【陳意佳／綜合報導】金馬50最佳導演入圍名單中，台灣導演鍾孟宏曾以《第四張畫》拿下金馬導演獎，這次再以新作《失魂》獲提名。曾與鍾孟宏合作《停車》、《第四張畫》，在《失魂》中也有演出的納豆今早受訪表示：「他是我心中最棒的導演！」但納豆說：「我是3朝元老耶（指連演鍾孟宏3部片），他和我的關係就像吳宇森導演和鴿子，電影裡一定有我。」納豆除了希望導演拿獎，也期待鍾導電影能被更多觀眾支持。

納豆昨在臉書放上去「做指甲」的照片，卡通造型的指甲彩繪相當童心未泯。

【張麗娜／台北報導】總統馬英九上午接受台北之音「蔻蔻早餐」節目專訪，民進黨發言人林俊憲表示，北檢已針對違法洩密、濫權監聽啟動調查，總統做為檢察總長黃世銘洩密案的被調查對象，公開受訪談論案情，非常不應該，是公開與黃世銘、行政院長江宜樺甚至參與此事的幕僚「空中串供」；此外，馬的總統專訪爆料，也有許多違反常理與矛盾說謊之處，愈描愈黑。

林指出馬總統說法有很多說謊與矛盾之處，包括一、時間兜不攏：馬說黃世銘是8月31日晚上8點半找他，但媒體報導黃是在8月31日晚間特偵組傳訊林秀濤、陳正芬兩位檢察官製作筆錄後，深夜11點才去找馬總統。

二、總統洩密：馬總統說他8月31日晚上8點半接受黃世銘洩密後，他10點找來江宜樺、羅智強討論，所以洩密的不只是黃，總統還把不法監聽的偵查中內容洩給行政院長和幕僚們。

三：迴避問題：馬總統9月1日再度召見黃世銘談了30分鐘，馬總統說他只跟黃表達「尊重」兩字；馬也不否認特偵組記者會後曾打電話給黃世銘，但打幾次馬已經忘記了。林質疑有可能會不記得嗎？還是打了太多通電話？兩人究竟談了什麼？問哪些事？馬總統難道都沒有指示？馬總統迴避問題、說謊，愈描愈黑。

關於應援曲這部份... 台灣職棒坦白說有特色的不說 lamigo現在是開闢自己的特色了，不過也是仿照韓風應援，然後添加了自己的點子 (EX:客家本色、超級霸之歌之類的) lamigo不少人的加油歌也很好聽啊，鋒炮、小胖、微笑郭的都不錯 大師兄的加油歌還不是少林足球來的難道這也要叫做致敬周星馳？ 喊起來就是很有氣勢啊，爽就好，從哪學來的根本就不重要 兄弟就抄MLB勇士戰歌，雖然抄襲，但是象迷或者國際賽大家喊起來就是有氣勢 其實也不會怎樣，要說兄弟的加油方式一成不變也好 雜七雜八的嘿嘿嘿就嘿整場，但象迷就是吃這套 自然這就變成兄弟特色，說台也好，說粗俗也好，但象迷吃這套就可以了 在來談談義大，之前本來要把加油改掉變成全安靜 我只能說還好沒有這樣，台灣職棒還是要有啦啦隊帶動大家跟著喊比較好玩 我覺得義大現在像是神拳的加油歌就不錯聽 火哥的好像也有多一段歌 但偶爾還是會有原本火哥的啦啦啦啦啦~ 啦啦啦啦~ 火哥全壘打 坦白說以前興農的加油歌真的很多特別的 有次跟牛迷朋友去坐牛隊那邊，還偷學了不少 最後談談統一.. 其實平常大家幹角標哥把球場當KTV歡唱、輸球就臭臉之類的不講 標哥點子其實不少，雖然有些人覺得口號很幼稚 但像最近唐肇廷的口號... 雖然有點像趕鴨子上架但還滿洗腦的 我覺得加油歌這種東西就是要洗腦... 讓人朗朗上口最重要，至於抄不抄襲嘛... 我覺得大家還不是都抄來抄去 這種小事情真的是沒什麼好戰的兩邊就別起爭議了 套句食神美食天后薛家燕的經典台詞 「比賽就是這樣！不就跟跑步游泳一樣，你做什麼他做什麼。」 最近天天天王山，還是把焦點放在球場上吧 -- → edwardgood:我現在是討厭人品不是球技 推 cosada:那你一開始是討厭郭嚴文哪裡 → edwardgood:散漫 推 pink0518:那你對於超級喜歡郭嚴文變加油口號有什麼感想XDD → edwardgood:為國爭光 應得的 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.134.144.64

【王家俊／台北報導】國民黨籍立委賴士葆等上午在立法院司法及法制委員會質詢，今年中秋節適逢周四，行政院人事行政總處調整連假補班處理，今年10月10日國慶日週四，為何不放連假？行政院人事行政總處人事長黃富源答詢說，國慶日不是「民俗節日」，依照相關處理要點，不調整為連假。

不過，賴士葆批評，官員邏輯不通，休連續假和民俗有何關係，應比照先進國家便民，否則老百姓會覺得雙重標準。黃富源說，依照連假相關處理要點，遇到民俗節日才會研議調整連假，國慶日並非民俗節日；未來是否研修要點，需要相關部會共識。

依照「政府機關調整上班日期處理要點」規定，上班日為周一或周五，其後一日或前一日逢周二或周四的農曆除夕及春節連假、兒童節及民族掃墓節連假、端午節、中秋節的放假，調整該上班日為放假日。

【綜合報導】義大利西西里島東南部拉古薩省希克利市，當地時間30日早上，發生一偷渡船在距離岸邊數公尺的距離擱淺，船上擠滿200人，根據德國媒體報導指出，擱淺當下不少偷渡客被船員丟下海，部分偷渡客成功游到岸上，但13人不幸罹難。
 
西西里島一直是偷渡客的熱門地點，吸引不少突尼西亞或利比亞人冒死前來，近來也有不少敘利亞難民湧現，這已不是當地第一起偷渡客喪命事故，6月有6名埃及偷渡客跳船喪命。

【綜合報導】】蕭敬騰原訂去年5月於美國舉行「2012蕭敬騰＆GEM美國巡迴演唱會」，因主辦單位「夢媒體製作」未預付酬勞而取消。蕭所屬經紀公司「喜鵲娛樂」提告求償，台北地院昨判夢媒體製作應賠償862萬餘元，並在《蘋果》等4報頭版登報道歉1天，全案仍可上訴。蕭敬騰對判決感到欣慰，表示賠款全數捐公益，希望圈內人不要再被騙。

蕭敬騰昨受邀出席星星兒基金會公益活動，義賣T恤為自閉兒進募款，經紀人Summer昨表示：「已經收到判決書，老蕭很高興，他要把賠償的錢全數捐出！」她強調這件事從頭到尾都是個騙局，「我們之所以提告，一方面希望給當初已經買票的歌迷一個交代，代表我們有積極的處理，另方面也希望圈內不要再有人被騙」。
