請問各位大大 我的電腦在前天搬進租屋處組裝好後一切正常 但昨天晚上要開螢幕跑到Windows的地方後就顯示“無輸入訊號“接著就黑畫面了 起初以為是接線的問題，買了一條新的後，電腦就奇蹟似的復活了 可是到今天早上要用的時候又一樣跑完Windows後就沒畫面了，之後再重就連Windows都不跑了 想請問各位大大這是什麼情況？ 還有在北醫附近有推薦的維修的店嗎？ *若有違規請刪文 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.193.163.247

有報導指華航昨天飛帛琉班機延誤，是為等副總統吳敦義孫子趕辦護照。華航今天澄清，延誤是等塔台不是等旅客。

華航說，昨天CI028桃園飛帛琉班機，原訂昨天下午1時15分起飛，但塔台通知可以起飛時間是1時24分。

華航表示，昨天飛帛琉的班機所有旅客都在規定時間內完成報到，華航也在規定時間內關艙門，並無等特定對象而延後起飛，也沒有讓其他旅客空等的情形。

問題回答如下

綜合所得稅列報購屋借款利息的規定如下

 

購屋借款利息：
納稅義務人、配偶及受扶養親屬購買自用住宅，向金融機構借款所支付之利息，其每一申報戶每年扣除數額以三十萬元為限。
但申報有儲蓄投資特別扣除額者，其申報之儲蓄投資特別扣除金額，應在上項購屋借款利息中減除；納稅義務人依上述規定扣除購屋借款利息者，以一屋為限。

(本法第十七條第一項第二款第二目之 5  規定購屋借款利息之扣除，應符合下列各要件：
一、以納稅義務人、配偶或受扶養親屬名義登記為其所有。
二、納稅義務人、配偶或受扶養親屬於課稅年度在該地址辦竣戶籍登記，且無出租、供營業或執行業務使用者。
三、取具向金融機構辦理房屋購置貸款所支付當年度利息單據。所得稅法施行細則24-3)

代班頂替 王建民機會來了

（中央社記者林宏翰台北23日電）旅美投手王建民今天可能在台灣時間25日升上大聯盟先發，雖然只是一場「代班」頂替，但對建仔來說卻是重返大聯盟的契機。

建仔4月重返美國職棒，在洋基隊小聯盟等待機會，6月轉戰多倫多藍鳥重返大聯盟，獲得5場先發；7月又被下放藍鳥隊小聯盟，目前效力於水牛城野牛隊（Buffalo Bisons）。

王建民原本安排今天在小聯盟先發，卻因故換人，美國媒體報導，王建民並非身體不適，而是有可能在台灣時間25日升上大聯盟，客場對休士頓太空人隊先發。

王建民能得這次機會，主要是藍鳥隊最近賽程密集，先發投手輪值無法應付，因此球團必須從牛棚拉人，或是從小聯盟叫人代班。

5年前王建民就是在太空人隊主場（Minute MaidPark）面臨職棒生涯的轉折；2008年6月16日王建民先發對太空人5局無失分奪勝，但是卻在跑壘時受傷，整季報銷，從此職棒生涯走下坡。

俗話說「哪裡跌倒，哪裡站起來」，如果傳言成真，王建民將在台灣時間25日於5年前的「傷心地」再出發，這個宿命般的巧合，也反映出王建民在大聯盟的奮鬥之路。

王建民的職棒生涯曾經璀璨，連續2年在紐約洋基隊拿19勝，證明自己擁有世界頂尖的身手。

然而在2008年受傷以後，王建民逐漸走下坡，2009年動了右肩關節鏡微創手術，修補右肩關節囊的韌帶撕裂傷，整整一年的時間王建民沒有比賽，專心復健。

傷後復出表現不佳，華盛頓國民隊去年沒有與王建民續約，使他暫時失業，成為待價而沽的自由球員。

為了證明自己的身手，王建民加入中華隊，在世界棒球經典賽重新找回舞台，重回老東家紐約洋基隊小聯盟等待機會。

今年6月，投手戰力吃緊的多倫多藍鳥隊給了王建民機會。王建民在五次先發中，前三場比賽都幫球隊贏球，投7.1局、7局、6.1局，還拿下一次勝投。但是後二場表現失色，沒有投滿二局就被打爆退場。

