劉政鴻涉貪案 發交苗檢偵辦

（中央社記者劉世怡台北22日電）最高檢今天說，苗栗縣長劉政鴻被控貪污一案，審查完畢，認定非屬特偵組管轄的案件，今天簽結並發交苗栗地檢署依法辦理。

為抗議苗栗大埔案，台灣農村陣線19日到最高檢察署遞狀告發劉政鴻並指劉涉嫌向台電通霄電廠勒索回饋金新台幣10億元；劉政鴻又透過土地徵收獲取暴利，強行徵收大埔土地，卻又原地保留自家房屋淨賺高價；且他的財產不合理增加，劉政鴻涉嫌違反貪污治罪條例、圖利、財產來源不明等罪，要求特偵組介入偵辦。

最高檢今天指出，依法院組織法第63條之1第1項第1款規定，特偵組職司涉及總統、副總統、五院院長、部會首長或上將階級軍職人員的貪瀆案件，本件被告為縣長及他所涉財產來源不明罪等，非屬特偵組管轄案件，應發交由有管轄權的苗栗地檢署依法偵辦。

特偵組表示，經向台電公司調取資料顯示，苗栗縣政府要求於工程開工前，分二次將10億元全部撥付縣政府，此屬雙方在回饋金給付的金額、時程及撥付方式上意見不一致的問題，且雙方在回饋金的金額差異為1.95億元，就1.95億元的金額而言，非屬特殊重大。

最高檢指出，基於「檢察一體原則」，在必要時，將由台灣高等法院台中分院檢察署檢察長督導苗栗地檢署全力偵辦。1020822

那朵雲是不是就代表他記錄著之前曾經下載過的資料? 包括帳密?

綠衣超人行善　車站扛重物、幫助老弱

東京有個地鐵站，雖然每天有3萬人進出，偏偏沒有設置電梯和手扶梯，扛行李、推嬰兒車，老人上下樓梯都很不方便，最近這個地鐵站出現「假面超人」，專門替老弱婦孺服務，而且每天都會去站崗，成為當地的一個活地標。

抬頭挺胸、縮小腹、雙手握拳，這位身穿綠衣的蒙面超人眼神凌厲，誰需要我，一定隨傳隨到，來了來了，今天的第一次任務上門了。民眾vs.蒙面超人：「孩子我自己抱就好了，車子再麻煩你，謝謝！」

