可是我對這個完全不熟悉...想問一下版上的學長們可以提供大概的資訊嗎??(物品名稱,規格型號)

【綜合報導】山西6歲男童小斌斌遭歹徒挖掉雙眼後，外界頻頻打探如何將捐款送到小斌斌的家中。中新社報導，小斌斌家人已收到超過10萬元人民幣（約48.9萬元台幣）的善款。

彰化大城鄉台西村罹癌率不斷飆升，環保團體與出身彰化的立委們30日出面控訴，譴責環保署應退回六輕擴廠案，且銀行團也不應貸款給六輕。環團已組成「反對國光石化復活聯盟」，決定要抗議到底，堅決不讓擴廠案如同國光石化復活，影響民眾健康。

環團表示，六輕有機揮發物VOCs已超過環評每年4302噸的總量，又涉及違法短報空污費，六輕所造成的罹癌風險已超過萬分之一，應該要立即停工。多家銀行，如台銀、彰銀、華南、兆豐都不應貸款給六輕，否則根本是鼓勵違法的污染產業擴張。

立委黃文玲控訴六輕帶來了「癌症村」，彰化縣大城鄉台西村裡，每100人當中就會有2到6個人罹癌。六輕雖在雲林設廠，但當風向吹南風時，所有的空氣汙染物都飄向彰化縣西南角，所以使得彰化縣大城鄉台西村的居民受害。近來罹癌比例攀升不下，根據當前數據指出，居住在台西村的400多人內，就已有28人罹癌。

對此，台灣水資源保育聯盟發言人陳淑華也表示，環保署環評會應先釐清狀況，雲林縣長蘇治芬也應該要講清楚。她指出，台塑委託的學者李俊璋做出的汙染排放量報告根本值得質疑，大大低估了污染對罹癌率的影響。對於環保署相信若選擇這樣的報告，應要求李俊璋出示計算方式，否則就是失職。

立委魏明谷憶起兩年前國光石化事件，當時國光石化遭反對而停擺，而如今六輕卻要擴廠，他說這根本是讓國光石化借屍還魂。

醫療界對此也發出抗議，彰化醫療界聯盟理事吳君真表示，六輕所造成的染污空氣，讓彰化的空氣品質非常差，肺腺癌罹患率不斷攀升。同為理事的葉光芃也公布研究資料，指出六輕對成人、小孩、孕婦的健康都有危害，涉及層面甚廣。

國防部今天舉辦「慶祝軍人節暨全民國防教育日表揚活動」，總統馬英九出席主持。陸軍8軍團指揮部作戰處處長劉沛智、海軍陸戰隊陸戰七七旅防空營營長羅春秋、空軍第443聯隊第1作戰隊處長李政亮、後備指揮部南部地區後備指揮部作參長周俊善、憲兵202指揮部229營第1連連長許哲烽等共48人獲頒發「國軍楷模」。

國防部表示，國軍每年透過楷模選拔表揚與慶祝，達到激勵官兵士氣目的。今年國防部與國家地理頻道及Discovery頻道合作拍攝「台灣菁英戰士─陸戰蛙人」及「台灣特戰部隊」專輯，獲社會好評，因此國防部特別頒發特殊成就獎，感謝兩頻道支持全民國防教育。

【綜合報導】8月24日中國山西發生一起駭人聽聞的慘案，一名6歲男童小斌斌，遭陌生婦人挖去雙眼，取走眼角膜，導致雙眼失明，當地警方開出新台幣將近50萬元來緝凶。但是最令人不解的是，小斌斌的伯母上午上吊身亡。

小斌斌伯母死的突然，具體的原因是什麼，警方還在深入了解，目前知道，小斌斌的家人願意接受善款，包括新加坡、香港等地都有善心人士表示願意出手相助。而令人鼻酸的是，小斌斌這兩天不斷問父母，「天怎麼一直是黑的」等等，小斌斌的父母，只好先告訴他眼睛受了點傷，出院就好了等，先安慰他。

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】中國證監會今天公布了對光大證券下錯單烏龍事件的處罰，決定沒收光大證券非法所得8721萬元人民幣（4.26億元台幣），並處以5倍罰款，罰款總額達5.2328億元人民幣（25.6億元台幣）。

中國證監會將光大證券下錯單的事件定位為「內幕交易」，批評光大證券交易軟體存在缺陷，公司也存在嚴重的內部風險管理問題，並表示，將暫停批審光大證券新業務。

對於4位相關決策負責人徐浩明、楊赤忠、沈詩光與楊劍波，處以終身禁入證券市場，並分別罰款60萬元人民幣（293萬元台幣）。

對於投資人因光大證券內幕交易受到的損失，中國證監會表示，投資人可依法提起民事訴訟要求賠償。

【王文傑／花蓮報導】花蓮市一名17歲夏姓少年，今天上午七時騎機車載2歲弟弟外出買早餐，行經商校街、中山路口時，遭一輛左彎轎車撞上，2歲弟當場被撞飛3米外倒地昏迷，夏男全身擦傷直喊痛。路人開車載隨後到場的媽媽抱著男童就醫，急救後除左胸、左肩多處骨折、擦傷外，兩兄弟皆無生命危險。

警方表示，轎車左轉未注意來車是肇事主因，轎車陳姓駕駛與夏姓少年酒測值均零，但夏男無照騎車，待傷勢復元後將開單告發。

如果美國攻擊敘利亞，這將是美國首度攻擊一個有能力利用網路對美國目標進行報復的國家。

在敘利亞與伊朗結盟情況下，這風險也就更高了。過去三年，伊朗強化了網路能力，為自己提供了技術面的支撐。在與美國的磨擦中，若伊朗與敘利亞連成一線，將大幅增加網路威脅，安全專家說。

效忠阿薩德政府的駭客集團--敘利亞電子戰部隊(SEA)--曾經執行過有組織的網路攻擊。該部隊曾切斷美國媒體與網路公司的網站運作，現在則威脅，如果華盛頓轟炸大馬士革，將會強化這類駭客攻擊。

前白宮網路安全兼反恐顧問克拉克(Richard Clarke)說：「敘利亞電子戰部隊可能進行反擊，或許有來自與伊朗有關團體的協助，」

有關敘利亞電子戰部隊背後駭客的資訊並不多，也沒有證據顯示該團體有能力對重要基礎設施進行破壞性攻擊。

然而，前美國國家安全局主管海登(Michael Hayden)告訴路透社說，敘利亞電子戰部隊聽起來像是伊朗的代理人，他們的能力可能較已經展現的大得多。

目前為止，敘利亞電子戰部隊最具破壞性的行動，是在4月入侵了美聯社的推特帳戶，並送出了白宮發生爆炸的假訊息。這則假訊息使得美國股市急劇挫跌，一度跌掉的價值逾1000億美元。

在周三致路透社的一封電子郵件中，敘利亞電子戰部隊說，如果美國軍隊對敘利亞進行攻擊，「我們的目標將會有所不同。」

「如果美國開始對敘利亞採取敵意軍事行動，那就什麼事情都有可能，」該團體在一份文件上說道。

歐巴馬總統周三保證，敘利亞政府將為上周在敘利亞進行的致命性化武攻擊，面臨「國際後果」，但他表明，任何軍事行動將是有限度的。

當被問到網路報復威脅，美國國土安全部發言人布格(Peter Boogaard)說，政府正密切注意此一情況，且每日均與公家與私人合作夥伴積極合作，交換訊息。」

一位美國國防部發言人說，他無法談論具體的威脅，另一名五角大廈人士說，周三晚為止，沒有發現不尋常活動。
