【綜合報導】台灣政治圈掀起「關說風暴」，馬總統召開記者會痛批王金平，還不承認自己涉嫌關說，直言這是「台灣民主法治發展最恥辱的一天」。郭正亮認為，這次馬總統「重磅出手」，實在是國民黨近年罕見。

民進黨前立委郭正亮，在《蘋果日報》論壇版發表《擒王立威 馬掐國會咽喉》中表示，馬總統這兩天大動作回應，很難不讓人聯想到「政治鬥爭」。因為馬王互不對盤，早已是政壇公開秘密，但兩人互不侵犯，長年相安無事。問題是，隨著馬民調迅速下滑，王對馬的部分主張，已經越來越難認同。

郭正亮認為，「服貿協議」與「核四公投」，是馬王決裂導火線。服貿原本預期要在明年元旦生效，最晚必須在今年底前通過；核四公投如要避免與明年七合一選舉撞期，也必須在下會期通過提案。但相較於馬的心急如焚，王卻彷彿事不關己，甚至還同意在野黨「服貿必須逐條表決」主張，更讓馬氣到極點。

馬出其不意，攻王虛門，使原本與馬並肩而立的王院長，突然陷入全面被動。馬擒賊先擒王，拿下最難擺平的王金平，有如佔領立法院的戰略要塞，直掐國會咽喉。

【綜合報導】廣西桂林市靈川縣八里街小學門口發生爆炸。據現場目擊者稱，爆炸已造成人員傷亡，現場只看到大量斷肢，還有婦人在零星的火勢中痛哭。

目前爆炸具體情況仍待釐清，傳已有1人喪生，20多人受傷。爆炸原因還在調查中。

敘利亞阿塞德政權被指8月21日用化武「沙林」攻擊平民，做沙林的原料氟化鈉來自英國。英國媒體8日報導，英國政府「商業、創新與技術部」 (BIS)從2004年7月到2010年5月之間，發了五張出口許可給五家公司，准許他們出口氟化鈉給敘利亞的化妝品公司，敘利亞顯然用那些原料做沙林。專家說，阿塞德的不良行為，英國外交官和情報單位都很清楚，政府還是出口那些原料，「極為不負責任」。

【綜合報導】薛楷莉日前帶5歲女到醫院驗傷遭《蘋果》直擊，她昨公開女兒5分鐘影片，影片中女兒表示：「腳傷是爸比用拳頭打的。」

據《自由時報》報導，影片中薛凱莉的女兒妮妮被問及腳上的傷時表示：「是跟爸爸在房間看電視，看到媽咪在電視上，所以用拳頭揍我腳。」薛楷莉怒控顏冠得說謊，因此公布影片要還原真相。對此，顏冠得昨回應：「不要在媒體放話，任何事在法庭上講。」而針對是否打小孩，顏則回應：「我對小朋友，認識我的人都知道。」

