之前自從使用過雪肌精的洗顏粉之後就愛上洗顏粉了 用了一年終於快把雪肌精用完...超大罐orz 想換換新口味就研究了一下目前市面上的洗顏粉 無奈水平衡停產之外，除了蒂芬妮雅其他的都是專櫃價格了 所以就趁著醫美節買了NOV，到屈臣氏順手帶了蒂芬妮雅潔顏粉 前兩天住外面就帶了蒂芬妮雅先開來試試 第一次倒了跟平常雪肌精同樣的使用量（一元硬幣） 兩手一搓...仍然液狀毫無反應，只有幾顆巨大的泡泡 想說是不是加太多水了...乾脆洗掉，試第二次 這次用的是平常使用量的三倍！ 水也是一點一點的加，起泡量卻不如雪肌精的三分之一 真的是太誇張了！！！ 洗在臉上也是超稀泡泡水的感覺，出了浴室我直接把整罐丟進垃圾桶！ 然後隔天我臉上還起了兩顆痘痘　囧 自從用健康水到現在我一顆痘痘都沒長過！ 還好這瓶很便宜，因為至少比起雪肌精這瓶實在差多了... 打折的時候一條一百左右的潤肌精洗顏霜都比這個好用太多太多太多了！ 超級大地雷啊這瓶 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 60.251.236.187

【大紀元2013年09月14日訊】鬼神之說，目前中國大陸在中共用無神論洗腦後，人們多有不信，以至現今社會無惡不作，為利是圖幹出很多傷天害理之事，尤其最近街頭暴力、殺害兒童事件頻現，搞得人心惶惶。民國時期上海名中醫陳存仁曾著書《我的醫務生涯》，其中記錄了抗日時期的汪偽76號特務林之江在抗戰勝利後逃到香港被惡鬼纏身而死的過程。

上海名中醫著書記錄行醫見聞

三四十年代的上海名醫陳存仁（1908—1990）原名陳承沅，出生於上海老城廂一衰落綢緞商人家。在上海中醫專門學校畢業後，師從丁甘仁、丁仲英父子。1929年自設診所，獨立行醫。1935年，主編三百餘萬字的《中國藥學大辭典》，後由上海世界書局出版。1937年，東渡日本，收集漢醫書籍四百多種，整理出版《皇漢醫學叢書》。1949年，逃離大陸赴港行醫。

1929年3月17日，陳存仁被中醫界推選為五個代表之一，赴南京國民黨政府抗議「廢止中醫案」。國民時期的名人陸小曼、杜月笙、張學良、袁雪芬、戴笠等都曾求治於他。

在其自述中說，他三次環遊世界，遊覽之外，就是蒐集海外中醫藥書的佚本和考古資料。有一次，他在紐約報攤上看到一本雜誌，英文名字很長，意譯是《我的職業真實生涯》，內容極為豐富，記錄的全是各行各業的實情實況。因此他也想寫一篇《我的醫務生涯》，來講述其從醫中的所見所聞。

汪偽76號特務林之江被惡鬼纏身而死

陳存仁在其《我的醫務生涯》一書中，記錄了抗日時期的汪偽76號特務林之江抗戰勝利後逃到香港被惡鬼纏身而死的過程。

林之江(1905-1951)，浙江溫嶺人，黃埔六期。早年投入軍統，如魚得水。上海淪陷時，任軍統上海區行動二組組長。1938年3月7日，漢奸周鳳岐在寓所口被林之江刺身亡。後投敵變節，加入汪偽76號。進入76號後，林之江先跟李士群，後來被大漢奸周佛海手下大將、前軍統特務熊劍東收買。林之江是一個心狠手辣且詭計多端之徒，林之江曾殺害民國政府美女特工鄭蘋如。在抗戰勝利後，林之江知道其作惡多端雖然再投軍統，但難逃一死，林之江知道上峰要逮捕一個姓陳的漢奸，林之江就趁機做報告去拘捕，騙得款項後潛逃到香港。

1950年的某日，陳存仁在香港九龍診所診病時，面目黝黑、形神憔悴的林之江在一大群人陪伴下前來就診。

林之江開口就問陳存仁：「你認得林之江嗎？」陳存仁看了許久，說一時想不起來。林之江說他就是林師長。陳存仁才想起敵偽時期汪精衛部下林之江。

林之江在上海，殺過許多人；但陳存仁業師丁仲英先生被綁票後，是林之江營救出來的。

林之江坐定之後，請陳存仁診脈，表情很沉重的姿態。陳存仁望聞問切了許久之後，發現林之江的身體已經非常虛弱，但除了胃病之外，並沒有甚麼嚴重的病症。

林之江表示他也幾間醫院檢查過，證明此外沒有甚麼病，但是覺得他死期就要到，要陳存仁救救他。陳存仁認為林之江的神情完全不正常。

林之江說，他天天被許多鬼魂所圍困，白天侵擾到坐立不安，晚上簡直不能閉目。陳存仁則認為，世界沒有鬼是他心理上的幻覺作用。但林之江說，鬼魔終日追隨他左右，所以要許多人來陪伴陳存仁，否則一天也支持不下去。

【唐鎮宇／台北報導】替上千名口腔癌、乳癌病患重建顏面和乳房，讓他們重拾信心；也曾親手為許多糖尿病患或發生意外者截肢的國泰醫院整形外科主任蒲啟明，行醫20年來因看過許多令人驚駭又不捨的場面，蒲啟明決心讓自己的醫術更精進，「有一天要讓這些病人不再需要截肢！」蒲啟明曾看過因吃檳榔導致口腔癌的病人，手術重建後嘴巴變形而無法張太開咀嚼，卻還堅持把檳榔打成汁「用喝的」；甚至看過病房中有三個病人，但三人加起來只有一條腿，「都是因為糖尿病截肢的關係！」
 
