、體格很強壯......等 由左而右，依照妳自己的尺度與膽量選擇台詞，可以的話，眼神要微微放電 XD 切記，不要見獵心喜，也不要流口水 什麼『你是我的菜』這種台詞千萬別說出口 因為...這是妳戰友的台詞 XD 戰友：『欸！我朋友很欣賞你喔！』（一副多管閒事的樣子） 男主角：（尷尬笑） 此時的妳理論上會很害羞，急著要把戰友拉離現場 當然戰友要鍥而不捨地回頭（劇本都演練過好幾次了） 雖然妳是運動型女孩，但這個時候不知為何就是拉不動她（咦？XD） 戰友：『阿你有沒有FB？還是留電話也可以啦！』（事不關己，膽子特別大） 男主角：（再度尷尬笑） 女主角：『她亂說的啦！你不要理她！』（心裡吶喊：理我就好！理我就好！） 戰友：『哎～唷～～男生要大方一點啦！』一面說著一面從妳包包拿出妳的手機 女主角：『不要為難人家啦！』一面斥責戰友，不時對男主角表示歉意 戰友：『快點！電話幾號？我幫你輸入。』（高舉手機，做勢要輸入號碼） 登～楞～關鍵的時刻到了！ 戰友能幫妳的都幫了，能不能得到幸福就看妳自己了！ 拿出妳的勇氣，深情款款地看著男主角，說：『如果不方便不要勉強，沒有關係。』 語氣要盡量委屈，姿態要盡量柔弱，能稍微泛個淚光更好 XD 如此軟硬兼施之下，大致上可以包辦各種不同個性的男生 而男方為了展現大方的氣度，加上被妳的柔弱所激起的憐憫之心 還有在戰友的襯托之下，妳的理性、端莊、氣質、嬌羞所創造出的吸引力 99％的男生通常都會願意交出他們的地址..喔不！電話號碼！ 最後，記得感謝一下戰友，請人家吃頓飯 至於男主角會不會同行呢？那又是另外一段故事了！XD -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.231.10.181 ※ 編輯: allosteric 來自: 36.231.10.181 (08/18 05:30)

到訪六十石山絕對不可錯過的忘憂亭

沐浴日光下的花兒，看了真的叫人好嫉妒啊～

忘憂亭上，遇見忘憂之美

3名友人

或站、或蹲、或跑的

將自己沒入在金針花海的包圍之中

一個個都開心極了！

白天的六十石山，美得太不真實

隨身一景都能像是最唯美的風情畫作

想像著夜晚的一情一景

決心停留花東過一夜吧～

 

如此童話美好的夜晚怎能白白浪費掉呢～

凌晨1點，13起義～「來衝六十石山吧！」

還把已撲床3秒入睡的13弟給狠狠的挖了起來(該感謝姐姐我有挖你起來的)

01:30我們共5名成員，開了一台車，就這麼再度衝上山了！

夜晚裡的點點星光

不僅照亮了旅程的道路，更點燃了5名旅人的熱血靈魂

 

到了六十石山上，夜晚更深露重

13一馬當先就準備率領大家走到水池邊拍照

在下小坡(約3米高)時，還因鞋子止滑度不佳

不小心表演了"側身前滾翻一圈"呢(壘產了= =")

！！！！！！！！

在這裡也特別提醒大家，如果有計畫和我們一樣瘋狂夜衝的旅人們

上山拍照時，一定要注意安全！(坡地很滑啊!!〒︵〒a~泣)

 

這狠狠的一跤，跌得卻很值得

就在連滾帶翻仰望之際，看見了星空的美好

天呀～好美好美的星空～～(大尖叫！壓根不想面對自己壘產的事實)

我們就在這停留了約90分鐘(凌晨03:30離開，返回民宿)

醉人浪漫的90分鐘

抓住4顆流星的90分鐘

開始分享幸福的90分鐘

天上絢爛的銀河佔滿了眼

這是13第1次如此清楚地遇見完整星空銀河

滿天星光摺摺閃著

閃著光亮，也閃著幸福

繁星點點，望著流星從容地從天際間落下

夏天的六十石山夜曝星空，完全不冷喲！

反而是乘著涼涼的晚風，讓人忘卻了白天的酷曬

另是一番迷人愜意的情，真的好愛這裡的夜晚

旅行回來已2天時間了，仍然忘不了那一晚的幸福美景

我想～這就是旅行美景後都會存留的"想念症候群"吧

 

花蓮六十石山的美，擁著令人感動與再一次衝動的魔力

請大家有機會一定一定要安排來這兒旅行

讓自己也能為台灣美景再感動一次吧！^_^

老鋼管車 變速6與飛輪7的問題

最近網拍買了一台彎把老鋼管 運動用
但是龍頭的右把變速定位撥桿是6速 鎖牙飛輪shimano7速14-28T 700c CT盤 8s鍊條 前車主換不少東東...
請問要如何解決問題?? 目前手中有找到8速鎖龍頭22.2的定位撥桿
A.跳8速 撐開那126的下叉加墊片 飛輪用13-32T 換鍊條要加長
B.用7速 上8速撥桿 換飛輪13-28T
C.改6速 換飛輪 14-28T

因為飛輪想換日馳的亮銀 6 7 8 速價格差不是粉大,主要想換13T
50/13=3.8 50/14=3.5 現在的CT 34/28=1.2 真的很輕鬆
小時有騎過是 52/14=3.7 42/28=1.5
請問:

1 8s撥桿 用7s飛輪 最後一速是否能撥下去??? 還是只有7速??
如果換龍X11-28T 50/11=4.5 不知踩得動嗎??

2 跳8速 撐後叉 126mm 換700c 已經是130mm 再加墊片不知是多少, 只是擔心後變的角度,那夾上去的後變要弄正可能比較不容易
34/32=1 真的爬山比較容易??

3放棄那8s撥把 只換6s飛輪 反正也是與目前7s一樣 14-28T 還比較順

自從上個月70D發表之後，就一直關注70D的相關消息，尤其70D那片新的感光元件。
直到今天下午逛01的時候看到彩虹漂亮的報價以及加碼電池和32G記憶卡的誘因下，於是決定下手！

1.彩虹賣出的第一台70D，我是不是太猴急了呢？

2.櫃檯大哥用吹風機完美的撕下標籤，記憶卡32G當場送，電池要傳真資料再寄送

3.取出機身檢查，拿慣了金屬機身，拿著塑膠機身多少會有些空虛XD

4.外觀大小、操作介面都與6d極度相似

更新1：
ISO測試，我覺得和之前機種差不多，不過NR設定較低也有關係
例如ISO1600，把NR提高也可以獲得還不錯的結果，但如果3200以上調了也沒太大作用

關於LV的對焦速度，在開啟單點(觸碰)對焦的情形下，一個字就是"快"！
100D和更新後的eos M也只有被海放的份，不一定要用STM鏡頭
會有快的感覺大概是因為之前的LV實在是半殘 XD

更新3：
關於F8對焦，很遺憾...除非對比夠，不然就拉風箱
