【吳家翔／台北報導】監委調查指出，台中高等行政法院法官劉錫賢任職公職期間，擔任有限公司股東，且持股超過10%，長達20年之久，違反《公務員服務法》「持股不得超過10%」限制規定，監院今彈劾劉錫賢。

監委調查指出，全盈織造廠在1986年設立登記，劉錫賢就出資25萬元，占公司資本總額25%，另外，新盈織造廠在2010年成立，劉錫賢又出資50萬，持股同樣達25%，都超過持股10%限制。

劉錫賢並非首位因持股超過10%遭彈劾的法官，監院去年也曾彈劾新竹地方法院法官盧玉潤，盧因投資家族公司達資本總額42.5%，明顯違反《公務員服務法》「持股不得超過10%」規定，遭當時彈劾審查會以全票通過彈劾。

後來上 true image 官網下載 試用版，
接著，備份 SYSTEM_DRV 跟 Windows7_SO(C:)

再來就是將 msata 裝在 T420s上，
打開 T420s 底下的記憶體蓋，就能安裝上(45度插進，再下壓，鎖上螺絲)。

開機。
先將 msata切割partition，
第一塊切出 1.172GB(放 SYSTEM_DRV)
剩下的給第二塊(放 C:\)。
接著用 true image 的復原，

關機。
將原來的 7mm HD取出。

開機
正常

如題
我的電腦由於太久沒使用 之前剛開始使用的時候【偶爾】會小當機一下 重開或等個30分鐘重開就沒事了
之後暑假兩個月的時間都沒有再出現相關的問題
可是上次電腦電源+螢幕線(全部都還在運作中)被我姐姐一氣之下全拔了
重插回去當下開機沒有問題
可是隔天至2.3天後開始出現【天天當機】的情形
有時候是卡藍白畫面之後自己重開機
有時候是畫面整個盪住
如果有開音樂的話還會出現很雜的聲音
我只好長按電腦電源鍵 結果我的電腦就不會嗶一聲(之前正常來講都會嗶)
然後還要再長按電源鍵之後去做個別的事情 讓他等個30分鐘超過再回來開機
前幾天都是等個30分鐘就可以正常運作了
可是最近這幾天有時候等個30分鐘再開機他還是不會嗶一聲 要等更久
或者開機過沒幾分鐘他又當機 我又要再等30分鐘
最近這幾天開個電腦都要花超過2個小時
今天更慘
早上8點多開機之後正常使用了一下下 看個FB而已就盪住
搞到下午3.4點電腦才開起來
(中途我都有讓他休息1個小時以上再開機 可是都沒用)
都要我很大力的拍他肚子(我知道這樣應該很傷= =)他才開得起來
我朋友說應該是CPU的卡有問題 叫我把電腦拆開重插看看
可是我根本不會拆我的電腦 而且我也搞不清楚哪張卡是哪張卡
剛剛爬文了一下發現有人跟我有相關的問題
人家解答是說他CPU使用率過高
可是我剛剛看了一下我CPU使用率才6~8%
(我有開電腦版Line RC Beanfun(網頁版)

誰來救救我的電腦.......
我知道可能會有人推薦我送修比較快
可是我這陣子不太方便把電腦送去修
這台電腦陪我好久了我不想要他這麼快就壽終正寢......