有一次蒲啟明收治一名搬家工人，因工作時不慎碰觸到高壓電，導致左手嚴重灼傷，當時蒲啟明窮盡一切方法，仍無法改變該工人截肢的命運。沒想到數年後，這位搬家工人又被送到蒲啟明的眼前，且竟又是因工作中觸電，導致僅剩的一隻手嚴重灼傷。蒲啟明說，這些震撼讓他覺得應再進修，「希望有天能發現新方法，讓這些病人不再需要截肢！」如今他也在台灣大學解剖及細胞生物學研究所博士班進修中。

【大紀元2013年09月16日訊】（大紀元記者陳光澳洲悉尼編譯報導）「繁榮澳洲」的活動項目經理克萊爾（David Collyer）最近撰文建議年輕的買家在目前的房產市場的狀況下，不要買房，而應先存錢，租房住。

據澳洲房產觀察網報導，克萊爾在文章中稱，房產投資專家瓦根特（Peter Wargent）幾個星期前曾在本網站上發表文章取笑他在2012年預測地價會迫在眉睫的大幅修正。瓦根特說，自從房地產市場從2012年中的低谷走出， 價格並沒有下降20％，甚至沒有下降15％。」 但克萊爾表示， 目前價格仍遠低於2010年的峰值，加上持續3年的2-3％的通貨膨脹率，房產價格的變化已經開始受到傷害。

克萊爾表示， 顯然他的呼籲是大膽的， 尚未發生大澳洲土地泡沫的破裂，負債纍纍和銀行的經濟災難仍在前頭。 他警告那些想要買房的年輕人，不要在目前的市場高潮中大量借貸，把自己一生的收入投入買房中。

他敦促這些年輕人租房，與買房相比， 這絕對划得來。如果一個負扣稅房產投資者要補貼我們的生活方式，我們將有他的錢。他敦促年輕人大量存錢。如果租金是死錢，同樣的做法，支付利息也是死錢。 以支付銀行的經濟租金換取支付一套房子的租金是沒有意義的。他還敦促年輕人建立自己的信用評級，這樣他們可以在未來獲得貸款。此外， 他也敦促年輕買家等待勢在必行的價格修正。

對於瓦根特列舉各種主流有關未來會適度上的預測，以及「如果市場預測正確會怎樣？」的質問，克萊爾表示， 如果這些預測是正確的， 那麼，租房將繼續是一個令人瞠目的交易。

克萊爾還表示， 他對於負扣稅者堅持年復一年，月復一月的把大把鈔票放入租戶口袋的做法感到吃驚。 150萬「房主」有180萬出租房產。幾乎所有的都是中產階層。他們付出了非常高的價格，以減少他們的所得稅。

克萊爾指出，在住宅市場上，目前租金投資者在所有買家中占的比例是35％左右。按照目前的房價租金比率， 他們將永遠不會有適當的回報。

他認為有錢人不會介入低現金回報、高額借貸風險和高額房產維修費用等的資產交易。如果他們喜歡磚頭，更好的回報是沒有壓力的商業房地產。

他建議應避免非流動性資產、稅後債務、低回報和高風險。他認為這些正好是澳洲住房市場的寫照。所以，現在不要買！

【綜合報導】聯合利華舉辦全球「AXE太空人選拔」，台灣區結果出爐，模特兒吳允瀚和大學生劉人碩從千人海選中勝出，將赴美參加太空營，爭取成22名太空旅行團成員；一旦成行，將是首位上太空的台灣人。

23歲的吳允瀚從小在南非長大，是南非橄欖球校隊隊員。他說，對語言能力有信心，體力也不輸外國人，將準備國旗貼紙，上太空打算將貼紙貼在胸口上，並高喊「我愛台灣。」
同為23歲的中興大學獸醫系學生劉人碩，父親為飛行員，爺爺是空軍退役，他從小對飛行和上太空很感興趣，但因近視未能圓當空軍的夢想，獲悉自己也能參加太空體驗營時狂喜不已，他說：「最想體驗在太空吃東西的感覺。」

之前自從使用過雪肌精的洗顏粉之後就愛上洗顏粉了 用了一年終於快把雪肌精用完...超大罐orz 想換換新口味就研究了一下目前市面上的洗顏粉 無奈水平衡停產之外，除了蒂芬妮雅其他的都是專櫃價格了 所以就趁著醫美節買了NOV，到屈臣氏順手帶了蒂芬妮雅潔顏粉 前兩天住外面就帶了蒂芬妮雅先開來試試 第一次倒了跟平常雪肌精同樣的使用量（一元硬幣） 兩手一搓...仍然液狀毫無反應，只有幾顆巨大的泡泡 想說是不是加太多水了...乾脆洗掉，試第二次 這次用的是平常使用量的三倍！ 水也是一點一點的加，起泡量卻不如雪肌精的三分之一 真的是太誇張了！！！ 洗在臉上也是超稀泡泡水的感覺，出了浴室我直接把整罐丟進垃圾桶！ 然後隔天我臉上還起了兩顆痘痘　囧 自從用健康水到現在我一顆痘痘都沒長過！ 還好這瓶很便宜，因為至少比起雪肌精這瓶實在差多了... 打折的時候一條一百左右的潤肌精洗顏霜都比這個好用太多太多太多了！ 超級大地雷啊這瓶 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 60.251.236.187