運氣好一點的話，蒙面超人還可以趁機認識美眉。蒙面超人：「往上走，上面寫什麼HNV。」

民眾：「蒙面超人幫了我大忙，可是我覺得他有點奇怪。」

雖然被美眉潑冷水，但澆不熄蒙面超人內心的熱情，東京方南町車站，這裡沒有電梯、沒有手扶梯，連柵欄也沒有，對老弱婦孺來說，上下樓梯真的好危險。

蒙面超人：「剛開始來幫忙的時候，人家覺得我很怪，不讓我靠近，要不是我持之以恆，這幾個月來都這樣幫忙，大家才漸漸改觀。」

扛行李、扛嬰兒車、扶老人家上下樓梯，蒙面超人本身是一位菜販，利用每天下班時間來車站行善。民眾vs.蒙面超人：「耶、耶！他是我的英雄！」

民眾vs.蒙面超人：「冰水啊，謝謝。」

從一開始被冷眼旁觀，到現在成為遠近馳名的正義使者，蒙面車人說他已經準備好幾套制服，等待熱情的人一起組成愛心蒙面超人大隊。

餐廳名稱：鬍子龍美日壽司(江戶龍相關企業) 消費時間：2013年/8月 地址：高雄市三民區聯興路123號(大樂後方) 電話：07-3958151 營業時間：11：00~14：00 17：00~21：30 每人平均價位：500~ 可否刷卡：可 有無包廂：無 今年餓鬼我的慶生大餐 在苦惱要和閃光吃哪一間好的時候 在FODD板看到有關這間餐廳的食記 離家更近 也基於對江戶龍的好印象 和閃光在餓鬼我生日當天(8/9)去吃 坐的是一般桌位 點的菜色多為成套的組合 但那天沒有我們倆喜愛的馬糞海膽 總覺得少了什麼 吃得不過癮 ( ￣ c￣)y▂ξ 於是 8/23我們又來吃一次 (*′▽')/ 這次訂位時先請師傅保留四份馬糞海膽！ 也決定改坐吧檯位置　　採單點握壽司 盡量點上次沒吃到的餐點來品嚐 也因為上次師傅有贈送一張　＂不是牛的牛排兌換券＂ 就在這天點來吃吃看囉～ 這餐廳位於此地點很妙～ 附近已有　曜壽司、不老、不二 擺明要來加入市場競爭　(●’▽‘)╯ 店不大間　　通常只開一樓 狹長形的格局 兩次來一樓都是客滿生意好的狀態 服務生都有點忙不過來呢！ 如果你只點握壽司　　建議坐吧檯 　 如果是點炸烤物或成套組合的菜式　因為盤子大　就建議坐桌位了 洗手間在後方　　簡單卻乾淨　 馬桶坐墊有拉把可更換塑膠套的　很衛生 和一般壽司料理店不同的是 這邊的裝潢就告訴你　它不走純日式　而是異國ＭＩＸ的風味 採用活潑鮮艷的色系裝潢　 上的茶水是檸檬冰水　　而非常見的熱麥茶ｏｒ綠茶 翻開菜單　　嚴格來說選擇不算很多 調味上使用了許多不同香氣和佐醬 令人會心一笑的是許多菜名別具特色與趣味性 不是牛的牛排　（鮪魚） 這真的是牛排　（牛肉） 我不是牛排　　（豬肉）　 繞口令來著是吧～～　　ㄟ(￣▽ ￣ㄟ) ～～～～ 就連醬油瓶和小碟子都很好玩 碟子上附了一根吸管 作用是讓你用小吸管吸醬油　去滴在壽司料上 這樣就不會因為拿壽司去沾醬油而讓飯粒散掉啦～ 很有創意耶！！　(≧≦) 送上小菜一碟　是　紫蘇蘿蔔 紫蘇味道不會很重　酸甜度恰好　蘿蔔爽脆 現在開幕優惠週一~週日每天不同菜色特價１５０元的活動 週五是蜘蛛人捲（軟殼蟹捲） 當然我們就給他點下去 炸軟殼蟹＋酪梨＋外層裹蝦卵 好看又好吃　炸軟殼蟹鹹香　酪梨濃郁　蝦卵小波滋啵滋　口感變化很豐富 這一道就連吃不完餓鬼我帶回家給父親吃吃看 大家都稱讚哩！！好吃好吃～(*′▽')/ 對了！ 醬油是薄鹽的　 但調味上已經很豐富　　沾醬油的機會其實不多 芥末有現磨新鮮的氣味　是餓鬼我喜歡的清爽嗆味 但餓鬼我還是推崇江戶龍那種給你一根自己磨的山葵！ 以下是８／９用餐： ［加州風炸蝦　２２０］ 蝦子裹著杏仁片麵衣去炸 有杏仁香氣　但吃起來偏硬　蝦肉沒有很大尾 另有炸番薯　茄子　香菇　青龍椒 附蜂蜜芥茉醬 ［洋蔥紅味噌湯　４０］ 喝起來倒那麼有些洋蔥湯的影子（笑） 洋蔥的甜為把紅味噌較為粗曠的成熟風味變得柔和許多 附一根麵包棒佐食 ［四的平方壽司　７５５］ 其實吃完這組合就蠻飽了　ＸＤＤＤ 小玻璃方方容器　　一個個裝著壽司飯和料 給你木湯匙挖著吃　　還蠻有趣的ＦＵ 其中　章魚可換成馬糞海膽　但價位就變成８５５了 內容有　季節魚五種（脫離不了旗鮪鮭海鱺鯛魚紅魽這幾種） 天使紅蝦　蔥花鮪魚　玉子鮮蝦　酪梨蟹肉　鮭魚卵　干貝　 星鰻　比目魚鰭邊　烏賊　子母貝　章魚 建議是端上桌請趕快吃光它 不要讓調味醬汁浸潤太久　會讓飯吸濕太軟口感就變差 星鰻　酪梨蟹肉　鮭魚卵　干貝　是較推薦的 鮭魚卵有些微柚香　濃郁芳馥個人很喜歡！ 