王建民今年回到台灣備戰經典賽時，台灣職棒就不斷向他招手。新成軍的義大犀牛隊，集團創辦人林義守更親自出馬，但王建民最後沒有點頭。

重返大聯盟後王建民連二場比賽被打爆，又下放小聯盟，「回台灣打球」的聲音再起。然而王建民打死不退，堅持在藍鳥隊小聯盟繼續奮戰。

如今機會來了，雖然只有一場的「代班」工作，無論表現好壞，留在大聯盟的機會不大；但王建民與藍鳥隊簽約時附帶逃脫條款，建仔如果能把握這次「代班」機會，繳出好投，只要其他大聯盟球隊有興趣，隨時可以離隊。1020823

【綜合報導】義大犀牛總教練徐生明猝逝，今天一早移靈至榮總。稍早高齡85歲的母親從高雄北上，悲慟難以置信。

徐生明胞弟徐政明表示，哥哥徐生明這幾年來身體狀況都很不錯，卻因為心肌梗塞猝逝，讓他們全家都很難接受。

徐生明驟逝　球員難以置信

義大犀牛隊總教練徐生明，晚間22:30左右因心肌梗塞驟逝，消息傳來棒球界為之震驚，許多球員在FB上留言表示哀悼：
林益全：到現在還是不敢相信，真的，鼻頭都酸了！
真的，很難過！很難過！真的，多希望不是真的！！
吳宗峻：不會吧 一切來的太突然了
周思齊：驚訝，惋惜！！！人生無常，把握當下！！上帝賜福於徐總全家！！！

聊點和徐總的回憶吧
當年他接龍隊總教練,跟我和球員大沒幾歲
私底下還是叫生明(不敬一點叫"青沒")
我到宿舍他都很熱情邀我和教練團泡茶聊球
讓我學到不少棒球學問
他是唯一巨人少棒中,從小就立志要打職棒的
徐總告訴我他小時候就剪報關於棒球的都剪
是少數有資訊概念的,他孩子書都讀得很好
有一年我變得非常瘦,他不怎麼理我常趕我去看醫生
我以為他對我有誤解,原來我是真的病重了
前些天我在電視看他,也覺得他變瘦了,同樣覺得
他似乎生病了,沒料到....無常,大家珍惜每個當下吧!

（中央社台北25日電）中國大陸黑龍江省防汛抗旱指揮部今天表示，中俄界江黑龍江洪水量不斷增大，其中同江至撫遠段發生超過百年一遇的特大洪水。

新華社報導，受黑龍江幹支流和俄羅斯來水影響，黑龍江中下游水位連續多日上漲，一些江段水位超過歷史最高水位。

黑龍江勤得利站24日水位50.62公尺，比1984年歷史最高洪水位高出1.31公尺；撫遠站水位達到43.37公尺，比1984年歷史最高洪水位高0.98公尺。

俄羅斯列寧斯克耶水位站24日的紀錄也顯示，黑龍江同江至撫遠段水位超過1984年歷史最高洪水位，是1896年建站以來的最大洪水。1020825

英國高階智慧型手機計畫胎死腹中

英國Canonical公司為開發Ubuntu Edge智慧手機，自七月底到八月廿一日透過群眾募資平台募得一千兩百八十萬美元（約台幣三點八億元），但仍未達製造手機所需的總資金三千兩百萬美元（約台幣九點六億元）。募款計畫失敗，意味此手機胎死腹中，而Canonical也拿不到半毛錢。

這項募款不僅刷新該平台的最高募款紀錄，也比英國今年至今首次公開發行股票的總額還多，甚至創下最快（不到八小時）籌得兩百萬美元（約台幣六千萬元）的紀錄。
