國際傳真社今天報導，俄羅斯總統蒲亭希望派出國會代表團前往美國，與美國國會議員商討敘利亞情勢。

俄國國會議員馬維彥科（Valentina Matvienko）和納雷什金（Sergei Naryshkin）對蒲亭提出這項建議，並表示，民調顯示，美國人民並不支持武裝介入敘利亞以懲罰這個國家的政府涉嫌發動化武攻擊。

這2名議員表示，也許他們能勸使美國國會議員對此問題採取「客觀公正的立場」。蒲亭支持這項建議，此事仍須經外交部正式同意。

俄國以往也曾派遣國會議員前往美國，以試圖在立法問題上說項；但如今派遣議員赴美商討敘利亞內戰，可能會被外界視為公關伎倆，因為俄國當局身為敘國總統巴夏爾．阿塞德政權的盟友，早已對此事採取堅定立場。

據CMoney統計，截至8月30日止，市場權證發行檔數 (含上市櫃)為12,982檔，較去年同期11,283檔小增699檔；流通在外市值為37.3億元，較去年同期20.7億元大幅增加80%；而在外流通張數為735萬張，亦較去年同期的411萬張增加78%，市場成長趨勢明顯。

根據統計，8月成交量前幾大標的仍由聯發科、台積電、鴻海等大型電子權值股領軍，較為例外的僅有食品類股的統一。統一於8月8日除權息之後，未出現填權息反而行情破底，許多投資人選擇向下承接，造成認購權證成交量暴增的情況。

永豐金證券衍生商品部副總白清圳表示，權證是有時間價值的高槓桿商品，價格漲跌取決於現貨，現股飆漲固然有機會收高報酬，但若看錯方向還是必須立即停損才是明哲保身之道，或也可視時機改用認售權證參與行情。

白清圳進一步表示，投資人在選擇權證的時候，應避免以成交量大小作為必要篩選條件，觀察指標可以隱含波動率穩定度、報價是否合理以及掛單量大小為主。

另一方面，若干中小型股亦相當活絡，永豐金證券舉出現貨創高帶動權證價格飆漲的例子給投資人參考。

伍豐因搶下博弈商機利多而股價自7月25日起漲，從56.9元來到8月27日的高點83.2元，短短一個月漲幅逾40%；而連結伍豐的認購權證永豐QR(708644)的收盤價也從7月25日的0.66元漲到8月27日的2.34元，漲幅達254%。

　　玩遊戲玩到一半被叫下去開門這應該是不少玩家都有的不愉快經驗，但有沒有碰過一開門就是幾位警察站在門口說要進來搜索整個房間，只因為你的吼叫驚嚇到隔壁鄰居呢？有位玩家因為玩《Dayz》在過程中太過緊張，不斷大喊「你是誰！？」「不要殺我！」「救命！」「啊啊啊啊！！」等等字句，嚇到鄰居報案，讓三名警察進屋四處搜索檢查有無...受害者？（過程於 55 秒左右開始）

　　這位女玩家會叫成這樣不是因為殭屍太過於恐怖，而是玩家太可怕，遊戲中常常發生玩家為了奪取補給品而獵殺其他玩家的狀況，所以她才會因為各式的玩家追殺，在麥克風大喊求救或是大叫對方不要殺她，讓鄰居以為發生命案...不知道各位玩家有沒有類似的經驗呢？

作家劉黎兒在《蘋果日報》焦點評論發表「核一乾貯危害全台生存」文章，指日本福島核一廠就是因為貯存高濃度輻射污染水的儲水槽，連日發生重大洩漏事故，竟宛如第２次福島核災，而8月31日新查到4個儲水槽洩漏，周邊輻射劑量高達1800毫西弗，站在旁邊3、4小時就會死人。
 
劉黎兒指出，台灣核一燃料池貯存量早已超出原始設計數倍，已經再度爆滿，顯示老朽脆裂化的核一，隨時可能過勞爆，應停轉了。這座乾貯場即使僥倖沒釀災，露天放在海邊，2、30年會爛成一堆，年輕人及孩子們將全遭輻射曝射；這正是所謂「亡國滅種」，應全力阻擋，迫切性絕不低於阻擋核四續建，或阻止3個老朽核電運轉。
 
劉黎兒強調，核災風險無限大，狹窄的台灣需要用最高技術、最嚴謹作法來解決，這些毀滅性的劇毒燃料棒早已成了台灣經濟跟安全的最大不良債權，這些燃料棒不是普通垃圾，不容台電隨便丟在後山了事。要先停轉老朽核電廠，不能繼續燒出更毒的用過燃料棒，再由全民來面對。

颱風所夾帶的爆發性雨量嚴重影響台灣中南部地區，頂新國際集團、味全食品在接收受到雲林縣長蘇治芬的請求後，馬上啟動專案小組，進行協調分工作業，立即調度車輛、規劃物資、安排出貨，首先捐出二卡車的物資，1600箱康師傅泡麵及800箱味全礦泉水，讓頂新國際集團的愛心透過縣政府的安排，直接送交需要支援的民眾。 味全表示，本次颱風所造成的災損，感同身受，尤其斗六工廠所在的雲林地區，期望以最快的速度捐出基本民生物資，捐贈泡麵與礦泉水將交由縣政府統籌處理，暫時維持基本的生活需要，且希望能拋磚引玉，大家一起來讓災區居民快點恢復正常生活。

【大紀元2013年09月03日訊】蔣潔敏落馬的消息引發各界關注，《蘋果日報》援引新浪認證媒體人徐靜波在微博透露，中石油此波被調查的官員超過300人，由於不斷有官員被紀委「約談」、「失蹤」，以致集團內部人人自危。每逢開會官員個個提前到場，一是證明自己沒有「進去」（即被拘查），二是擔心今日見面後，明日再見不到。
　　
由於人心惶惶，8月29日，中石油集團內部近日向屬下各公司發通知，要求全體員工在「思想上政治上行動上同中央保持高度一致」，還稱要「防止發生混亂、防止生產經營滑坡、防止上市公司股票波動、防止影響對外合作」，並要求「規範政治言行，不犯自由主義，不議論、不瞎傳…...」，警告「任何人不可逾越政治紀律的底線」。
　　
這次落馬的蔣潔敏從山東勝利油田起步踏上官途，早前落馬的四川前副省長郭永祥、中石油副總經理李華林、崑崙利用總經理陶玉春也出自勝利油田，有內媒將他們歸為「石油幫」的「勝利系」；而石油幫「幫主」周永康曾任勝利油田管理局長。
　　
據稱，周永康和薄熙來搞政變的圖謀的證據已被習胡掌握。薄熙來庭審破局後，石油系統兩天內四個高官落馬。
　　
評論員章天亮表示，江澤民一定不會保周永康。周永康現在已經失去了權力，武功全廢，對江澤民已經毫無用處了。王立軍將薄熙來用人形容為「口香糖」，用完就吐。周永康在位時， 江澤民需要他保護自己家族的貪腐、更重要的是延續迫害法輪功的政策，現在周永康已成廢人，調查周永康還是向習近平示好的方法，因此江拋棄周是順理成章的。
　　
周永康現在的夫人賈曉燁，據悉是江澤民夫人王冶平妹妹的女兒，比周永康小28歲。周當年在四川主政時為迎娶賈曉燁，氣死元配夫人。《南華早報》報導稱，徹查周永康的北戴河共識，江澤民點頭同意。