酪梨蟹肉則是很搭調　甜味不同卻有加乘效果！ ［（炙）紐約風握壽司組合　３８８］ 海鱺紅酒番茄　白肉魚佐酸桔醋　鮪魚酪梨酸奶 比目魚鰭佐咖哩鹽　日本鰤魚佐松露醬　鮭魚親子 星鰻起司 比目魚鰭佐咖哩鹽　入口即化　些微咖哩香氣並不會太搶戲 鮭魚親子一口吃下大大滿足！ ［（炙）東京風握壽司組合　３８８］ 天使紅蝦　日本鰤魚　子母貝　海鱺　鮪魚　　炙鮭魚腹　蔥花鮪魚鮭魚卵 炙過的貝類有著誘人焦香　咀嚼也更蹦出鮮甜滋味 炙鮭魚腹有些過熟　可惜 這天的甜點是　抹茶奶酪 可惜太甜了！　會蓋過抹茶的味道～ 以下是８／２３用餐： ［馬糞海膽軍艦／海苔手捲　１８０］ 終於吃到馬糞海膽　 雖然甜度沒有預期中的好 但濃郁的味道　沒有腥味 至少讓我們都吃得滿足！ 請師傅把其中兩份海膽做成海苔手捲 手卷裡有一根蘿蔓 蘿蔓些些微的苦　爽脆　與海膽做了美妙的搭配 ［甜蝦握　６０］ 咀嚼幾口之後　蝦肉的甜黏滋味就會出來了 ［炙比目魚鰭邊咖哩鹽　５０］ 炙比目魚鰭邊真是我們的心頭好哇！！ 入口即化帶著焦香 實在是非常動人的美味 ［炙日本鰤魚佐松露醬　６５］ 鰤魚肉質偏結實些 松露醬有一股鹹香　較為突出 覺得有點搶了魚肉本身的滋味 ［日本星鰻起司燒　７０］ 考星鰻的好吃不在話下 插了一塊馬札瑞拉起司 多了乳酪的濃郁 讓味覺頗富趣味 ［炙干貝佐芥末子油醋　８０］ 干貝夠大顆！！飽滿多汁鮮甜味美 炙烤過後更是吸引人哩！！ 餓鬼我和閃光一致讚賞 ［天使紅蝦佐萊姆　１００］ 天使紅蝦的肉質稍為結實有彈性一些 鮮甜度夠！沒有腥味～ ［鮭魚親子　１００］ 鮭魚有筋　表現不佳 鮭魚卵帶有柚香　濃郁滋味是我喜愛的 ［煙燻牛肉義式紅酒醋　４５］ 閃光吃的 紅酒醋的味道屬於強烈 吃起來的確不太像日式壽司風味了　ＸＤＤ 這一品閃光沒表示任何意見 代表普普～ ［不是牛的牛排　原價２８０］ 外頭那三圈醬汁分別是　 外圈：　韓式蛋黃醬 　 中間：　日式麵醬 內圈：　蜂蜜芥茉醬 佐蜜地瓜 鮪魚肉塊外層煎的微焦酥 香氣十分誘人！鮪魚肉塊厚實有肉汁 鹹度適中！　 ［卡布奇諾熱布丁　８０］ 兩小瓷杯放在木方盤裡端上來 很可愛～ 但請務必要小心燙手！！！！ 其實它是　焗烤起司＋法式磨菇醬＋魚肉蒸蛋 一整個用料都是我的菜啊！！ 建議用湯匙一次從最底部挖起來混合吃 是個起司香濃　磨菇香濃　蛋香也香濃的開胃菜小品呢 這天的甜點是　奶酪佐黑糖醬 又是甜上加甜的點心 唉呀呀～甜度少個１／３會更棒喔～ 基本上 如果你是個喜歡嚐鮮也對創意料理接受度高的人 可以來吃吃看這些有趣的搭配方式 兩次吃下來 這間食材選用和處理上 餓鬼我還是想回去江戶龍吃　ＸＤＤ 這間調理手法上比較活潑大膽 若要選一道最值得吃的菜色 真的就是蜘蛛人捲！！！ 就連閃光第二次來都差點想再點一次 （（份量多　一點下去其他也甭吃了　上次是一半打包回家的 江戶龍則是較為細緻　在創新與傳統間遊走 供各位做個參考囉～( ￣y▽￣)╭ 照片 http://0rz.tw/wPhKt -- 「就算眼前有再好再帥再有錢的人 充其量只是高級品 在我眼裡的你 唯一的你 卻是私藏的非賣品」 by mumuanego -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 115.43.236.18 ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ※ 轉錄者: mumuanego (115.43.236.18), 時間: 08/24/2013 05:57:58 ※ 編輯: mumuanego 來自: 115.43.236.18 (08/24 05:58)