泥好，機構工程師？ 恰巧小弟也是~學士畢 大概講一下自己的經驗 第一間待了半年吧，員工8人 因為一開始什麼都不懂，就隨便找 找了設計機台的 面試時老闆說我是組裝的，但我說想畫圖， 他說那也要從組裝作起才知道眉角， 我聽了想想也是，就答應了 前二個月在現場組裝，第一天還做到半夜3點！！！ 之後，設計部一位快速閃人，老闆就問我：泥不是想畫，剛好。 恩~就莫明的踏上自動化機台的不歸路 一個月畫市購件3D給設計部（小弟第一次用3D軟體 1~2個月標註圖面，被炮翻了 佈圖、公差、基準面、表面處理、標註方式、加工手法~無一不被炮 照學校教的做全掛，50張圖不到5張能用@@ 之後來來去去標了1個月後，終於安全上壘 接下來因為人力吃緊，老闆就丟給我一台機台畫，一個人整機@@ 我傻了好久OS：老闆泥好敢！！ 這當中學了螺桿、滑軌、馬達、氣缸選用，真空氣室佈置，機架結構，組裝方式等 1.5個月後畫完就離職了，去當兵 老闆叫我當完要回去作唷 小弟OS：薪水低成這樣，算了吧 第二間 當完兵後跑去畫建築鋼構 畫了8個月，覺得靜態的太無聊了 結果，又跳進自動化的坑 第三間是上市公司，待了5年 之前學的剛好讓小弟騙吃騙喝的進入 在這學到機台的debug~ 所以設計端真的很重要~ 1。要了解圖面和加工廠之間的溝通，發包，議價 2。QC端是否好驗貨 3。現場人員是否好組裝（一定要把組裝人員當白紙，畢盡看事情的角度不同 4。FAE的後端服務是否方便（因為一不小心，RD就被送去客戶端罰站了 5。幫電控&程式人員debug（沒為什麼，機構就是該死，因為做的東西別人看的見，所以就算是別人的錯也是先怪機構設計不良，所以練就了幫對方找問題的能力，為了閃子彈 6。另外，接到別人的舊機種，是否能有快速找出問題點的能力（曾經，被客戶端嗨頼2年的問題，上頭派的人解不掉，之後丟到我身上，一不小心2星期就解了，他們很嚇克，沒人相信，還叫我錄影咧，解掉後就想丟我去大陸客戶端處理，但我發現了另一個問題，上頭說沒差，先去在說~ 之後小弟快速離職，這洞太大了，我猜上頭只是想丟個工程師出去頂，並非想解決問題~ 以上種種，泥說作機構的很無聊嘛？ 其實不無聊，但是會幹到爆炸！！ 以上，廢話一堆，參考看看 手機排版，如果版面亂請見諒 對了版大，如果泥外語好，可考慮外商fae、業務，帶著RD的經驗去會如魚得水，因為小弟之前也有這機會，只是錯過了，殘念 ※ 引述《mimi0254didi (煞氣卍身寸惹☆ㄦ卍)》之銘言： : 各位前輩好 : 小弟中央機械相關碩畢，簽了超級後悔的研發替代役(28T) : 正在中南部傳產當 機構設計工程師 (進去三個禮拜了) : 講直接一點 上班就是在畫 Autocad 三視圖，依客戶的規格去改工程圖面 : 公司前輩大部分都有小孩了，而且公司都是講台語 : 工作就是徒個安逸，上班時間8-5 : 可是我覺得，這個工作很乏味，就是一直畫圖，改不完就加班，傳產薪水又很低 : 而前輩說 難就難在 抓公差 還有 材料加工方法及順序 : 相較起來我比較喜歡 碩班看PAPER，做研究的工作.... : 我自己有利用下班時間進修英文，想用這三年加強英文，自認英文還OK(我碩論寫英文的) : 想問板上的前輩，大部分機構工程師都是在畫圖改圖嗎??? : 而到時，三年後，機構工程師的職稱，若加上英文很好，還需要加強哪方面專業， : 能讓薪水談得更好呢???謝謝各位 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 223.142.53.156

