【丁牧群／台北報導】有酒精性中毒肝硬化的許姓男子，2009年4月20日下午喝了一瓶黃酒後，騎機車在新北市淡水區與一輛汽車擦撞，倒地受傷。許的酒測值高達0.96，送醫治療手腳擦傷後，離院到警察局作筆錄，不料他回家後感覺不舒服，4月22日凌晨到醫院急診，診斷出肝臟破裂、腹部出血，隨即休克死亡。
 
許男家屬向宏泰人壽申請意外險保險金遭拒，宏泰認為許男酒駕肇事致死，依保險契約免賠，被家屬控告要求給付保險金。高等法院依車禍鑑定報告，認定許男當時在馬路中央的「雙白線」上穩穩地騎了一段距離，然後才被汽車從後方擦撞倒地，因此肇事原因與許男酒駕無關，今判宏泰人壽應給付許男家屬600萬元保險金。可上訴。

國道高速公路五楊高架道路北上45.2公里（南崁靠近林口位置），今天下午被巡查的工程人員發現，約有30公尺範圍內，出現多數路面龜裂現象，疑因連豪雨所造成的。

路面龜裂現象雖與道路工程結構無關，基於車輛行駛安全，桃園施工所向國道高速公路局反映，建議今天晚上封閉兩線道路，維持單線行駛方式，進行路面刨除後重鋪作業。

國道1號五楊高架今天在北上路段，出現3處裂縫，最長達30公尺。交通部國道新建工程局說，今天晚間10時封閉兩車道修補。

五楊高架道路在今年4月20日開放通車，4個月後就出現裂縫，頗讓外界好奇。

國工局說，這3處裂縫出現在北上45.2公里附近，但不是在高架橋上，而是在平面的路堤段。

國工局指出，1條裂縫在內側車道，另2條分別在路肩及排水溝，寬度1到2公分，局部隆起4至5公分，內側車道的裂縫有30公尺長，另2條則呈斷續狀。

交通部高速公路局是在上午11時接獲用路人通報，國工局派人到到現場實地查看後，發現確實有裂縫，雖無安全問題，但考量用路人的舒適度，先封閉裂縫區域。

國工局說，今天晚上10時會封閉五楊高架2條車道，立即修補裂縫，只保留1條給用路人使用，預計明天上午6時，封閉的車道可重新開放通行。

現代人智慧型手機不離手，導致越來越多人出現睡夢中傳簡訊的情形。專家說這會導致健康問題，建議民眾睡覺時手機拿離臥房。

美國1名23歲的女子告訴哥倫比亞廣播公司（CBS）地方台，她會在睡夢時傳簡訊給親友，但起床後完全不記得。

「每日郵報」（Daily Mail）報導，這名女子說，她常常會在凌晨3、4點時傳訊，起床後才發現傳了一堆無意義的文字。

這種情況可能有點丟臉，不過更重要的是這會影響人體健康。EOS睡眠中心的沃伯醫師（Josh Werber）表示，睡眠中傳簡訊的民眾「可能在快速動眼期睡得不夠沉，但這段睡眠期間對腦部複雜運作功能相當關鍵。」

沃伯醫師建議把手機拿離床的周圍，或者根本就拿出臥房。

他說，這除了避免睡夢中傳簡訊外，也讓民眾不會被手機發出的光影響。沃伯並建議睡前1小時不要使用電子產品，讓夜裡更好眠。

目前沒有研究針對睡夢中傳簡訊的情形，但睡夢中寫電子郵件在2008年曾有相關研究。

根據美國托雷多大學（University of Toledo）研究人員報告，1名44歲婦女熟睡時會撰寫電郵，但是醒來後完全沒有印象。

【綜合報導】パン達人（パン音同胖）連鎖麵包店，標榜天然食材、無化學添加物，抬高售價，卻被查出添加人工香精，台北市長郝龍斌昨天下午痛批業者惡劣欺騙是「民生詐欺」，將向檢調告發，檢警昨晚「夜襲」赴業者北市的總公司展開搜索約談，查扣相關帳冊、進銷貨憑單保全證據，全案朝詐欺罪嫌漏夜偵辦。

昨上午業者無預警貼出公告，即起暫停營業3天，公司並更換董事長、更新管理團隊。有民眾在台北忠孝店， 拿近日消費的15張發票，共3105元想退費，卻吃閉門羹，怒批：「業者應盡快負起責任！」而踢爆此事的香港網友Keith（李冠集）在臉書粉絲頁提到，香港海關已到パン達人香港分店抽查。也承認有使用人工香精，前天已將16種產品下架。