神基軍事級強固平板9月倫敦亮相

神基(3005)與網路安全解決方案供應商Becrypt攜手開發強固型Android平板電腦，預計在9月在倫敦推出。對此，神基英國總經理Peter Mokyneux表示，神基強固平板電腦兼具強固、安全以及遠端管理等功能，相信能夠滿足英國政府、軍隊、國防以及公共部門針對安全性的高度標準。另外，展望下半年，神基將另推輕薄強固電腦，預料第三季底至第四季在美國發表並量產，有助於下半年整體營運。

神基表示，公司與Becrypt攜手開發的強固型Android平板電腦，內建Android 4.1平台，該款強固平板電腦符合英國政府軍事級標準，具備設備加密、安全強固、外設控制以及遠端管理功能，同時能夠統計，並回傳相關追蹤報告，滿足軍方與政府對於客戶機密與敏感數據安全上的高度要求，該款平板預計9月在英國倫敦推出。

Becrypt行政總裁Dr Bernard Parsons進一步指出，隨著行動裝置安全意識逐漸高漲，具備資料加密功能的平板需求不斷湧現，未來將專注於在遠端控制、集中管理、高性能、高防護等設備積極研發，以冀推動行動裝置在安全技術上的演進。

法人表示，神基為了合乎政府、軍方以及企業等客戶要求，從以往硬體銷售的領域進一步跨足整合解決方案的提供，不斷投入資源，以提昇競爭力。

市場期待，強固電腦相關產品能夠成為神基營運的一大助力，目前神基強固型電腦業務也頻獲歐美政府、軍方等標案，品牌能見度逐步提昇，可望帶動強固電腦業務的成長力度。

展望下半年，公司表示，神基將輕薄設計導入強固電腦設計中，預料第三季底至第四季在美國發表並量產，有助於挹注整體營運。

神基目前有四大產品線，分別為汽車零組件、機構件、強固電腦、航太用電子與零件。其中，機構件佔合併營收比重約為4至5成；強固電腦則佔3成；汽車與航太用產品各佔比不到1成。

【綜合報導】甘肅蘭州一名衛姓女大學生，去年11月上網遇見一位名為「真心交女朋友」的網友，衛同學跟對方聊天，得知對方為李姓男子，自稱是一名交警。

今年1月20日，這位李姓網友從安康趕到蘭州跟衛姓女大學生見面，李姓網友晚上在女大學生學校附近旅館登記了房間，兩人在房內聊天，期間女大學生喝過李姓網友遞過的蘇打水後失去知覺，醒來後發現自己已被對方強姦。

之後李姓網友還拍下女大學生裸照，翌日以裸照相逼往另一賓館要求發生性行為，女大學生無奈就範。趁着李姓網友外出購物，女大學生欲逃離房間時發現門被反鎖，情急下由窗戶從二樓跳下，向賓館經理求助，賓館經理報案後李姓網友落網。

當地警方調查後發現，李姓網友31歲，未婚，真正身份並非交警，而是安康的城管隊員，當日給衛姓女大學生飲用的蘇打水中，下了迷藥。

【綜合報導】義大利女潛水員克里絲緹娜札納多(Cristina Zenato)，以擅長和鯊魚打交道聞名，又被稱為「鯊魚通靈者」(shark whisperer)，從她幫助鯊魚取出魚鉤的影片就能看到，鯊魚相當聽話地停靠在她身邊，克里絲緹娜右手伸入鯊魚口內，一直到手肘都進入的深度，才順利取出魚鉤，但鯊魚絲毫沒有抗拒，也沒有出現企圖攻擊的動作。
 
克里絲緹娜之所以能這麼做，是使用了個小技巧，藉由摩擦鯊魚感應電流的「勞倫氏壺腹」(the ampullae of Lorenzini)，就能讓鯊魚陷入麻痺狀態長達15分鐘，克里絲緹娜常利用這個技巧，協助鯊魚取出魚鉤或是清理寄生蟲等工作。
