【黃楷棟／新北報導】培育旅美強投王建民的土城中華中學，今天中午12時許校內傳出電箱爆炸聲並冒出陣陣濃煙，警消獲報到場，發現是校舍側邊變電箱爆炸並起火燃燒，立即射水搶救，火勢在10分鐘內撲滅。

中華中學學務主任吳建財表示，由於連續幾天的大雨，變電箱內有幾條電線有脫膠情形，上午9時許曾冒出零星火花，台電當時曾前來處理。因今天適逢始業式，校方趕緊疏散300多名新生。可能是因為校內用電過量超過負載，所以才發生變電箱爆炸的情形。

【綜合報導】與徐生明師徒情緣長達18年的張泰山，日前在臉書發文追悼恩師時自爆幾年前因誤會產生間隙，今天下午他親赴靈前弔唁恩師，當場抱著師母落下男兒淚，他受訪時表示誤會已冰釋，感慨自己遲了一步。

【吳家翔／台北報導】監委調查指出，台中高等行政法院法官劉錫賢任職公職期間，擔任有限公司股東，且持股超過10%，長達20年之久，違反《公務員服務法》「持股不得超過10%」限制規定，監院今彈劾劉錫賢。

監委調查指出，全盈織造廠在1986年設立登記，劉錫賢就出資25萬元，占公司資本總額25%，另外，新盈織造廠在2010年成立，劉錫賢又出資50萬，持股同樣達25%，都超過持股10%限制。

劉錫賢並非首位因持股超過10%遭彈劾的法官，監院去年也曾彈劾新竹地方法院法官盧玉潤，盧因投資家族公司達資本總額42.5%，明顯違反《公務員服務法》「持股不得超過10%」規定，遭當時彈劾審查會以全票通過彈劾。