標題[建議] 成人過動的工作選擇

大家好 我有成人過動症(專注力不足) 在此先跟各位說一下，成人過動不是我想改善或透過訓練就可以改善 是我們腦袋瓜裡多巴胺先天分泌不足 所以，希望等等的建議裡面，不要把我抓來鞭 先謝謝各位了 由於成人過動的關係，我的工作經驗都很短暫，不超過三個月 其實大多是因為工作無法預期完成、學習力不佳或記憶力短暫導致上司或同事很抓狂 最後被資遣或逃之夭夭 現在很幸運的 有兩家公司錄取我，但我猶豫不知道要去哪一間了 A公司 國外業務助理 願意培訓我成為業務 (雖然不知道撐不撐得到業務的日子) 三節、年終有保障 面試第一關是老闆 外商公司出生，十分自信(甚至有點過頭) 在面試時，老闆表達出過往遇到的員工履歷寫一百分，實質表現59分 所以她有出難題讓員工皮繃緊，當然，我去的時候 她說的那位員工也拜拜了~ 也在面試時意有所指地(嫌棄)說我怎麼會只有私立後段大學畢業 面試第二關是業務 也就是之後我會配合的老闆 業務(同性)十分喜歡我 原本要星期五才通知的，他在我面試(一)完隔天(二)就立刻通知我，希望我提早去報到 但我因為有手術要做，希望休息幾天，就推諉希望在下星期星期一(明天)報到 此時，B公司也通知我錄取了 B公司 國內業務助理+老闆秘書 工作內容繁雜 薪水跟A一樣 但三節只有六百、年終要看公司營運狀況(也就是不一定有保障) 超級小公司 老闆+業務+他兒子(三個人) 再加我一個進去就四個而已 但老闆態度十分謙和謙讓、兒子很帥(誤~ 面試時，還直接喊我學妹，感覺會是很有人情味的公司，公司還離家很近 但B公司沒有明確說會培養我成為業務 老闆年紀也比較大，怕做秘書溝通起來不比A公司的業務好溝通 等於A、B公司各有利弊，不知道要怎麼選擇才好 最重要的是，因為我成人過動的關係 工作都做得不長久 所以考量薪水跟發展性對我而言有如天方夜譚 我能做的久又穩定就要偷笑了 但朋友說 我不該預設立場，應該要往好的地方(A)發展 但也有朋友說，我都做不長久 應該要以小公司有人情味的地方(B)去才對 即使A公司業務喜歡我，但當她發現我做事情都做一半 沒有辦法融會貫通時 他也會很煩惱，老闆要殺我(辭退)，他再喜歡我 也不能阻止老闆殺我 明天就要報到了，我現在還是不知道我該要往哪邊走才好 請問有版眾願意指點迷津一二嗎? 我有這成人過動的病，我自己也很困擾就業中載浮載沉的 我也怕去了B公司會害了B老闆 要不要乾脆去害有錢一點的A老闆好了? 【綜合報導】浙江杭州西湖景區內虎跑泉，以泉水甘洌醇厚聞名，近日該處一條溪流，漂浮大量奶白色不明物體，且味道刺鼻，斷斷續續近一公里長。當地政府調查後發現，該處的污水管疑有所滲漏，污水滲漏到電力井內，導致溪流被污染。網友則怒轟，請當地環保局長來這洗腳。

據悉，因虎跑泉水甜，長年以來不少杭州人都會到虎跑取水，至於該溪流的污染，是否會影響到虎跑泉水，市政部門表示目前暫不清楚。

月薪資45800元，依據全民健康保險月投保金額分級表，應投保45800元
勞工自付額=月投保金額45800元X費率4.91%X自付比率30%X人數〈本人1+眷屬1〉=1350元
公司負擔額=月投保金額45800元X費率4.91%X負擔比率60%X人數〈本人1+平均眷屬0.7〉=2294元
公司負擔之健保費，眷屬部份是以全國平均眷屬人數計算，個別勞工之眷屬人數增減，不會影響公司健保費負擔
勞工保險條例
  第十四條
  第一項 前條所稱月投保薪資，係指由投保單位按被保險人之月薪資總額，依投保薪資分級表之規定，向保險人申報之薪資
  第七十二條
  第三項 投保單位違反本條例規定，將投保薪資金額以多報少或以少報多者，自事實發生之ㄖ起，按其短報或多報之保險費金額，處四倍罰鍰，並追繳其溢領給付金額
全民健康保險法
  第二十條 第一類及第二類被保險人之投保金額，依下列各款訂之
  一、受僱者：以其薪資所得為投保金額
  第八十九條 有下列情形之ㄧ者，除追繳短繳之保險費外，並按其短繳之保險費金額處以二倍至四倍之罰鍰：
  一、第一類被保險人之投保單位，將被保險人投保金額以多報少者
薪資會隨不固定金額之給予〈例如加班費〉而變動，如果公司按月申報投保金額，保險費會每月不相同；通常會以三個月平均數做為申報調整投保金額
